実際には、 a/b=3.8(mm)/2.5(mm)=1.52
あるいは、 a/b=2.5(mm)/2.0(mm)=1.25

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present inventionThe back of the ceilingIt is related to a so-called total heat exchange type ventilation unit that exhausts indoor air to the outside and supplies fresh outside air into the room and exchanges heat with each other. The present invention relates to improvement of maintenance of a total heat exchanger performed by a user.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Unlike ventilation fans that simply exhaust indoor air to the outside, the so-called all-in-one system that exhausts old indoor air to the outside while supplying fresh outside air into the room and exchanging heat between the exhaust and the supply air. Heat exchange type ventilation units tend to be used frequently.
[0003]
Configuration of this ventilation unitThe back of the ceilingA unit body disposed in the unit body, an air supply passage and an exhaust passage provided in the unit body, a total heat exchanger disposed so as to intersect the air supply passage and the exhaust passage, and the air supply passage and the exhaust. It consists of a duct connected to the passage.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a conventional total heat exchanger, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 56-85186 discloses a configuration in which corrugated sheets having different amplitudes are arranged in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction. However, a specific and effective usage method is not shown here, and the thickness of the unit main body has not yet been reduced.
[0005]
As another technology, there is a total heat exchanger with a reduced cross-sectional area of the exhaust path, but the balance between supply and exhaust is easily lost, and the air supplied from the outside is not fully heat exchanged in the room. If it is introduced, the heat exchange efficiency may be reduced.
[0006]
When this type of ventilation unit is used for a long period of time, dust adheres to the total heat exchanger, resulting in clogging and a decrease in heat exchange efficiency. Therefore, the user appropriately needs maintenance for removing the dust by removing the total heat exchanger from the unit body.
[0007]
Actually, the total heat exchanger is structured to be attached and held on the main body with a thumbscrew, so remove the decorative frame in advance and support the total heat exchanger with one hand, I was doing work to remove.
[0008]
However, since this work is performed at a high place by climbing a stepladder, not only the feet are unstable, but both hands are used at the same time, so the body becomes unstable without supporting the body.
[0009]
When the thumbscrew is tightly tightened, it is in an unstable posture, so it is impossible to apply force and it is extremely difficult to remove the thumbscrew. If the total heat exchanger is not securely supported, there is a risk of dropping, and the removed thumbscrew may fall and be lost.
[0010]
When the total heat exchanger is attached to the unit body again after cleaning, the thumbscrew must be turned while supporting the total heat exchanger so that it is difficult to work. A clearance for storage is required between the total heat exchanger and the unit main body, so that supply and exhaust air are mixed, and thus a shielding member must be provided.
[0011]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above circumstances, and the first object thereof is to reduce the thickness of the unit body, optimize it as a ceiling-embedded type, and the total heat exchanger is It is an object of the present invention to provide a ventilation unit having a heat transfer area sufficient for heat recovery and obtaining noise reduction.
[0012]
The second object is to provide a ventilation unit that facilitates the attachment and detachment work of the total heat exchanger from the unit main body, improves workability, and ensures safety.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to satisfy the first object, the ventilation unit of the present invention includes:Placed behind the ceilingA box-shaped unit body, a ventilation port that is provided in the unit body and sucks and guides indoor air into the unit body, an exhaust port that blows and guides room air in the unit body to the outside, and sucks and guides outside air into the unit body An outside air introduction port, an air supply port for blowing and guiding the outside air in the unit body into the room, an exhaust passage provided in the unit body and provided with an exhaust fan in the middle, and communicating the ventilation port and the exhaust port, In addition, an air supply fan provided in the middle and an air supply passage communicating the outside air inlet and the air supply port, and the exhaust passage and the air supply passage are arranged so as to intersect with each other. A total heat exchanger for exchanging heat with the outside air, wherein the total heat exchanger includes a plurality of rectangular planar sheets juxtaposed at predetermined intervals, and the planar sheets mutually In, and are formed along the long side Y of the planar sheet, Guides air up and down the total heat exchangerFormed along the short side X of the exhaust portion communicating with the exhaust passage and the flat sheet., Guiding air across the left and right of the total heat exchangerAn air supply portion communicating with the air supply passage. The exhaust part and the air supply part in the total heat exchanger are formed from a flat sheet and a sheet having a corrugated cross section interposed between the flat sheets, and the amplitude b of the corrugated sheet forming the exhaust part is Is set smaller (b <a) than the amplitude a of the corrugated sheet forming the portion.
[0015]
From this, the unit body can be made thin and optimized as a ceiling-embedded type, and the total heat exchanger has a heat transfer area sufficient for heat recovery, thereby reducing noise.
[0016]
In order to satisfy the second object, the ventilation unit of the present invention includes a box-like unit body, and the total heat exchanger includes a heat exchange element and an element frame that holds the heat exchange element. The element frame includes an elastic portion that is engaged with the element frame and is elastically deformable, and a holding member including a lever portion and a claw portion provided integrally with the elastic portion, and the claw portion of the holding member is a unit main body. It is characterized in that it is detachably locked to an engaging part provided on the slab.
[0017]
From this, the attachment / detachment work of the total heat exchanger from the unit body is facilitated, and workability can be improved and safety can be ensured.
