Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mobile X-ray apparatus that makes a round trip in a hospital.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional mobile X-ray device can be confirmed by the operator by turning on the X-ray imaging preparation completion indicator lamp or X-ray irradiation indicator lamp on the operation panel when X-ray imaging preparation is completed or X-ray irradiation is confirmed. Let them know by letting or emitting a buzzer.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
At the time of X-ray imaging, in order to prevent X-ray exposure, the operator tries to image at a position as far away from the X-ray apparatus as possible. For this reason, even if the X-ray irradiation indicator lamp on the operation panel is turned on, it is difficult for the operator to see the buzzer sound. As understood by the operator, there is a problem that anxiety is given to the subject if these irradiation indicator lights are too bright or the buzzer sound is increased.
[0004]
The object of the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the mobile X that makes it easy for an operator at a position far away from the apparatus to recognize the state when preparation for X-ray imaging is completed or when X-ray irradiation is performed. It is to provide a wire device.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention provides an X-ray imaging preparation command input from an X-ray imaging hand switch in a mobile X-ray apparatus having a mobile device for visiting a hospital by electric traveling. Alternatively, a laser irradiator that irradiates the laser beam upward of the X-ray apparatus in accordance with an X-ray irradiation command is provided.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a mobile X-ray apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of an operation panel shown in FIG. In each figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an X-ray generator, which is held by an X-ray generator holding unit 4 so as to be movable up and down, and emits X-rays under the control of the X-ray control unit 2 and has wheels. It is mounted on the mobile carriage 3. Reference numeral 5 denotes an operation panel provided with keys for operating the mobile X-ray apparatus and various displays. Reference numeral 6 denotes a first-stage switch and a second-stage switch which are electrically connected to the X-ray controller 2. An X-ray irradiation hand switch that can be remotely operated. When the first-stage switch is pressed, a command signal is sent from the X-ray control unit 2 to the X-ray tube of the X-ray generator 1 to prepare for X-ray irradiation. In other words, a rotation command for a rotor (not shown) and a heating command for the filament are output. The second-stage switch is an X-ray irradiation switch that outputs a signal for irradiating X-rays from the X-ray generator 1 to an X-ray high voltage generator (not shown) when pressed. 12a is a first laser beam irradiating unit that emits laser light toward the ceiling when the first switch of the hand switch 6 is pressed, and 12b is a laser that operates when the second switch of the hand switch is pressed. It is the 2nd laser beam irradiation part which irradiates light toward a ceiling. Reference numeral 13a denotes a first copied image by the first laser light irradiation unit, and 13b denotes a second transferred image by the second laser light irradiation unit. Reference numeral 17 denotes a power indicator lamp, 18 denotes an imaging preparation completion indicator lamp, and 19 denotes an X-ray irradiation indicator lamp, which are installed on the operation panel 5. 20 is a tube voltage setting key for photographing conditions, 21 is a tube current setting key for photographing conditions, 22 is a tube voltage indicator for displaying the tube voltage, and 23 is a tube current indicator for displaying the tube current. These are also installed on the operation panel 5 as shown in the figure.
[0007]
Next, an X-ray imaging procedure of the mobile X-ray apparatus having the above configuration will be described.
1 and 2, in order to set the X-ray imaging conditions according to the imaging region in advance, first, the power switch of the apparatus not shown is turned on, and when the power indicator lamp 17 is lit, the tube voltage indicator 21 is turned on. At the same time, the + and-buttons of the tube voltage setting key 20 are operated to set the tube voltage (kV) to a predetermined value, and the tube current time integrated value (mAs) display 23 is viewed to set the mAs value setting key 22. The tube current time integrated value (mAs) is set to a predetermined value by operating the + and − buttons. When the imaging conditions are set, the first switch of the hand switch 6 is pressed to rotate the X-ray tube rotor of the X-ray generator 1 and to heat the filament. When the rotational speed of the rotor reaches the rated rotational speed and the filament rises to a predetermined temperature, the photographing preparation completion indicator lamp 18 is turned on. A lighting command to the imaging preparation completion indicator lamp 18 is also input in parallel to the first laser light irradiation unit 12a, and laser light is emitted from the first laser light irradiation unit 12a. The irradiated laser light is irradiated to a place that can be seen well by an operator away from the X-ray apparatus, for example, a plane of the ceiling, for X-ray irradiation, and the first image 13a is projected onto the ceiling. At this time, the operator is as far as possible from the apparatus in order to avoid exposure by X-rays irradiated in the next operation. For this reason, it is difficult for the operator to see the photographing preparation completion indicator lamp 18 provided on the operation panel 5 as in the conventional apparatus. On the other hand, since the first image 13a is projected on the ceiling, even if the distance is long, the operator can easily enter the visual field and confirm it with a little head upward.
[0008]
Then, the operator visually recognizes that the preparation for photographing is completed by the first projected image 13a projected on the ceiling, and presses the X-ray irradiation switch (second switch of the hand switch 6). Then, the X-ray control unit 2 turns off the laser beam irradiation signal to the first laser beam irradiation unit 12a and turns on the laser beam irradiation signal to the second laser beam irradiation unit 12b. Then, a laser beam is irradiated from the laser beam irradiation unit 12b. This laser light also projects the second image 13b onto the ceiling that is easy for the operator to see. Since this second image 13b is also projected on the ceiling, even if the distance is long, the operator can easily enter the field of view and confirm it with a little head up. When the X-ray irradiation (actually, the X-ray irradiation time is about 1 second at the longest) is finished, the X-ray irradiation indicator lamp 19 is turned off, and the laser irradiation from the second laser light irradiation unit 12b is also performed. The X-ray imaging ends. It should be noted that the X-ray irradiation time may be very short depending on the part to be imaged, and it is considered difficult for the operator to confirm the second image, so the laser beam that forms the second image is It is better to increase the color difference between the color of the ceiling and other colors, increase the brightness, or make various improvements.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
When the X-ray imaging preparation is completed and when the X-ray irradiation is performed, a laser beam is irradiated to the ceiling of the room where the apparatus is installed to notify the operator, so that the X-ray imaging preparation completion state and the X-ray irradiation even when away from the apparatus Can be easily recognized.
