導電性樹脂成型品からなり、前記複数の集塵側高圧電極の上に装着され、前記集塵側高圧電極の電極板の間に板状の電極板が幅方向に平行にそれぞれ設けられた集塵側アース部品であって、左右方向に別体に配設された複数の集塵側アース部品と、
金属製からなり、前記左右方向別体に配設された複数の集塵側アース部品の上に装着され、板金本体と、この板金本体から切り起こされ長手方向に配設された多数の板状の電極部と、切り起こされて開口となった空気通過開口部とを有している左右方向に一体に形成された荷電側アース部品と、
前記荷電側アース部品の前記電極部に対向して配設された荷電側高圧電極と、
前記荷電側アース部品と前記集塵側アース部品とを、空気の流路方向に位置固定する第1の固定手段と、
前記集塵側アース部品が固定された前記荷電側アース部品を枠体に装着し空気流路に垂直の方向に位置固定する第2の固定手段と、
