Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional pump configured as described above, the return hole is formed between the blades, and when the blades feed the fluid by rotation, the flow of the fluid in the blades swells in the return holes. This has the problem of causing performance degradation. Furthermore, when the reflux hole is configured in the vicinity of the blade outlet, the pressure difference between the reflux hole portion and the blade outlet portion becomes small, and there is a problem that air staying inside the rotor is difficult to be released.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a pump in which air does not stay in the rotor.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a rotor provided with a plurality of blades and a driven shroud provided on a rear shroud, a casing for housing the rotor, and a facing surface of the driven magnet via a casing. a pump with a stator, a reflux hole than the blade inlet diameter of the rotor to the inside of the rear surface shroud provided, the hole diameter of Rutotomoni the reflux bore provided the reflux hole outside the suction port of the front shroud of the rotor The inner portion is made larger than the rear shroud outer portion, and the blade inlet diameter on the front shroud side is made smaller than the blade inlet diameter on the rear shroud side .

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rotor having a plurality of blades and a driven shroud provided on a rear shroud, a casing for housing the rotor, and a facing surface of the driven magnet. A pump having a stator configured through a casing, wherein a reflux hole is provided in a rear shroud inside the blade inlet diameter of the rotor, and the return hole portion and the blade outlet portion By ensuring that the return hole is located inside the blade inlet diameter, the flow of fluid in the blade is less affected by the return hole, so that the air stays inside the rotor without degrading performance. A pump that does not . Furthermore, since the reflux hole is formed outside the suction port (eye diameter) of the front shroud, air and fluid from the reflux hole are more easily sucked into the blade . Furthermore, since the blade is formed in a direction to suck air and fluid from the reflux hole of the rear shroud, the air and fluid from the reflux hole are more easily sucked into the blade. Furthermore, since the hole diameter of the reflux hole is larger at the inner side (blade water passage side), air and fluid from the reflux hole are more easily sucked into the blade.
