And a connection portion between the second horizontal side portion and the inner surface of the first vertical side portion, and a connection portion between the second horizontal side portion and the third horizontal side portion is formed on the inner surface of the second vertical side portion. It is formed to slide in contact.

The horizontal distance between the lower ends of the first vertical side and the second vertical side is set smaller than the gap, while the horizontal distance between the upper ends is set larger than the gap. In order to attach the fastener to the gap between the sound insulating plate and the U-shaped groove, first, the lower ends of the first vertical side and the second vertical side are inserted into the gap, By hitting the metal fitting with a hammer or the like from the upper side, the upper ends of the first vertical side and the second vertical side are bent toward each other and completely inserted into the gap.

The fastener shown in Patent Document 2 extends substantially in the vertical direction, and when mounted in the gap, the first vertical side where one surface in the thickness direction contacts the surface on the gap side in the thickness direction of the sound insulating plate When the fastener is attached to the gap, the horizontal distance between the first portion and the first vertical side portion is increased so that the horizontal distance between the first vertical side portion and the first vertical side portion increases. An upper end portion on the opposite side surface to the first vertical side portion includes a second vertical side portion that abuts on one side surface of the U-shaped groove. Between the first vertical side and the second vertical side, a first horizontal side connected to the upper end of the second vertical side and extending from the upper end toward the first vertical side. A second horizontal side portion connected to the first vertical side portion side end portion of the first horizontal side portion and extending from the end portion toward the second vertical side portion side and downward. 実開平04−57513号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 04-57513 特開2002−194715号公報JP 2002-194715 A

In the clasps of Patent Documents 1 and 2, when inserted into the gap between the groove portion of the column of the soundproof wall and the edge portion of the sound insulating plate, the upper end sides of the first vertical side portion and the second vertical side portion are narrowed. The connecting portion between the first horizontal side portion and the second horizontal side portion is in contact with the inner surface of the first vertical side portion, and the connecting portion between the second horizontal side portion and the third horizontal side portion is the inner surface of the second vertical side portion. To touch. Further, as the distance between the first vertical side portion and the second vertical side portion is narrowed, both connecting portions are required to slide downward while contacting the inner surfaces of the first vertical side portion and the second vertical side portion, respectively. The
However, in the connection part, when the fastener is inserted into the gap and the distance between the two vertical side parts is narrowed, the contact resistance increases from the moment of contact with the inner surface of the vertical side part. Hateful. Actually, the direction when both vertical sides are narrowed is substantially horizontal (or slightly obliquely downward), whereas the direction in which the connecting part slides is substantially vertical, and the action of the sliding direction The force is too small to get a sliding force.
Usually, when the fastener is inserted, the first lateral side portion is struck down, so that the connection portion between the first lateral side portion and the second lateral side portion is in contact with the inner surface of the first vertical side portion while being downward. Forcibly pushed down and slips. However, at the connecting portion between the second lateral portion and the third lateral portion, there is no such forced downward acting force, and it often occurs that the connecting portion does not slip. In some cases, a strange force is applied to the second vertical side portion and deforms to weaken the spring force. In an extreme case, the second vertical side portion may be partially damaged.

In particular, in the fastener of Patent Document 1, with respect to a straight line connecting both connection portions of the connection portion between the first lateral side portion and the second lateral side portion and the connection portion between the second lateral side portion and the third lateral side portion. Thus, the longitudinal direction of the second lateral side portion is inclined upward. For this reason, when the fastener is attached, the distance between the first vertical side portion and the second vertical side portion is abruptly narrowed, resulting in a phenomenon that the center of the second horizontal side portion is deformed upward. ing. As a result, the angle of the connecting portion between the first lateral portion and the second lateral portion (that is, the angle between the first lateral portion and the second lateral portion) becomes narrower than the initial state, and the elastic recovery of the fastener Invite a weakness of power. In some cases, the connecting portion was brittlely deformed, and the elastic restoring force disappeared, which was not useful.

On the other hand, in the fastener of Patent Document 2, a straight line connecting both connection portions of the connection portion between the first lateral portion and the second lateral portion and the connection portion between the second lateral portion and the third lateral portion. On the other hand, the longitudinal direction of the second lateral side portion is inclined downward. Therefore, when the fastener is attached, if the distance between the first vertical side portion and the second vertical side portion is suddenly narrowed, the center is downwardly convex (upper concave) even if the second horizontal side portion is deformed. Transforms into As a result, the angle of the connecting portion between the first lateral side and the second lateral side (that is, the angle between the first lateral side and the second lateral side) becomes wider than the initial state, resulting in a smooth curve. So it becomes slippery.
However, the connecting portion between the first horizontal side portion and the second horizontal side portion becomes slippery with respect to the inner surface of the first vertical side portion, and the connecting portion between the second horizontal side portion and the third horizontal side portion is , It is still in a state where it is difficult to slip with respect to the inner surface of the second lateral side portion.
Therefore, also in this Patent Document 2, the first vertical side portion and the second vertical side portion are forcibly made in a state where the connecting portion between the second horizontal side portion and the third horizontal side portion does not slide on the inner surface of the second vertical side portion. The interval between and will be narrowed. As a result, the second lateral side is buckled and the elastic restoring force is lost.

