【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はボルトに連結するゴム材の性状を特定することにより特に水周りの支持脚として好ましいものとし、これに加え、更に構造を改良することによって防音性能を向上した支持脚を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の要旨は、基盤面に接するゴム材と、このゴム材の上下方向に形成した貫通穴と、この貫通穴に備えられたボルトと、からなる水周り部材の支持脚であって、当該貫通穴を囲んでゴム材中に円盤状プレートが埋設され、この円盤状プレートへ当該ゴム材の基盤面側からボルトを挿入し、貫通した当該ボルトに円盤状樹脂プレートを挿入し、当該ボルトにナットを螺合して、かかる円盤状樹脂プレートの上へ移動させて当該円盤状樹脂プレートに当該水周り部材の荷重を伝播させることを特徴とする水周り部材の支持脚にかかるものである。

そして、構造的には貫通穴はゴム材の上面側に窪み段部が備えられ、当該窪み段部内に円盤状樹脂プレートを挿入したもので、この円盤状樹脂プレートが、ナイロン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレンから選択されたものである。ゴム材はその硬度が40〜70度(ショア硬度A)で、更にこのゴム材の性状が250〜450kgの荷重範囲で450(kg/mm)±15%の静的バネ定数である。具体的にはゴム材質はクロロプレンゴムである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の水周り部材の支持脚は、特定のゴム材質を用い、しかも特定の構造を持つが故に、支持脚として優れたものとなり、特に防音性能を向上したもので、これを水周り部材の支持脚として使用すれば、水の落ちる音や洗面器等を落とした際の音が階下に伝播することが著しく低減することとなったものである。
このことは、ゴム弾性体の性状を特定したこと共に、床パンからの振動や荷重を樹脂プレートを介して伝播することから、金属ボルトが直にコンクリート面に接触する場合と比べてその伝播が低減することとなったものである。そして、その樹脂プレートは上底面に形成された窪み段部内に収納されることから、組立作業性が優れているだけでなく、荷重の負荷は確実に伝達されることとなる。

以下、本発明を実施例をもって更に詳細に説明する。
図1は本発明の水周り部材の支持脚の切断側面図であり、図2は上面図、図3は底面図である。

音響実験棟上下残響室にて、上回(3m×4m×厚150mm)に防水パンCP1317(1380×1780×高215mm)を設置する。防水パン洗場に各床衝撃を加え下室残響室にて騒音値を測定する。防水パンには実使用状況を想定し、周囲にユニットバスの壁、天井重量分のウエイト(150kg)を積載し、又、浴槽には200リットルの水を張った。
