【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ドア枠又は子扉又は扉又は門扉よりなる取付け部材に電気錠のコントローラユニットを取付けるための電気錠のコントローラユニットの取付け構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から玄関扉に電気錠が使用されており、この電気錠のコントローラユニットは従来は建物の壁に取付けてある。(例えば特許文献1参照)
このように建物の壁にコントローラユニットが設けてあると、コントローラユニットの位置が扉から離れており、電気錠の開閉操作を使用者がし難いという問題がある。

そこで、扉の吊元側の端面に設けた切欠部内に制御部や受信機を収納し、カードキーによる電気錠の開閉操作を容易にしようとするものが提案されている。(例えば特許文献2参照)
また、扉の外面に突出する把手に設けた凹部にアンテナを備えたリーダ装置を収納してカバーで覆うようにしたものも知られている。(例えば特許文献3参照)

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
電気錠の開閉操作を容易にするために扉の吊元側の端面に設けた切欠部内に制御部や受信機を収納するようにした上記特許文献2においては、受信機のアンテナが扉内に収納されているため、金属製の扉やドア枠等の影響によるカードキー検知距離の劣化があって好ましくないものである。

一方、扉の外面に突出する把手に設けた凹部にアンテナを備えたリーダ装置を収納してカバーで覆う従来例である上記特許文献3においては、金属製の扉やドア枠等の影響によるカードキー検知距離の劣化を無くすことができるが、把手にアンテナ、リーダ装置を設けるため、把手が必要以上に大きくなり、また、リーダ装置を収納するために把手の形状等にも制約がある。しかも、この引用文献3においては、屋外側からは把手に内装したアンテナを利用してカードキーにより電気錠の開閉ができるが、屋内側からの電気錠を開閉するためには屋内側にも上記とは別に屋内側操作ユニットを設ける必要があり、屋外側、屋内側にそれぞれ別々に操作ユニットを設ける必要があり、工事も面倒となるという問題がある。

そこで、本発明の発明者は本発明に至る過程で、図27に示すようなものを考えた。すなわち、ドア枠又は子扉又は扉又は門扉よりなる取付け部材1に屋内側から屋外側に貫通するように取付け孔2を形成し、電気錠3の開閉を開閉制御するための制御部と屋外側において非接触型のカードキーの情報を読み取って制御部により施解錠するためのアンテナ16とを備えたコントローラユニット7を上記取付け孔2にはめ込み、コントローラユニット7の屋外側の端部を取付け孔2から屋外側に突出させ、コントローラユニット7の屋内側の端部に設けた巾広部12を取付け部材1に固着具により固着させることを考えた。そして、上記コントローラユニット7の屋外側に突出した部分の内部にアンテナ16を配置し、このようにアンテナ16が屋外側に突出して位置することで、金属製の取付け部材1の影響を受けないようにすることを考えた。この場合、取付け孔2にコントローラユニット7を貫挿して取付けるものにおいて、コントローラユニット7の取付け部分の気密性、断熱性等を確保するため、巾広部12と取付け部材1の屋内側の面との間に気密材31を介在させた状態で固着具により巾広部12を取付け部材1に取付ける必要がある。

ところで、アンテナ16を内装したコントローラユニット7の屋外側への突出部分の突出長さはできるだけ短い方が外観がよいが、突出長さが短すぎると金属製の取付け部材1の影響を受けて検知距離の劣化が生じる。このため、図27(b)における寸法Aで示す突出長さは非常に重大であるが、上記のように、気密性、断熱性等を確保するため、巾広部12と取付け部材1の屋内側の面との間に弾性を有する気密材31を介在させた状態で固着具により巾広部12を取付け部材1に取付けると、上記先端部にアンテナ16を内装したコントローラユニット7の取付け部材1の外面からの突出長さが変動し、目的とする突出寸法にできない場合が生じることが判明した。

また、図27のようなものにおいては、屋外側に突出したコントローラユニット7の突出面の一部に孔を開けたりしてコントローラユニット7内の配線や制御回路の電気的操作(短絡等)を行うことで、電気錠3コントローラの誤動作を誘発して解錠する可能性が懸念される。