In particular, recently, a stainless steel plate has been used as a material for the fastener, instead of a normal steel material. In the case of a normal steel plate, the surface was subjected to a rust prevention treatment such as galvanization, so that it was relatively slippery when in contact with each other. However, this stainless steel plate is often used as it is without being plated as described above. In that case, it is relatively difficult to slip when in contact with each other, and the above problem is greatly highlighted. It is supposed to be.

The object of the present invention is for the sound insulation plate fastener of the sound insulation wall as described above.
When the sound insulation plate fastener is inserted into the clearance between the soundproof walls, the connecting portion between the second horizontal side and the third horizontal side smoothly contacts the inner surface of the second vertical side and slides down. To provide a structure.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the fastener is attached, the lower portion of the first vertical side portion and the second vertical side portion of the fastener is inserted into the gap, and further forcedly inserted, The first contact portion between the lateral side portion and the second lateral side portion contacts the inner surface of the first longitudinal side portion, and the second contact portion between the second lateral side portion and the third lateral side portion is the second longitudinal side portion. Touch the inner surface. And if it inserts further, the space | interval of a 1st vertical side part and a 2nd vertical side part will become narrow. At that time, since the first contact portion is forced into the first lateral side portion and a downward force is applied, the inner surface of the first vertical side portion can smoothly slide downward. . In addition, the second contact portion does not directly contact the inner surface of the second vertical side portion, but first contacts the inclined surface, so that the angle between the second horizontal side portion and the inclined surface can be increased. The second contact portion can smoothly slide downward on the inner surface of the first vertical side portion.

In the invention of claim 2, since the protruding portion is formed in a bead shape, not only the strength of the second vertical side portion but also the strength of the inclined surface can be improved, and the second contact portion and the inclined surface can be improved. According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, sufficient slipping between the second contact portion and the second vertical side portion can be ensured even with respect to the fastener of the stainless steel plate.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(Embodiment 1)
1 to 5 relate to Embodiment 1 of the present invention and show an example in which a fastener is applied to a sound insulation plate of a sound insulation wall. 1 shows a soundproof wall 1 provided with a clasp 10, and the soundproof walls 1 are erected at predetermined intervals in a direction along the automobile road (a direction perpendicular to the paper of FIG. 1) on both sides of the automobile road. A large number of support columns 2, 2,. Each of the columns 2 is made of H-shaped steel, and has two groove portions 3 and 3 having a U-shaped cross section extending in the length direction of the column 2, and the openings of the grooves 3 are along the automobile road. It is erected so as to face the direction (the length direction of the soundproof wall 1). That is, each groove part 3 is formed in the opposing surface of a pair of adjacent support | pillars 2 and 2 mutually.

A plurality of sound insulating plates 4, 4,... Extending in the direction along the automobile road are fitted between the opposing groove portions 3 and 3 on the opposing surfaces of the pair of support columns 2 and 2 while being stacked in the vertical direction. ing. Each of the sound insulating plates 4 is made of a plastic such as polycarbonate or a box type made of iron, aluminum, concrete, or the like, and the thickness t is set smaller than the groove width W of the groove portion 3. In addition, the metal exterior board (not shown) is stuck and fixed to the side surface opposite to the motorway of each support | pillar 2. As shown in FIG.

In the gap (gap amount S = W−t) between each sound insulating plate 4 and each side of the groove 3 opposite to the motor road, the sound insulating plate 4 is placed on the side of the groove 3 on the side of the motor road by elastic restoring force. A leaf spring type sound insulation plate fastener 10 that is pressed and made of spring steel or the like is mounted. The fastener 10 is provided at the upper end of each end portion in the length direction of each of the sound insulation plates 4, and the upper end portion of the side surface (the gap side surface) opposite to the automobile road in the thickness direction of the sound insulation plate 4 is the automobile road side. It is comprised so that it may press. In addition, a stepped portion 4a that is recessed downward is formed on the side of the automobile road at the upper end of each of the sound insulation plates 4, and this sound insulation is provided between the stepped portion 4a and the side surface of the groove 3 on the side of the automobile road. The convex part 4b provided in the lower end part of the sound insulation board 4 piled up right above the board 4 is inserted, and the movement to the thickness direction of the lower end part of the sound insulation board 4 is controlled by this. It is like that.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, when the fastener 10 is mounted in the gap, the lower surface 10 abuts on the upper end surface of the sound insulating plate 4 and protrudes from the upper end surface. A mounting side portion 11 having a fitting hole 11a that substantially fits with the fitting portion 4c (see FIG. 1) having a circular cross section is provided. An upper end portion of the first vertical side portion 12 extending substantially in the vertical direction is connected to the end portion of the attachment side portion 11 opposite to the automobile road. The side surface of the automobile road in the thickness direction of the first vertical side portion 12 comes to substantially abut against the side surface of the gap in the thickness direction of the sound insulating plate 4 when the fastener 10 is mounted in the gap. ing.

