BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a road paving apparatus.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, pavement generally used does not have water permeability, so water tends to accumulate on the pavement surface, and slip easily occurs due to the accumulated water, and water penetrates into the ground below the pavement surface. Therefore, there are aspects that adversely affect the natural environment such as groundwater.
[0003]
Therefore, a water-permeable pavement has been developed in which the pavement surface has water permeability, absorbs rainwater, and water does not accumulate on the pavement surface. In this water-permeable pavement, gaps are formed between aggregates by reducing the amount of binder used such as asphalt and by spot-bonding the aggregates and adjusting the granularity of the aggregates. It is configured so that water can penetrate into the water. However, since the gap is provided between the aggregates, the bonding strength between the aggregates is weaker than that of general pavement, and the aggregates on the surface are likely to be scattered, resulting in inferior wear resistance. For this reason, the pavement surface is partially scattered or worn at intersections where the stop and departure of the vehicle are repeated, and it has been necessary to repeatedly repair this portion.
[0004]
Therefore, in JP-A-5-132905, a road pavement method is proposed in which a filler mixed with aggregate and resin is filled and applied to the stone gaps on the surface of the asphalt pavement on the surface of the water-permeable asphalt pavement, In this pavement method, the gap between stones of asphalt pavement is closely filled with a filler made of fine-grained aggregate and resin, so that there is no discrete or scattered aggregate, so the pavement surface lasts longer and repairs The frequency of construction is significantly reduced. In addition, asphalt stones are exposed on the surface, and the gaps between the stones are closely packed with fillers using fine aggregates, so there is very little dust accumulation and cleaning is easy (Patent Gazette No. 0017) Are listed. JP-A-2000-104210 has water permeability on a water-permeable asphalt pavement surface with a coating material in which aggregate and resin are mixed, and the particle size distribution of the aggregate is in the following range, (1) A road surface treatment method in which an aggregate having a particle size of 1.5 to 0.4 mm is 60 to 90% by weight, and (2) an aggregate having a particle size of 0.4 mm or less is 10 to 40% by weight. In this proposed surface treatment method, the water-permeable pavement surface is reinforced while maintaining water permeability, the voids are crushed, and the scattering of aggregates is significantly reduced. Further, it is described that a filler using fine aggregate is densely packed, dust accumulation is extremely small, cleaning is easy, and clogging of gaps is suppressed (Gazette No. 0018).
[0005]
And, in the actual construction, in the former paving method, the method of filling coating is not particularly limited, but while filling the stone gap of the asphalt surface layer with a saddle-like thing, a road finisher, etc. Moreover, it is better to coat the stone head so that it is cut off (Gazette No. 0012). Further, the filler is filled in the gap between the aggregates with a smoothing tool (such as a wrinkle), and the surface is uniformly applied (stage 0015 of the publication). Moreover, in the latter surface treatment method, coating refers to applying a coating material in layers on the surface of water-permeable asphalt. It is described that the coating may be any method such as glazing, machine construction, roller coating, etc. (Japanese Patent Publication No. 0016). However, in order to finish the entire pavement surface by a drape process, many workers and time are required, and the work efficiency is inferior in manual work. And since the resin used differs in properties from asphalt etc., conventional mechanical devices such as road finishers can not fill the gap between aggregates like manual work, such a comparison It has been desired to develop a pavement device that can efficiently apply a filler mixed with a resin and an aggregate that are rapidly cured.
[0006]
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the road pavement apparatus which coats the coating material which mixed the aggregate and resin on the surface of a pavement.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of
[0008]
According to the configuration of the first aspect of the present invention, the screed moves forward and backward as the vehicle travels, so that the coating material is rubbed into the gap between the aggregates of the water-permeable pavement. it can.
[0009]
Also,This claim1According to this configuration, the coating material supplied to the surface is roughened by the roughening portion and is rubbed between the aggregates by the screed.AverageFurther, it is leveled by a leveling blade.
[0010]
Also,This claim1According to this configuration, the front and rear screeds swing in opposite directions, so that the coating material can be efficiently rubbed against the surface and uniform spreading can be performed.
[0011]
Also,This claim1With this configuration, the coating material is guided to the lower surface of the screed that swings while being compressed in the thickness direction by the inclined lower surface.
[0012]
Claims2According to the invention, the leveling blade is provided so that its direction relative to the traveling direction can be changed.
[0013]
This claim2According to the configuration, when constructing a curved road, the coating material escapes to the outside of the curve of the leveling blade by setting the angle of the leveling blade so that the outside of the curve of the leveling blade is in front. Can be prevented.
