Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 22, when the telescopic handrail body 2 is attached so as to cross the doorway 1, one end of the handrail body 2 is placed on one side (for example, the left side) of the wall 12 around the doorway 1. The part is attached to the handrail support a so as to be rotatable, and the other end (for example, the right side) of the handrail main body 2 is attached to the attachment / detachment attachment b having the attachment / detachment function tool c so as to be attachable / detachable. And when not in use, the telescopic sliding main body 2 is suspended from the handrail support a so as not to get in the way.
A fitting hole e into which a tip k of the advance / retreat pin d is fitted when the advance / retreat pin d moves forward is formed at the detachable side end portion of the extendable handrail body 2. The end portion is supported by the handrail support tool a so as to be rotatable only in the vertical direction.
Thus, in order to attach the detachable side end of the telescopic handrail body 2 to the detachable attachment b, one hand grasps the detachable pipe (for example, a small diameter pipe) and extends the telescopic handrail body 2 in the direction of expansion / contraction. From the state in which the detachable side end is pulled out to a predetermined position in the detachable fixture b and the grip ball c1 at the rear end of the advance / retreat pin d is lifted by the other hand and the advance / retreat pin d is retracted, the other Move away from your hand. Next, while holding the detachable pipe with one hand, the detachable end is moved back and forth in the expansion / contraction direction to fit the tip k of the advance / retreat pin d into the fitting hole e of the detachable end.
On the other hand, when the detachable side end of the telescopic handrail body 2 is to be removed from the detachable fixture b, the gripping ball c1 is lifted against the compression coil spring f, the advancing / retracting pin d is retracted, and the advancing / retreating pin d former end k a disconnect from the fitting hole e of the desorption end extract, telescopic handrail main body 2 is pulled in the tension coil spring g as tensile elastic body to escape is reduced to expansion and contraction direction.
Conventionally, an extendable telescopic handrail body 2 having a built-in tension coil spring g has the same structure as the large diameter pipe 21 provided with a pin insertion hole h at one end in the axial direction, as shown in FIG. A small-diameter pipe 22 slightly thinner than the large-diameter pipe 21 is used, and both ends of the tension coil spring g are fixed to pins p arranged in pin insertion holes h at the ends of both pipes. A tension coil spring g is built in between 21 and the small-diameter pipe 22 so that it can expand and contract.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
(1) In the case of a handrail using the conventional telescopic handrail body 2, when the detachable side end of the telescopic handrail body 2 is removed from the detachable attachment b, the detachable pipe is securely connected to one If it is not held and supported by the hand, it will take out the detachable side and, at the same time, with the weight of the telescopic handrail body 2 and the strong restoring force in the expansion / contraction direction (reduction direction) of the tension coil spring g, There is a problem of strong and vigorous collision and injury.
(2) The telescopic handrail main body 2 opens a pin insertion hole h for attaching the tension coil spring g to the ends of the large diameter pipe 21 and the small diameter pipe 22, and this pin insertion hole h There is a problem in that it takes time and effort to machine a hole in the machine tool.
In this case, there is a problem that it is difficult to fix both ends of the tension coil spring g to the pin p. That is, since the tension coil spring g needs to be set in a state where tension is applied, there is a problem that it is particularly difficult to fix to the pin p later.
