Description
The present invention relates to a slide operation device such as a fader device used to set a parameter such as a volume by moving a moving body in a box by manual operation of an operator.
Conventionally, a slide operation device such as a fader device mounted on a mixer or the like is known. The slide operation device is generally configured such that the moving body moves in the box. For example, the moving body can be moved by a manual operation while holding the operation element fixed to the moving body. Then, the position of the moving moving body is detected, and various parameters such as volume are set based on the position.
Further, in the slide operation device disclosed in Patent Document 1, a position sensor that outputs a signal indicating the position is provided on the moving body, and a flexible flat cable including a lead wire group for taking out the signal is led out from the moving body. It is led outward from the lead-out hole of the housing. Also, in this type of slide operation device, a ground line that is grounded is provided, and a high voltage is discharged through the ground line even when an electrostatically charged user operates the fader operation element.
However, since the operation element cannot be electrically grounded in order to realize the touch sensing function described above, if a user with high static electricity touches the operation element, there is a risk of malfunction or failure due to a high voltage. There was a problem that there was.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to realize a touch sense function for recognizing an operating operator while securing a discharge path for static electricity applied to the operator. An object of the present invention is to provide a slide operation device that can perform the above operation.
In order to achieve the above object, a sliding operation device according to claim 1 of the present invention is made of a conductive material and is grounded, and is movable along the longitudinal direction of the box in the box. In the moving process of the mobile body, the box-side conductive portion and the mobile body side Becomes substantially sliding relationship to the other conductive portion, the insulating member for maintaining a constant interval closely to said moving side conductive portions and the box-side conductive portion (64,164), the A hum noise detecting line electrically connected to the movable body side conductive portion so that hum noise is generated by contact with the operation element, and the insulating member is provided with the box maintained at the predetermined interval. According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to realize a touch sense function for recognizing an operated operator while securing a discharge path of static electricity applied to the operator.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a slide operation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. A box which is a casing of the slide operation device is formed by assembling a
As shown in FIG. 2, the moving
A plurality of slide operation devices are mounted on a mixer device or the like as fader devices or the like, and the direction at the time of mounting is not fixed. Therefore, hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, the up, down, left, and right directions will be referred to based on the direction when viewed from the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
FIG. 3 is a plan view of the slide operating device. As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, a
The sub case 40 (see FIG. 1) is integrally formed of resin or the like in a U shape in plan view. The
As shown in FIG. 2, the moving
A
図4(b)は、同図(a)のA−A線に沿う断面図である。
FIG. 4A is a schematic view of the moving
As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the moving
The
The mechanism for detecting the position of the moving
Although not shown, a rotation prevention mechanism for the
When the
As shown in FIG. 2, in the state where the
As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, holes 71b and 83 corresponding to each other are formed in the
FIG. 5A is a front view of a leaf spring that constitutes a part of the sliding
The sliding
On the other hand, the insulating
5D is an enlarged view of a portion A in FIG. 5C, and FIG. 5E is an enlarged view of a portion B in FIG. 5C. The created sliding
When the sliding
The frictional force between the sliding
FIG. 6A is a schematic diagram illustrating a state of wiring connection related to the
As wiring, there are a
In the
Further, when considering the path leading to the
FIG. 6B is a block diagram of a touch detection circuit that realizes a touch sense function configured on the
The
As shown in FIG. 6A, the operator 80 (gripping part 34) is connected to the
That is, when the user touches the operating element 80 (the gripping portion 34), the capacitance of the system from the user's human body to the hum
In such a configuration, when a statically charged user operates the
According to the present embodiment, the curved convex side portion of the sliding
Particularly, since the

Also according to the present embodiment, since the
Various modifications may be employed as will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIGS. 7A to 7D are views showing a first modification of the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, the insulating
FIG.7 (e) is a horizontal sectional view which shows the 2nd modification of the assembly for sliding contact. As shown in FIG. 4E, a curved elastic insulating
Even in the configuration of the second modified example, when high static electricity is applied to the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the
Further, in the above embodiment, the object to which the sliding
FIGS. 8A and 8B are a side view and a plan view schematically showing a modification of the arrangement mode of the sliding
FIGS. 8C and 8D are a side view and a front view schematically showing another modified example of the arrangement mode of the sliding
Moreover, in the said embodiment, the insulating
FIGS. 9A, 9B, and 9C are a perspective view, a plan view, and a front view schematically showing a modification of the arrangement of the insulating portions. As shown in FIGS. 9A to 9C, the insulating portion 97 (97A, 97B) is fixed to the front surface of the
On the other hand, the slidable
In this configuration, when high static electricity is applied to the
In addition, as FIG.9 (d) shows typically the other modification of the arrangement | positioning aspect of an insulating part, you may provide an insulating part in both the movement side and a fixed side. That is, on the fixed side, the insulating
In the above-described embodiment and each modification, in order to allow the sliding
