【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to prevent fraud as described above by detecting at an early stage that a coin exit of a coin hopper is blocked.
The second purpose is to detect that the coin exit has been blocked and stop the coin discharge.
The third object is to manufacture an apparatus for stopping coin discharge at a low cost.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the coin hopper of the present invention is configured as follows. A coin feeding device, a coin passage through which coins fed from the feeding device pass, a detection guide portion for guiding coins passing through the coin passage, and the detection guide portion in the vicinity of the detection guide portion; a detection member to be moved by the residence coin case but not in contact with the coins passing staying coin on the detection guide section, upstream coin transporting passage than the detection guide unit in association with the movement of the sensing member A coin hopper comprising: a direction changing body that moves the coin sent out by the coin feeding device so as not to go to the coin passage ; and a flexible coupling body that elastically connects the detection body and the direction changing body. It is.
[0016]
According to this configuration, when the exit of the coin passage is blocked, the coin that is prevented from being discharged is located in the detection guide portion.
The detection body is moved directly or indirectly by the coin located in the detection guide section.
[0017]
By this movement, the direction changing body is elastically advanced to the coin conveyance path via the flexible coupling body. Coins that have traveled along the coin transport path are engaged with the direction change body and removed from the coin transport path. At this time, since the detecting body and the direction changing body are elastically connected by the flexible connecting body, the position of the direction changing body does not change even if the position of the detecting body fluctuates. Can be removed from the transport path. Therefore, since the number of coins paid out in an abnormal state can be reduced, there is a great effect in preventing fraud. In addition, since the detection body and the direction change body are elastically connected by a flexible connection body, there is an advantage that the detection body and the direction change body can be manufactured at low cost.
[0018]
In the present invention, the lower side of the coin passage is defined by a guide portion and a detection guide portion arranged in order from the delivery device side, and the detection guide portion is on the downstream side of the guide portion and has a step difference from the guide portion. It is preferable to have . According to this configuration, the leading coin is always below the trailing coin. Therefore, the rear coin rides on the front coin and always moves upward. Therefore, since the coin is displaced against the gravity only in an abnormal case, the operation is stable, and the detection by the detection body can be reliably performed.
[0019]
In the present invention, it is preferable that the detection guide unit is located immediately before the coin exit of the coin passage.
According to this configuration, when a coin stops at the coin passage exit, the coin is positioned in the detection guide unit.
Therefore, the next coin is displaced to move the detection body.
Using this movement, the coin can be released.
Therefore, the number of coins released in an abnormal state can be extremely reduced.
[0020]
In the present invention, the flexible connector is preferably an elastic body.
Since this structure is a simple structure called an elastic body, it can be manufactured at low cost.
