前記伸縮可能クロスアーム(50)の前記第2の端部(52)に取付けられた第1の端部(31)と第2の端部(32)とを有する支持アーム(30)と、
前記支持アーム(30)の前記第2の端部(32)に取付けられた第1の端部(21)と第2の端部(22)とを有するヨーク(20)と、
前記ヨーク(20)の前記第2の端部(22)に取付けられたCアーム(100)と、
前記Cアーム(100)と前記ヨーク(20)との間の相対運動を交互に可能及び不能にするための手段と、
X線源(12)と、
受像器(14)と、を含み、
前記受像器(14)及び前記X線源(12)が、前記Cアーム(100)の対向する端部上に取付けられ、
相対運動を交互に可能及び不能にするための前記手段が、
ブレーキハンドル(210)と、
ブレーキシャフト(220)と、
前記ブレーキシャフト(220)上に取付けられたカム(230)と、
前記カム(230)に係合するプランジャ(240)と、
前記プランジャ(240)の端部のブレーキパッド(270)と、
前記ヨーク(20)内部に取付けられ、前記プランジャ(240)が貫通することを可能にする開口を有するプランジャ支持体(250)と、
前記カム(230)と前記プランジャ支持体(250)との間に配置されたばね(260)と、を含み、
前記ブレーキハンドル(210)が操作されたとき、該ブレーキハンドルが前記ブレーキシャフト(220)を回転させ、次に該ブレーキシャフト(220)が前記カム(230)を回転させ、次いで該カム(230)が、前記プランジャ(240)を押し、前記ばね(260)を圧縮し、前記ブレーキパッド(270)を前記Cアーム(100)に押しつける、
ことを特徴とするCアーム型X線装置(10)。 - 前記Cアーム(100)と前記ヨーク(20)との間の相対運動を交互に可能及び不能にするための前記手段が、前記ヨーク(20)の外部にあるハンドル(210)によって操作されるブレーキ(270)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記手段が、
中空の内部部分を有するヨーク(20)と、
前記中空のヨーク(20)内側のブレーキ機構(200)と、
前記ヨーク(20)外側のブレーキハンドル(210)と、
を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記ばね(260)が、前記プランジャ(240)の周りを取り巻いていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ブレーキシャフト(220)が、偏心シャフト支持体(220)を使用して前記ブレーキハンドル(210)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記偏心シャフト支持体(220)が、外周(224)の中心(223)からオフセットした中心(221)を有する内部開口(222)と、該シャフト支持体(220)の前記外周に設けられた複数の平行溝(225)とを有し、該複数の平行溝が、前記偏心シャフト支持体(220)を取外して前進させることを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記偏心シャフト支持体(220)の内周(222)の中心(221)が、該偏心シャフト支持体(220)の外周(224)の前記中心(223)から0.75mmオフセットしていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
