Description
The present invention relates to a pipe laying method, and in particular, a pipe in which a precast concrete box culvert is carried into an uncut underground space and laterally pulled to integrally connect a plurality of pipes. It relates to how to lay firewood.
As a method of laying pipes in sewerage works in urban areas, pipes of the same shape (hereinafter referred to as unit pipes) made of precast concrete products are connected together to form pipe pipes (hereinafter referred to as unit pipes). There is a method for constructing a tunnel structure in which a large number of box culverts are connected in the longitudinal direction and integrated. In this pipe laying construction method, a precast concrete rectangular section box culvert, circular section fume pipe, etc. are supported on foundation concrete in a retaining space supported by retaining walls such as steel sheet piles and excavated to a predetermined ground surface. Carry in the unit tubes, move each unit tube to a position where it can be connected, adjust the gradient, temporarily place it, and build an integrated tube rod while maintaining the water tightness between each unit tube Yes. According to this construction method, the above-ground part is occupied for the excavation work, but the whole work can be rapidly advanced by using the precast concrete product.
By the way, the applicant has already carried the unit pipe into the retaining space formed by ground excavation, and moved the unit pipe along the rail laid on the foundation concrete to a predetermined connection position with a horizontal pulling device. When the pipes are constructed by sequentially connecting the unit pipes at the position, a large number of spherical bodies (steel balls) can roll on the rail upper surface using steel materials installed on the foundation concrete. The unit tube is placed on a large number of steel balls, and the unit tube is horizontally pulled in this state and moved to the connecting position of the already installed unit tubes. A body laying method (hereinafter referred to as a horizontal pulling method) has been developed (Patent Document 1).
Moreover, in the horizontal drawing method disclosed in
By the way, in the horizontal pulling method described above, the unit pipe body made of precast concrete, which is a heavy object, is point-supported by, for example, steel balls arranged on two rails using shape steel, so that the rolling motion of the steel balls It is preferable to arrange a large number of steel balls supporting the unit tube body on the rail so that the smoothness can be smoothly performed. Thereby, the vertical load per steel ball at the time of point-supporting the unit tube can be reduced, and the dynamic friction at the time of laterally pulling the unit tube can be further reduced.
In addition, when the block (unit tube body) disclosed in Patent Document 2 is laterally pulled, a rail that accommodates a steel ball that supports the unit tube body is surrounded by a flange with an H-shaped steel web as a rail surface. The upper part is buried in the foundation concrete so as to form an open U shape. When the number of steel balls arranged on the web surface of this rail is small, the burden load per steel ball is large, so when the foundation concrete is not sufficiently filled on the lower surface side of the web, The web, which is the rail surface, is deformed, and when the unit tube is moved by a horizontal pulling device such as a winch, the smooth rolling of the steel ball is obstructed, and the unit tube may not be smoothly pulled horizontally. is there. For this reason, it is necessary to provide a rail that has rigidity that can maintain the smoothness of the rail surface even when a load is applied, and that can smoothly roll the steel ball.
Furthermore, the unit tube moved to the connecting position by a horizontal pulling device such as a winch is inserted into a through-hole formed in the longitudinal direction in advance by a connecting member such as a PC steel rod, and a coupler or the like for every predetermined number of bases. As a result, the pipes are completed in the direction of the tunnel axis. However, in this state, each unit tube is still placed on a steel ball placed on the rail surface via a protrusion provided on the lower surface, and between the foundation concrete and the bottom surface of the unit tube. Is left open. The pipe rod completed by connecting multiple units is supported from the above-mentioned many steel balls on the rail surface via support members, and the bottom surface of each unit tube integrated with the tube rod and the basic concrete It is necessary to close the gap between the two.
Therefore, in the conventional horizontal drawing method, each unit tube is transported to a predetermined position, integrated into a tunnel shape, and a grouting operation is performed as a final process in a state where the pipe rod is completed. By this grout operation, the gap between the foundation concrete and the foundation concrete is closed, and the foundation concrete and the pipe are integrated.
