Description
The present invention relates to a transfer sheet manufacturing method and a transfer sheet manufacturing apparatus.
Conventionally, a transfer sheet having an embossed pattern or a mirror surface transferred to the surface is known. Among such transfer sheets, as a method for producing an embossed sheet having an embossed pattern transferred on the surface, the transfer sheet is superimposed on the surface of a plurality of embossed plates (transfer bodies) on which the embossed pattern is formed, There is a method in which an embossing plate and a transfer sheet are pressed against each other by a pair of rolls arranged on the front and back sides of the plate, and the emboss pattern is transferred to the transfer sheet (for example, see Patent Document 1).
In addition, as a method of manufacturing a specular sheet with a mirror surface transferred to the surface, a method of introducing a sheet to be transferred between a heating roll whose surface is mirror-finished and an endless belt whose surface is mirror-finished, and press-contacting it Is known (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
However, when the embossed sheet is manufactured by the above-described method, when the embossed plate and the transferred sheet are pressed against each other by a pair of rolls, air remains in the unevenness of the embossed pattern on the surface of the embossed plate, and the embossed sheet is embossed. There is a problem that the pattern cannot be accurately transferred. In particular, there is a problem that transferability is poor when the depth of the unevenness of the embossed pattern on the surface of the embossed plate is deep (for example, when the depth is 100 μm or more).
Further, even in the case of manufacturing a mirror surface sheet among transfer sheets, air is entrained between the transfer sheet and the heating roll, or between the transfer sheet and the endless belt, and the mirror surface is accurately transferred. There is a problem that can not be.
An object of the present invention is to provide a transfer sheet manufacturing method and a transfer sheet manufacturing apparatus capable of improving transferability.
The transfer sheet manufacturing method of the present invention is a transfer sheet manufacturing method in which a transfer sheet is manufactured by pressing the transfer sheet against a transfer body by a press contact portion, and a gas that can be dissolved in the transfer sheet is formed. A pressure-contacting step of continuously spraying toward the pressure-contacting portion, supplying the gas between the transfer body and the transfer-receiving sheet, and pressing the transfer body and the transfer-receiving sheet by the pressure-contacting portion. wherein the contact portion includes a pair of rollers arranged opposite each other across the transfer member and the transfer sheet, rollers and belt, and wherein the Rukoto with any one pair of a pair of oppositely disposed belt.
According to the present invention, since the gas that can be dissolved into the transfer sheet is supplied between the transfer body and the transfer sheet, the air present between the transfer body and the transfer sheet is The gas will be replaced. When the transfer body and the transfer sheet are pressed into contact with each other at the press contact portion, the gas between the transfer body and the transfer sheet melts into the transfer sheet, so that the transfer body and the transfer sheet are in close contact with each other. Transferability can be improved.
At this time, in the present invention, it is preferable to perform mirror surface transfer or emboss transfer in the pressure contact step.
In the present invention, the transfer surface of the transfer object may be a mirror surface or an emboss surface on which an emboss pattern is formed. According to the present invention, in the press-contacting process, mirror surface transfer or emboss transfer is performed, so that a mirror surface transfer sheet with the surface accurately transferred or a transfer sheet with the emboss pattern accurately transferred can be manufactured. it can.
Furthermore, in the present invention, it is preferable that the transfer sheet is made of a thermoplastic resin.
Here, examples of the thermoplastic resin include polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride, polymethyl methacrylate, ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, and the like.
Examples of the gas that can be dissolved in the transfer sheet include carbon dioxide, Freon gas, propane gas, methane gas, and ethane gas.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the transfer sheet is heated to a softening temperature or higher when the transfer sheet is pressed against the transfer body in the pressing step.
According to the present invention, since the transfer sheet is heated to a softening temperature or higher, the solubility of the gas supplied between the transfer body and the transfer sheet can be further increased. As a result, the adhesion between the transfer sheet and the transfer body can be improved, and the transfer can be performed accurately.
Furthermore, in the present invention, it is preferable to pressurize at a linear pressure of 500 N / cm or more in the pressing step.
According to the present invention, when the linear pressure is less than 500 N / cm, the transfer sheet and the transfer body cannot be sufficiently brought into pressure contact, and transferability may not be improved.
On the other hand, in the present invention, since the linear pressure is 500 N / cm or more, the adhesion between the transfer sheet and the transfer body can be improved, and the transfer can be performed accurately.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the gas is carbon dioxide, and the surface of the transfer sheet is dissolved by the gas in the press-contacting step.
According to the present invention as described above, the gas is dissolved in the transfer sheet, so that the surface of the transfer sheet is melted. In this way, the transferability can be improved by pressing the transfer body while the surface is melted.
The manufacturing apparatus of the present invention is a transfer sheet manufacturing apparatus manufactured by press-contacting a transfer body and a transfer sheet, and a press-contact portion that presses the transfer sheet against the transfer body, and a transfer sheet And a gas supply unit that continuously blows a gas that can be dissolved in the pressure-contacting portion and supplies the gas between the transfer body and the transfer sheet.
In this case, it is preferable that the pressure contact portion includes any one of a pair of opposed rollers to which a transfer body and a transfer sheet are supplied, a roller and a belt, and a pair of opposed belts.
In such a manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, a pressure contact portion that press-contacts the transfer body and the transfer sheet, and a gas that can be dissolved in the transfer sheet are continuously sprayed toward the pressure contact portion, Since the gas supply unit for supplying the gas is provided between the transfer sheet and the transfer sheet, a gas that can be dissolved in the transfer sheet can be supplied between the transfer body and the transfer sheet. Therefore, the air existing between the transfer body and the transfer sheet is replaced with the gas. When the transfer body and the transfer sheet are pressed into contact with each other at the press-contact portion, the transfer body and the transfer sheet are separated. Since the gas dissolves in the sheet to be transferred, the transfer body and the sheet to be transferred are in close contact with each other, and transferability can be improved.

被転写シート21を構成する熱可塑性樹脂としては、例えば、PC(ポリカーボネート)、PVC(ポリ塩化ビニル)、PMMA(ポリメタクリル酸メチル)、EMMA(エチレン−メタクリル酸メチルランダム共重合体)等があげられる。

Therefore, according to this embodiment, the following effects can be produced.

As described above, the gas between the embossing
(2) Further, when the

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications, improvements, and the like within the scope that can achieve the object of the present invention are included in the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the