At the lower end portion of the first vertical side portion 12, a second vertical length that extends substantially in the vertical direction is opposed to the first vertical side portion 12 and the horizontal distance from the first vertical side portion 12 increases upward. A lower end portion of the side portion 13 is connected by a connecting side portion 19. The length of the connecting side portion 19 is formed slightly smaller than the interval of the gap S so that it can be easily inserted into the gap S.
The upper end of the side opposite to the first vertical side 12 (the side opposite to the automobile road) in the thickness direction of the second vertical side 13 is the automobile of the groove 3 when the fastener 10 is mounted in the gap. It comes in contact with the side opposite to the road.

Connected to the upper end portion of the second vertical side portion 13 is a first horizontal side portion 14 extending from the upper end portion to the first vertical side portion 12 side and downward to substantially the vicinity of the first vertical side portion 12. ing. The first vertical side portion 12 side end portion (lower end portion) of the first horizontal side portion 14 is substantially the second vertical side portion 13 from the end portion toward the second vertical side portion 13 side and downward. A second lateral side portion 15 extending to the vicinity is connected. A third horizontal side portion 16 extending from the end portion toward the first vertical side portion 12 side and upward is connected to the end portion of the second horizontal side portion 15 on the second vertical side portion 13 side. .
A connecting portion between the first horizontal side portion 14 and the second horizontal side portion 15 is provided with a first contact portion 17 having a substantially arc-shaped cross section that can come into contact with the inner surface of the first vertical side portion 12. A connecting portion between the horizontal side portion 15 and the third horizontal side portion 16 is provided with a second contact portion 18 having a substantially arc-shaped cross section that can contact the inner surface of the second vertical side portion 13. The first contact portion 17 and the second contact portion 18 are formed in a smooth cross-sectional substantially arc shape.
Since the second contact portion 18 is formed at a portion bent upward from the lower end of the third lateral side portion 16, an imaginary line connecting the first contact portion 17 and the second contact portion 18 is formed on the second lateral side. It is located above the straight line in the longitudinal direction of the part 15.

A bead-shaped protruding portion 20 is formed on the second vertical side portion 13 so as to protrude inward (in the direction of the first vertical side portion 12). The upper surface 22 of the projecting portion 20 is formed in a planar shape. An inclined surface 21 is formed in a diagonally downward direction from the lower end portion of the upper surface 22 toward the inner surface of the second vertical side portion 13.

At a substantially intermediate position in the vertical direction of the second vertical side portion 13, a part of the second vertical side portion 13 in the width direction is formed by notching, and the tip is capable of coming into contact with the inner surface of the groove portion 3 of the column 2. 23.

A reinforcing bead portion 24 is provided at the center portion in the width direction of the first lateral side portion 14 and the second lateral side portion 15 so as to protrude inward substantially over the entire length in the length direction. The bead portion 24 is also formed on the first contact portion 17 between the first lateral side portion 14 and the second lateral side portion 15 so as to continuously protrude to the outside with the same width. The strength of the side portion 14, the second lateral side portion 15, and the first contact portion 17 is increased.

Next, a situation when the fastener 10 is inserted into the gap S will be described.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the fastener 10 is in a free state, the first contact portion 17 is in contact with the inner surface of the first vertical side portion 12, and the second contact portion 18 is in the second vertical side portion. 13 is an example of using the one floating from the inner surface of 13.
When the fastener 10 is inserted into the gap S and the first horizontal side portion 14 is hit with a hammer or the like and further inserted into the back, the distance between the first vertical side portion 12 and the second vertical side portion 13 becomes narrower. First, the first contact portion 17 slides downward while contacting the inner surface of the first vertical side portion 12. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 5, the second contact portion 18 comes into contact with the inclined surface 21 of the projecting portion 20 and slides downward on the inclined surface 21. And it moves to the inner surface of the 2nd vertical side part 13, and slides.

