Description
【0001】

【Technical field】
The present invention relates to a top plate for a cooker that is placed on top of a cooker such as an electromagnetic cooker.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a top plate disposed on an upper portion of a cooking device, there is a plate provided with a black light-shielding layer on the front surface or the back surface of a black color glass plate or a transparent glass plate. The reason for this is to allow light from the inside to pass through while preventing the light source provided in the cooking device and the internal equipment from being seen.
In addition, in order to enhance the design of the top plate, a device has been devised to make the light shielding layer highly decorative. In particular, in order to enhance the design of the top plate, a decorative layer having a beautiful gloss may be provided in addition to the light shielding layer.
[0003]
Furthermore, when the cooking device is an electromagnetic cooking device, it is not necessary to transmit light, and therefore a non-translucent top plate may be used. However, in recent years, in the above-described cooker, a light source indicating an operating state such as an energized state is sometimes disposed below the top plate. In this case, it is necessary to use a translucent top plate so that the light from the light source can be seen through the top plate.
That is, for example, a top plate having the decorative layer provided on the lower surface of a transparent glass plate is used.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved]
However, when such a top plate is used, when the light source emits light, the light emitted from the light source can be viewed from above. However, when the light source does not emit light, cooking including the light source is possible. The inside of the vessel may be seen through the top plate. Thereby, the external appearance design property of a cooking device will fall.
[0005]
In addition, by providing a light shielding layer that blocks light on the lower surface of the decorative layer, it is possible to prevent the top plate from being seen through and to improve the effect of the decorative layer.
However, in this case, even when the light source emits light, the light cannot sufficiently pass through the top plate, and it is difficult to visually recognize the light emission of the light source from above.
[0006]
Further, in recent years, there has been a demand for a bright glossy color rather than a black color as the color of the appearance of the cooking device. However, even if a brightly colored glass plate or a decorative layer is used for the top plate, the inside of the cooking device below the top plate may be seen through.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and provides a top plate for a cooking appliance that can surely recognize the light emission of a light source provided in the cooking appliance and has excellent appearance design. It is something to try.
[0008]
[Means for solving problems]
The present invention is a top plate for a cooker placed on top of the cooker,
The top plate is composed of a transparent glass layer, a pearl tone layer disposed on the lower surface of the glass layer, and a light shielding layer disposed on the lower surface of the pearl tone layer.
Further, the top plate has a viewing window provided with the pearl tone layer above the light source provided in the cooker and not provided with the light shielding layer,
The viewing window is configured such that the light source can be hidden when the light source is not emitting light, and the light emission of the light source can be viewed from the viewing window when the light source is emitting light. It exists in the top plate for cookers characterized by the above-mentioned (Claim 1).
[0009]
Since the top plate has the viewing window, the light from the light source can be transmitted upward without being blocked by the light shielding layer. Therefore, the light emission of the light source can be reliably recognized.
[0010]
The top plate is provided with the light shielding layer in a portion other than the viewing window. Therefore, visible light can be prevented from entering below the top plate. Furthermore, the top plate is provided with the pearl tone layer, and the pearl tone layer diffuses visible light irregularly. Thereby, visible light from the outside hardly transmits the pearl layer.
Therefore, when the light source is not emitting light, the inside of the light source and the cooking device is hardly visible from the viewing window, and the viewing window itself is not conspicuous. Thereby, the top plate can display a substantially uniform appearance over the entire surface by the pearl tone layer.
[0011]
As described above, when the light source emits light, the light emission of the light source can be reliably viewed from the viewing window, and when the light source is not lighted, the light source can be hidden. In particular, the above-described effects can be sufficiently exerted even when a top plate having a bright pearl tone which is not black is used.
Moreover, since the top plate has the pearl tone layer, the pearl tone appearance appears when viewed from the top through the glass layer. Therefore, the top plate is excellent in appearance design.
[0012]
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a top plate for a cooking appliance that can surely visually recognize the light emitted from the light source provided in the cooking appliance and is excellent in appearance design.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention (Invention 1), the glass layer is preferably made of translucent low expansion glass ceramics.
The pearl tone layer can be formed, for example, by applying a mixture of a pearl tone material and a silicone resin or siliceous sol to the glass layer and baking.
[0014]
The light shielding layer can be formed, for example, by applying a light shielding material to the pearl tone layer and baking it. As the light-shielding material, for example, a material obtained by pasting aluminum titanate, a low expansion glass flux and an inorganic pigment with an organic binder can be used. A raster painting material can also be used as the light shielding material. A raster is a diluted solution of an organometallic compound.
[0015]
The light shielding layer may be sintered at the same time as the pearl tone layer, or may be separately sintered after the pearl tone layer is sintered.
Alternatively, the pearl tone layer can be formed, for example, by applying a mixture of a pearl tone material and a heat-resistant resin to the glass layer, followed by drying and curing treatment. The light shielding layer can be formed by applying a heat-resistant and light-shielding material such as a heat-resistant paint, followed by drying and curing treatment.
[0016]
In addition, an elegant pearl decoration effect can be obtained by making the color of the light shielding layer similar to that of the pearl layer.
The light source indicates, for example, whether or not the cooker is energized, temperature, and various warnings.
[0017]
Examples of the cooker include an electromagnetic cooker, an electric heater, a halogen heater, and a radial heater.
In the present specification, the terms “upper” and “lower” are used on the basis of a state where they are actually used as a top plate of a cooking device.
[0018]
Further, the pearl tone layer preferably contains a pearl tone material formed by coating an inorganic pigment with titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, or iron oxide. In this case, it is possible to obtain a top plate for a cooker that is further excellent in appearance design.
Examples of the inorganic pigment include kaolin, talc, sericite, pyroferrite, natural mica, synthetic mica, and aluminum oxide.
The color of the inorganic pigment is not particularly limited, and the pearl tone layer exhibits a color obtained by adding a pearl tone to the color of the inorganic pigment.
[0019]
One or more viewing windows may be provided above the light source along the installation position of the light source. Also in this case, it is possible to provide a top plate for a cooker that can surely recognize the light emission of the light source and has excellent appearance design.
[0020]
Further, it is preferable that the straight line connecting the one ends and the viewing window of the upper Symbol source, the angle between the vertical direction is 0 to 70 ° (claim 4). In this case, it is possible to obtain a top plate for a cooking device that can more reliably visually recognize the light emission of the light source and has excellent appearance design.
When the angle exceeds 70 °, even when the light source is not emitting light, the light source may be seen from above the top plate, which may reduce the appearance design of the cooking device.
