内視鏡用バスケット型回収具は一般に、可撓性シース内に軸線方向に進退自在に挿通配置された操作ワイヤの先端に、3〜6本程度の弾性ワイヤによりかご状に形成されたバスケットが連結され、バスケットを可撓性シースの先端から突出させると弾性ワイヤの弾性によってバスケットが膨らみ、バスケットを可撓性シース内に引き込むと弾性ワイヤが弾性変形してバスケットが窄まるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
内視鏡用バスケット型回収具を用いることにより、臓器の中の細い分岐管路の奥にある結石等でも手術を行うことなく経内視鏡的に取り出すことができるようになった。

しかし、管路の形態等によっては、図8に示されるように、可撓性シース91を体内臓器の管路内に押し込んで行った時に、バスケット92の先端が管路の分岐部にぶつかってそれ以上押し込めなくなり、結石100の位置まで到達させることができない場合がある。

また、なんとか分岐部を通過させることができても、二点鎖線で示されるように、バスケット92を結石100とは逆の分岐の方にしか押し込めない状態になることも珍しくない。

そこで本発明は、臓器中の分岐管路において分岐部を容易に通過させることができ、必要に応じて任意の分岐の方に選択的に挿入することができる内視鏡用バスケット型回収具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明の内視鏡用バスケット型回収具は、可撓性シース内に軸線方向に進退自在に挿通配置された操作ワイヤの先端に、複数の弾性ワイヤによりかご状に形成されたバスケットが連結され、バスケットを可撓性シースの先端から突没させると各弾性ワイヤの弾性によりバスケットが膨縮をする内視鏡用バスケット型回収具において、バスケットが、相対的に硬い弾性ワイヤを軟らかい弾性ワイヤに対して偏在させて形成されているものである。

なお、硬い弾性ワイヤがバスケットの中心軸周りの半部側のみに配置されていれば、バスケット部分が顕著な曲がり方向特性を有する。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面を参照して本発明の実施例を説明する。
図1は、図示されていない内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに通して使用される内視鏡用バスケット型回収具の先端部分を示している。