In this embodiment, the 2nd contact part 18 contacts the inclined surface 21 previously with respect to the inner surface (including the protrusion part 20) of the 2nd vertical side part 13, and contacts an inner surface directly after that.
The angle θ between the imaginary line connecting the first contact surface 17 and the second contact surface 18 and the inclined surface can be made relatively acute (compared to the angle between the imaginary line and the inner surface of the second vertical side portion). Therefore, as the distance between the first vertical side portion 12 and the third vertical side portion 13 is narrowed, it is possible to obtain an acting force in the direction in which the second contact portion 18 slides downward, and it is possible to smoothly slide. . Since it is in contact with the inner surface of the second vertical side portion with the extension of the state of smoothly sliding on the inclined surface, it contacts the inner surface with the sliding inertia, so that smooth sliding can be obtained even on this inner surface.

When the fastener 10 is inserted into the gap S and the distance between the first vertical side portion 12 and the second vertical side portion 13 is narrowed, the second horizontal side portion 15 is basically not deformed. Slightly elastically deformed and curved. In this case, since the longitudinal direction of the second lateral side portion 15 is located below the virtual line connecting the first contact portion 17 and the second contact portion 18, the second lateral side portion 15 is elastically deformed. When it does, it swells downward and deforms. As a result, the angle between the first lateral side portion 14 and the second lateral side portion 15 increases, and the curvature of the first contact portion 17 decreases, so that the first contact portion 17 becomes slippery and buckles. Deformation and cracking are less likely to occur.

FIG. 6 shows the second embodiment, which is similar to FIG. 5 of the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, only portions different from the first embodiment will be described, and description of common portions will be omitted.
That is, in the second embodiment, the inclined surface 21 provided on the second vertical side portion 13 includes a straight surface 21a, and the lower end portion of the straight surface 21a is smoothly connected to the inner surface of the second vertical side portion 13 by a curved surface 21b. It has become so.
In this 2nd Embodiment, there is almost no resistance in the transfer from an inclined surface to the inner surface of the 2nd vertical side part 13, and it is smooth and the 2nd contact part 18 slips easily.

FIG. 7 shows the third embodiment, which is similar to FIG. 5 of the first embodiment. In the third embodiment, only portions different from the first embodiment will be described, and description of common portions will be omitted.
That is, in the third embodiment, the inclined surface provided in the second vertical side portion 13 is formed by a series of curved surfaces 31 that are smoothly connected to the inner surface. In the third embodiment, there is almost no resistance to the transfer from the inclined surface to the inner surface of the second vertical side portion 13, and the second contact portion 18 is easy to slide.

FIG. 8 shows the fourth embodiment, which is similar to FIG. 5 of the first embodiment. In the fourth embodiment, only portions different from the first embodiment will be described, and description of common portions will be omitted.
That is, in the fourth embodiment, the inclined surface 21 provided on the second vertical side portion 13 includes a straight surface 41, and the straight surface 41 includes a plurality of inclined surfaces 41a and 41b. By making the inclined surfaces into a plurality of inclined surfaces 41a and 41b having different inclination angles, the second contact portion 18 comes into contact with the inclined surface 41a with which the second contact portion 18 first contacts with a considerably acute angle, and the next inclined surface 42b is slightly The angle can be made gentle, and at first, the slip is emphasized. The angle gradually becomes closer to the inner surface, and the inclined surface can be made in consideration of the transfer to the inner surface.
In addition, although it was set as two inclined surfaces in this inclined surface, it is not restricted to two but it is good also as three or more. Moreover, it is good also as an inclined surface which combined the curved surface and the linear surface.

In the above embodiment, in a free state where the fastener 10 is not inserted into the gap S, the first contact portion 17 is in contact with the inner surface of the first vertical side portion 12, and the second contact portion 18 is the second vertical side portion. 13 is formed so as not to contact the inner surface of 13 but to contact when inserted into the gap S between the sound insulating plate 4 and the groove 3. However, you may form so that the 2nd contact part 18 may contact the inner surface of the 2nd vertical side part 13 with a light force from the beginning in a free state. However, considering the ease of insertion, the former, which is not in contact in a free state, is preferable.
Further, the clasp may not be in contact with the inner surface of the first contact portion 17 and the second contact portion 18 in a free state.

The reinforcing beads 26 formed on the first lateral side portion 14 and the second lateral side portion 15 are formed so as to protrude inward, but conversely, they may be formed so as to protrude outward. The reinforcing beads 26 and the reinforcing beads 25 provided on the second vertical side portion 13 are not limited to one and may be formed in a plurality. It is preferable to provide a plurality of reinforcing beads especially for the second vertical side portion having a wide width.

Although the inclined surface 21 is provided on the second vertical side portion that is in contact with the second contact portion, an inclined surface may be provided also on the first vertical side portion that is in contact with the first contact portion.
