Claims (7)
- 衝撃波源(2)と、この衝撃波源(2)によって発生された超音波衝撃波を焦束させるための音響レンズ(6)とを備え、この音響レンズ(6)に衝撃波源(2)用の支持ハウジング(8)が一体成形されていることを特徴とする結石破砕用の超音波衝撃波ヘッド。
- 衝撃波源(2)が環状であり、音響レンズ(6)に、支持ハウジング(8)としてほぼ中空円筒状の外側壁部材(12)および内側壁部材(10)が一体成形され、外側壁部材(12)の内周面および内側壁部材(10)の外周面にそれぞれ環状に延びる段部(20,18)が設けられ、それらの段部(20,18)に環状衝撃波源(2)の外縁および内縁が少なくとも間接的に接していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波衝撃波ヘッド。
- 音響レンズ(6)と衝撃波源(2)との間にチャンバ(26)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の超音波衝撃波ヘッド。
- 支持ハウジング(8)内に、流体を案内するための通路(40,42)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の超音波衝撃波ヘッド。
- 通路(40)がチャンバ(26)に連通していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の超音波衝撃波ヘッド。
- 通路(42)が音響レンズ(6)の前に存在する連結室(16)に連通していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の超音波衝撃波ヘッド。
- 支持ハウジング(8)が、連結膜を流体密に取付けるために、外周面に環状に延びる受け部(44)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の1つに記載の超音波衝撃波ヘッド。
