Abstract
【解決手段】重金属イオン(例えば、亜鉛イオン)を含んだ排水を流す排水槽の流路18とこの排水を供給し、かつ紙片部材20を収納した沈降槽4,5と、この沈降槽4,5から排水を供給し、かつ紙片部材20を収納するバブリング槽6と、このバブリング槽6から排水を供給し、かつバブリング20を収納する滞留槽とから成る。各槽内の紙片部材に含有されている非水溶性の残留リグニンに亜鉛イオン等の重金属イオンを吸着させて排水内の重金属イオンを除去するようにした除去装置である。

Description
まず、重金属イオンを含有する排水をアルカリ性とし、次いで、セルロース系フィルターを用いて濾過する重金属イオンの除去方法である(特許文献1参照)。
本例では、バブリング槽6による亜鉛除去の効果を確認するための実験を行った。このバブリング槽6内には、前述したようにブロワー(ポンプ)7よりノズル8にエアを吹き込んでバブリング槽6内をバブリングさせている。これにより、バブリング槽6内の水と廃紙20を入れた複数個のシュレッダー袋をバブリングさせ、排水と廃紙20の接触機会を増大させて、廃紙20の残留リグニンで排水内の亜鉛イオンを吸着させるようにしている。
図3は、バブリング槽の滞留時間増加の効果確認実験のブロック図であり、同図において、ポンプ3から0.5m3/hの流量である原水(排水)を送給パイプ23を介して送給して、廃紙20を投入した沈降槽5と廃紙を入れていない沈降槽21,22に原水を送給し、ついで、廃紙20を投入したバブリング槽6に原水を送給した例であり、沈降槽5とバブリング槽6には、120gの廃紙20を入れたシュレッダー袋23を18個投入して槽内には、合計で2.2kgの廃紙20を投入している。同図において、Xは原水(排水)の測定ポイント、Yはバブリング有りの場合と無しの場合の測定ポイントをそれぞれ示している。
以下に、重金属イオンの吸着特性における試験例について述べる。

Claims (3)
- 排水溝と複数の収容槽を送給パイプを介して連結し、かつ、ポンプにより排水溝内の排水を前記収容槽内に順次送給する工程と、裁断した廃紙を網状のシュレッダー袋に入れ、かつ、このシュレッダー袋を前記収容槽内に複数個収納する工程と、各収容槽内に流れてくる排水を乱流を生じさせて排水と廃紙とをバブリングするバブリング槽とする工程を有し、各収容槽に排水を送給する際に、廃紙に残留している非水溶性リグニンにより排水内の重金属イオンを吸着除去した後に排水を放流すると共に、金属イオンを吸着させた各収容槽内の廃紙を廃棄処分にしたことを特徴とする排水内の重金属イオンの吸着除去方法。
- 前記重金属イオンは、排水中に含まれている亜鉛イオンである請求項1に記載の重金属イオンの除去方法。
- 請求項1における吸着除去工程を、少なくとも3回の工程を経て排水内に含まれている重金属イオンを廃紙の非水溶性リグニンに吸着除去するようにした重金属イオンの除去方法。
