Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an X-ray tube incorporated in an X-ray generator used for non-destructive inspection of a sample.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an apparatus for inspecting the internal structure of a sample without destroying it, an X-ray generator incorporating an X-ray tube that irradiates the sample with X-rays is generally known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). This X-ray generator is used in combination with an X-ray camera that detects X-rays transmitted through a sample as part of a nondestructive inspection system for obtaining a fluoroscopic image of the sample. As the distance from the generation point to the sample is shorter, a fluoroscopic image with a larger magnification rate is obtained.
[0003]
As an X-ray tube, an X-ray generator having a structure in which a target is accommodated in a cylindrical portion having an X-ray exit window, and an electron gun is accommodated in a cylindrical portion protruding from the peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the X-ray generating portion. An apparatus including an electron gun portion having the above-described structure is generally known (see, for example, Patent Document 2). The X-ray tube is configured such that when the electron gun emits an electron beam toward the target, the target emits an X-ray toward the X-ray emission window.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventionally known X-ray tube, an exhaust pipe (chip tube) for evacuating the inside is provided on the peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the X-ray generation unit. For this reason, when the sample is tilted around an axis orthogonal to the X-ray irradiation direction in the state of being close to the X-ray exit window of the X-ray tube as described above, the exhaust pipe protrudes in the direction in which the exhaust pipe protrudes. It has been pointed out that the sample or the sample stage on which the sample is placed cannot be tilted so as to be in the way, which hinders the three-dimensional observation of the complicated internal structure of the sample.
[0007]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an X-ray tube capable of greatly tilting a sample or a sample stage on which a sample is placed in a direction in which an exhaust pipe is protruded.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An X-ray tube according to the present invention has a first tube portion having an X-ray exit window at an opening on the distal end side and a mounting flange on a proximal end side, and a first tube portion communicating with the inside of the first tube portion. An electron gun and a target are accommodated in a vacuum envelope provided with a second cylindrical portion projecting from the peripheral surface, the electron gun emits an electron beam toward the target, and the target passes through the X-ray emission window. In the X-ray tube configured to emit X-rays, an exhaust pipe for evacuating the inside of the vacuum envelope protrudes from the peripheral surface of the first cylinder portion. It arrange | positions inside the virtual surface which surrounds the surrounding surface of a 1st cylinder part ranging over the front-end | tip part periphery of a cylinder part, and the periphery of an attachment flange, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0009]
In the X-ray tube according to the present invention, when the sample is tilted around an axis perpendicular to the X-ray irradiation direction in a state of being close to the X-ray emission window provided in the opening of the first cylinder portion, The sample stage on which the lens is mounted can be largely tilted until it comes into contact with the peripheral edge of the tip end portion of the first tube part or the peripheral edge of the mounting flange without contacting the exhaust pipe.
[0010]
In the X-ray tube according to the present invention, when the exhaust pipe is disposed on the peripheral surface on the proximal end side of the peripheral surface between the distal end side and the proximal end mounting flange of the first tube portion , the inclined sample Alternatively, the tip-off length of the exhaust pipe can be increased as long as it does not come into contact with the sample stage on which the sample is mounted, and the inside of the X-ray tube can be surely evacuated.
[0011]
Further, in the X-ray tube of the present invention, when the cut surface along the axis of the second cylinder part is formed on the peripheral surface of the first cylinder part, the sample stage or the sample stage that holds the sample in the cut surface direction Can be further tilted, and the sample can be brought closer to the X-ray exit window to perform nondestructive inspection of the sample more precisely.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the X-ray tube of the present invention, the first tube portion straddles the distal end portion periphery of the first tube portion having the X-ray exit window at the distal end side opening and the periphery of the mounting flange. Since the exhaust pipe is arranged inside the virtual plane surrounding the peripheral surface of the X-ray, the exhaust pipe protrudes when the sample is tilted around an axis perpendicular to the X-ray irradiation direction in the state of being close to the X-ray emission window. The sample or the sample stage on which the sample is placed can be greatly inclined in the installed direction until it comes into contact with the peripheral edge of the tip end portion of the first tube part or the peripheral edge of the mounting flange.
