【0001】

Bei example, the transport pipe includes a main transport pipe comprising an inlet portion granule is introduced, it is branched from the main transport pipe, and a sub-transport tube with the outlet portion of granular material flows out, A direction different from the transportation direction of the aerodynamic force introduced by the aerodynamic source in order to transport the granular material connected to the main transportation pipe and pneumatically transported in the main transportation pipe toward the auxiliary transportation pipe. the auxiliary energy unit for introducing energy towards the auxiliary transport tube, and said using pneumatic transport system for Ru comprising a compressor which is connected to the auxiliary energy unit, a pneumatic transport method of granular material from, The air source is continuously operated and the compressor is connected. It is operated by introducing the energy from the auxiliary energy unit to the main transport pipe, and characterized by pneumatic transport of granular material in the sub-transport pipe.
[0013]
According to such a configuration, in the pneumatic transportation device having the main transportation pipe and the secondary transportation pipe, the introduction of the pneumatic force by the suction type pneumatic power source and the introduction of the pneumatic force from the auxiliary pneumatic means by the compressor are performed simultaneously. The granular material that has flowed in from the inflow part of the main transport pipe is transported in the main transport pipe in the transport direction by the aerodynamic force introduced from the aerodynamic source. After being transported toward the sub-transport pipe by the aerodynamic force introduced toward the vehicle, it flows out from the outflow part.
In addition, since the suction type aerodynamic power source is connected to the downstream side of the sub-transport pipe, the granular material transported through the main transport pipe to the sub-transport pipe is directed from the auxiliary aerodynamic means to the sub-transport pipe. It is transported toward the secondary transport pipe by the aerodynamic force introduced in this way, and is drawn from the main transport pipe to the secondary transport pipe by the pneumatic source.
[0016]
The invention according to
[0017]
According to such a configuration, even if the granular material that has been transported through the main transport pipe by the aerodynamic force introduced from the aerodynamic source passes through the sub transport pipe due to inertia, From the means, the aerodynamic force is introduced from the direction opposite to the aerodynamic transport direction introduced by the aerodynamic source, so that the granular material that has passed through the auxiliary transport pipe is again transported by the auxiliary transport force by the aerodynamic force. Transported towards the tube.
[0018]
The invention according to claim 3 is the invention according to
[0019]
According to such a configuration, since the auxiliary aerodynamic means is connected to the downstream side of the plurality of sub-transport pipes in the main transport pipe, this auxiliary air-power means introduces aerodynamic force toward all the sub-transport pipes. Can do. Therefore, the granular material that has been transported through the main transport pipe by the aerodynamic force introduced from the aerodynamic power source is transported to any sub transport pipe by the power from the common auxiliary aerodynamic means. Transported towards the tube.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in the pneumatic transportation device including the main transportation pipe and the secondary transportation pipe, the introduction of the pneumatic power by the suction type pneumatic power source and the auxiliary pneumatic power means by the compressor are used. At the same time, the aerodynamic force is introduced and the granular material transported through the main transport pipe to the secondary transport pipe is directed toward the secondary transport pipe by the air force introduced from the auxiliary pneumatic means toward the secondary transport pipe. Since it is transported, the granular material can be transported well toward the sub-transport pipe without providing an expensive three-way valve at the branch portion where the sub-transport pipe is branched from the main transport pipe. Therefore, pneumatic transportation can be performed from a main transportation pipe connected to a pneumatic power source through a sub transportation pipe branched from the main transportation pipe with a simple configuration and at a low cost.
In addition, the granular material transported through the main transport pipe and reaching the sub transport pipe is transported toward the sub transport pipe by the aerodynamic force introduced from the auxiliary aerodynamic means toward the sub transport pipe by the compressor, Is pulled from the main transport pipe to the secondary transport pipe. Therefore, the granular material can be transported better from the main transport pipe toward the sub transport pipe.
[0040]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, even if the granular material passes through the secondary transport pipe and flows in the main transport pipe as it is, it is transported again toward the secondary transport pipe by the aerodynamic force from the auxiliary aerodynamic means. can do. Therefore, the granular material can be transported better from the main transport tube toward the sub-transport tube without causing the granular material to stay in the main transport tube.
[0041]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the granular material that has been transported through the main transport pipe can be transported toward any of the sub transport pipes by the aerodynamic force from the common auxiliary aerodynamic means. Therefore, even if a plurality of sub-transport pipes are branched from the main transport pipe, it is possible to efficiently transport the granular material with a simple configuration.