FIG. 9A shows a state in which the unit pipe body shown in FIG. 3A is laterally drawn, and a grout material is filled between the bottom portion of the finished pipe rod and the
Thus, in order to fill the space between the pipe rod (unit pipe body 1) and the
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the conventional techniques described above, and when a predetermined amount of steel balls are arranged on the rail surface for the horizontal drawing method arranged on the foundation concrete, Rails are laid so that rigidity is maintained so that smoothness is maintained, and at the time of pipe laying, the unit pipe is securely point-supported with a sufficient number of support points (the number of steel balls). By rolling the steel ball, the unit tube can be transported reliably and safely. In addition, when the unit tube is installed at a predetermined position, the steel ball that supports the bottom surface of the unit tube is accommodated. Installation of pipe rods so that the porosity per rail unit length of the steel balls placed in the groove of the rail is regulated within a predetermined range so that the grout material can be surely filled in the groove of the rail It is to provide a method.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention carries in a unit tube body in which a support member is attached to the lower surface of the underground space formed along the extending direction of the pipe rod. In addition, a large number of the supporting members are rollably accommodated in the extending direction and the width direction of the rail in a concave groove-shaped rail whose upper surface is a shaped steel web embedded in the foundation concrete. Point-supported by a body, and the unit tube placed on the spherical body is laterally pulled through the support member and moved to a predetermined connection position along with the rolling of the spherical body. Each unit tube is connected to each other in order to construct a tube that is integrated in the extension direction, and a grout material is filled between the lower surface of the tube and the foundation concrete to integrate the tube with the foundation concrete. In the pipe laying method, the spherical body is formed on the rail. As mean plane occupancy rate in setting range is 20-50%, the part of the web lower surface of the shaped steel, to form a stiffening concrete cross-sectional shape having an apex facing downward integrally the It is characterized by being housed in a groove-shaped rail.
According to the present invention, it is possible to maintain the smoothness of the rail surface for horizontal drawing arranged on the foundation concrete, and at the time of laying the unit tube, the unit tube is supported by a necessary and sufficient number of support points (the number of spherical bodies). Since the point can be supported, the unit tube can be reliably conveyed by rolling the spherical body accommodated, and in addition, the unit tube is installed at a predetermined position, and in the integrated tube rod, It is possible to reliably fill the groove portion with the grout material and to achieve integration with the foundation concrete.
Hereinafter, as the best mode for carrying out the pipe laying method of the present invention, the following embodiments will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a pipe laying method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a working state in which a box culvert as a unit tube body of the present invention is horizontally pulled. In order to easily realize this lateral pulling operation, a configuration (friction reducing means) for reducing friction is provided between the
In the present embodiment, the friction reducing means has a configuration equivalent to the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 2 described above. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, two
The upper surface of the H-shaped
And as shown to Fig.3 (a), the
[Flat occupation ratio of steel balls during transportation]

[Configuration of support protrusion]
As shown in FIG. 2, the support protrusion of this embodiment has a rectangular cross section inserted into the
4 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing a modified example of the
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a
[Installation of guide rails]
Here, the construction procedure for burying and installing the

[Composition of filled grout material]
As described above, the space between the bottom surface of the box culvert transported to a predetermined position and connected to the foundation concrete is filled with the grout material, but in this embodiment, the fluidity of the grout material at the time of construction and the compression In consideration of the strength (bearing strength), mortar having S / C = 2.0 (1: 2 mortar) and water cement ratio W / C = 55% or less is used as a grout material for filling. In addition, the flow value (JIS R5201) is used as the management item when filling grout material, and the flow value is set to be 200 mm or more, and the fluidity is such that the gap between the steel balls in the groove is filled by self-filling. It is preferable to ensure. In addition, it is also preferable to make a high fluidity by adding a fluidizing agent as needed. In this case, it is preferable to set and manage a management value by a J funnel test or the like.
[Average plane occupancy of steel balls when filling grout]
Even when the fluidity of the grout material is increased, the number of the
Therefore, the plane occupancy ratio of the
When the average plane occupancy of the steel balls as described above is set, in actual construction, if the unit tube to be transported is a large structure such as a multiple box culvert, etc., to support a structure having a large mass However, in this case, the width of the guide rail laid on the foundation concrete is widened, a large number of steel balls are arranged, and wide support protrusions are mounted on the rails. It is preferable to reduce the burden at the time of point support of each steel ball. However, the steel balls must still be arranged close to the upper limit of the average plane occupancy, which may cause a problem in the grout material filling properties. In that case, as shown in FIG. 11, two