更に、図27のようなものにおいては、取付け部材1に設けた取付け孔2の屋外側の開口縁が露出して外観が良くないという問題がある。

また、従来においては玄関のドア枠又は子扉又は扉に取付けるアンテナを備えたコントローラユニットと、門扉に取付けるアンテナを備えたコントローラユニットとは異なる種類のものであり、玄関のドア枠又は子扉又は扉に取付けものと、門扉に取付けるものとを共通のアンテナを備えたコントローラユニットにより兼用させるようなものはなかった。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、簡単な構成で、アンテナの取付け部材の屋外側面からの突出長さを一定にでき、しかも、屋外側においてコントローラユニットの一部を部分的に破壊されても、コントローラユニット内の配線や制御回路の電気的操作(短絡等)が出来にくくして防犯効果を高めることができ、また、取付け部材に設けた取付け孔の屋外側の開口縁が露出しないようにできて外観を向上でき、また、防水性を向上できると共に取付け部材の厚みが異なる場合にも対応できて、玄関のドア枠又は子扉又は扉に取付けるアンテナを備えたコントローラユニットと、門扉に取付けるアンテナを備えたコントローラユニットとを共通のもので兼用できる電気錠のコントローラユニットの取付け構造を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る電気錠のコントローラユニットの取付け構造は、ドア枠又は子扉又は扉又は門扉よりなる取付け部材1に屋内側から屋外側に貫通するように取付け孔2を形成し、電気錠3の開閉を開閉制御するための制御部4と屋外側において非接触型のカードキー5の情報を読み取って制御部4により施解錠するためのアンテナ16とを備えたコントローラユニット7を上記取付け孔2にはめ込んで取付ける電気錠3のコントローラユニット7の取付け構造であって、取付け孔2の屋外側開口部8の大きさを取付け孔2の他の部分よりも小さな開口とし、コントローラユニット7の本体部9の外形の大きさを取付け孔2の屋外側開口部8よりも大きく且つ取付け孔2の屋内側開口部11よりも小さい大きさとし、この本体部9の屋外側面に外形の大きさが取付け孔2の屋外側開口部8よりも小さい屋外側突出部10を突設し、本体部9の屋内側端部に外形の大きさが取付け孔2の屋内側開口部11よりも大きい巾広部12を形成し、屋外側突出部10内にアンテナ16を配設し、本体部9を取付け孔2に屋内側から嵌め込み且つ屋外側突出部10を取付け孔2の屋外側開口部8から屋外側に突出させ且つ巾広部12を取付け部材1の屋内側面に対向させて位置させ、本体部9と屋外側突出部10の間の段部32を取付け孔2の屋外側開口部8の縁部の屋内側面に当接すると共に巾広部12と取付け孔2の屋内側開口部11の縁部外周の取付け部材1の屋内側端部との間に気密材31を介在させた状態で巾広部12を取付け部材1に固着具42により固着して成ることを特徴とするものである。

このような構成とすることで、気密材31を介して巾広部12を固着具42により取付け部材1に固着する際、コントローラユニット7の本体部9と屋外側突出部10の間の段部32が取付け孔2の屋外側開口部8に設けたアタッチメント部材5の開口部51の縁部の屋内側面に当接するまで締め付けることで、屋外側突出部10の突出長さを一定にでき、最も突出長さが短く且つ金属製の取付け部材1に影響されることなくアンテナ部6の検知距離の劣化が認められない設計上の突出距離を確保できるものである。しかも、取付け孔2の屋外側開口部8及び屋内側開口部11の大きさを同じ大きさとし、取付け孔2の屋外側開口部8に該開口部よりも小さい開口部51を有するアタッチメント部材50を取付けると共に屋内側開口部11に対応するアタッチメント部材50の屋内側の部位に位置決め用当たり部55を設けるので、取付け部材1の両側面のうちどちらの面が屋外側の面となるように施工されたとしても、取付け孔2における屋外側の面となる方の屋外側開口部8にアタッチメント部材50を取付けることで対応して上記のように、屋外側突出部10の突出長さを一定にでき、最も突出長さが短く且つ金属製の取付け部材1に影響されることなくアンテナ部6の検知距離の劣化が認められない設計上の突出距離を確保できるものである。

図12に示すような玄関ドア装置のような出入り口ドア装置Aは、開閉自在な扉33を有するドアユニットと、扉33の施解錠を電気的に行う電気錠3とを備えており、更に、この出入り口ドア装置Aには電気錠3の施解錠の制御を行うための制御部4を収納した図6、図7に示すようなコントローラユニット7を設けてある。また、コントローラユニット7には非接触型のカードキー5の情報を読み取って制御部4により施解錠するためのアンテナ部6が内装してあり、また、屋内側から電気錠の開閉操作をしたり、カードキー5への暗証番号の登録を行ったりするための屋内側操作部34が設けてある。

ドアユニットは例えば、図12に示すようにドア枠36と扉33、又はドア枠36と扉33と袖壁とで構成してあり、扉33としては単体の場合、又は図示を省略しているが主扉と子扉とで構成した場合とがある。電気錠3はデッドボルトと、デッドボルトを駆動するデッドボルト駆動部と、デッドボルトが突出した際に挿入自在となったデッドボルト受け部とで構成してあり、デッドボルト駆動部は制御部4からの制御信号により駆動してデッドボルトを出没自在としている。

コントローラユニット7は出入り口ドア装置Aのドア枠36又は子扉又は扉33よりなる取付け部材1に取付けられる(実施形態ではドア枠36に取付けてある)。取付け部材1を構成するドア枠36は金属製(例えばアルミニウム製)の中空筒状をしており、屋内側から屋外側に貫通するように取付け孔2が形成してあり、この取付け孔2は屋外側開口部8が屋内側開口部よりも小さく設定してあり、添付図面に示す実施形態では図1のように中空筒状のドア取付け部材1の屋内側面部と屋外側面部とにそれぞれ屋内側開口部11、屋外側開口部8を設けて屋内外に貫通する取付け孔2が形成してあって、中空筒状のドア取付け部材1の屋内側開口部11、屋外側開口部8間の部分は中空となっている。この取付け孔2にコントローラユニット7を貫挿して取付けてある。

押さえ金具21の屋内外方向に伸びた中央片22aはケース18から離れて位置させてあり、この中央片22aを電源線や電気錠3への信号線等のコード27を巻き付けるためのコード巻き付け部26としてある。そして、図8(c)のように中央片22aに巻き付けたコントローラユニット7のコード27は引き出し用開口部28から外部に引き出されるものである。この場合、中央片22aに設けた突片29が支持凹部30にはめ込んであることで、コード27に引き出し方向に張力が作用しても押さえ金具21が引き出し用開口部28側にずれるのを防止できて、確実にコード27の張力止めができるようになっている。
