BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a filtration filter used for a filtration process for cleaning a plating solution, a polishing oil for machine tools, food oil, diatomaceous earth and the like, and a dehydration process for separating and recovering dispersed substances in a liquid to be treated. This relates to a cleaning method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a filtration filter, a plurality of disk filters made of an annular thin plate are stacked, and a central pipe line in the vertical direction with an upper end opened at the center is formed. Various proposals have been made in which the treatment liquid is filtered by permeating the disk filter and flowing into the central pipeline, and the filtrate is recovered through a flow pipe connected to the central pipeline at the top. Here, the disk filter is generally formed of ultrafine fibers folded in a mesh shape, and allows the liquid to be processed to pass through the inside of the disk filter or between the mutually overlapping disk filters. Thus, even the very minute impurities mixed in the liquid to be treated are caught by the ultrafine fibers, and the liquid to be treated can be sufficiently filtered. For this reason, this filtration filter needs to be cleaned regularly to remove impurities staying in the filter or on the outer surface, and to maintain its filtration performance appropriately.
[0003]
As a method of cleaning the filtration filter, supply of the liquid to be treated to the filtration tank in which the filtration filter is suspended is stopped, and the filtrate is recovered in a state where the liquid to be treated is excluded from the periphery of the filtration filter. From the flow pipe, air, a cleaning liquid, or the like is press-fitted into the central pipe line of the filtration filter. As a result, there are various so-called backwashing methods in which the filtrate and cleaning liquid remaining in the central pipeline are ejected from the central pipeline toward the outer surface of the filter to remove impurities inside and outside the filter. It has been proposed (for example, Patent Document 1).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Such a filtration filter cleaning method presses the filtrate remaining in the central pipe line by press-fitting air, cleaning liquid, or the like, and as the filtrate is ejected from the outer surface of the filter, the water flows inside and outside the filter. Impurities staying on the surface are discharged. That is, it is a method of mainly washing with a filtrate. By the way, in this cleaning method, in order to wash the filtration filter uniformly over the length direction, it is necessary to apply the pressure by air, a washing liquid, etc. equally over the entire length of the filtration filter. For this reason, a retention tank capable of retaining a predetermined amount of filtrate is provided between the filtration filter and the flow pipe, and a filtration tank in which air, cleaning liquid, etc. remain in the retention tank during cleaning. It is well known that the liquid is pressed to apply a substantially uniform pressure to the filtrate in the central pipeline.
[0006]
However, even with such a method of washing with the filtrate, it is difficult to equalize the pressure acting on the filtrate over the entire length of the filter, and the upper part of the filter is lower than the lower area of the filter. There is a tendency for great pressure to be applied to the area. Therefore, if the filtrate is easily ejected in the upper region, and once a portion that is easy to eject is formed, the amount of ejection will further increase from that portion. The part which is hard to be done occurs. That is, the filtration filter could not be washed uniformly over the entire length. This phenomenon becomes prominent each time this cleaning is repeated, and the filtration function of the filtration filter is reduced.
[0007]
This invention is providing the washing | cleaning method of the filtration filter which can wash | clean the filtration filter substantially uniformly over the whole region.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a plurality of disk filters are stacked, and a central pipe line in the vertical direction with an upper end opened at the center thereof is formed, suspended in a filtration region in a filtration tank, and a liquid to be treated is placed in the filtration region. By supplying at a predetermined pressure, the liquid to be treated in the filtration tank is permeated from the outer surface of the disk filter and filtered by flowing into the central pipeline, and this filtrate is introduced into the central pipeline at the top. In a filtration filter that collects through a connected distribution pipe,
An exclusion step of stopping the supply of the liquid to be treated to the filtration tank, discharging the liquid to be treated in the filtration tank out of the filtration tank, and removing the liquid to be treated from around the filtration filter;
After the exclusion step, air is pressed into the central line of the filtration filter from the flow pipe, and pressure is applied to the filtrate in the central line, The step of ejecting the filtrate in the central conduit and the step of generating bubbles in the upper region of the outer surface of the filtration filter by the pressure acting on the filtrate surface in the central conduit are sequentially generated, A bubble cleaning step in which the air bubbles are continuously moved downward as the filtrate level is lowered, and the air is continuously injected until the air bubbles generated at the lowermost end disappear.
After the foam washing process, a predetermined washing liquid or filtrate is press-fitted into the central line of the filtration filter and the washing liquid or the filtrate is ejected from the outer surface.
The filter filter cleaning method is characterized in that the steps are sequentially executed.
[0009]
Here, in the exclusion step, impurities or the like excluded from the filtration filter by the washing are not mixed with the liquid to be treated remaining in the filtration tank, and the liquid to be treated is reused after the washing. In addition, such impurities can be easily separated and eliminated. Furthermore, in the bubble cleaning step, the pressure state difference between the center line of the filtration filter and the inside of the filtration tank can be increased, and the bubble cleaning step can be efficiently advanced.
[0010]
In such a foam cleaning process, the filtrate remaining in the central pipeline is pressed by the air that is press-fitted from the flow pipe. Here, as described above, a large pressure acts on the filtrate in the upper region of the central conduit, and the filtrate is ejected vigorously from a part of the upper region of the filter. Here, once a location where the filtrate is easily ejected is formed, the filtrate may be ejected in a concentrated manner from the high pressure region (central pipeline) toward the low pressure region (filtration tank). The filtrate remaining in the upper pipe line is ejected from this ejection location. And if the filtrate in a center pipe line becomes less than this ejection location, ejection of the filtrate in this location will almost stop. However, in the area above the liquid level of the filtrate in the central pipe line, the air is continuously pressurized and air enters a high pressure state, so that the air flows out from the jetting point toward the low pressure filtration tank. . Here, since the pressure of the air also acts on the filtrate surface and the inner peripheral surface in the central conduit, the filtrate on the filtrate surface is diffused, mixed with air, and filtered from the inner peripheral surface. Penetrate inside. Then, the diffused filtrate and air that have permeated the inside of the filter become air bubbles and are sequentially pushed out to the outer surface, and a bubble group is generated on the outer surface of the filter. As the bubbles and air pass through the inside of the filter, impurities staying inside the filter are pushed out and the inside of the filter is washed. That is, the cleaning method of the present invention is a method of cleaning the filtration filter with air and bubbles. On the other hand, the bubbles generated on the outer surface of the filter gradually liquefy and disappear.
[0011]
It should be noted that such a bubble group is produced in such a manner that even when the filtrate is ejected from the above-mentioned ejection location, the filtrate in the central pipeline decreases, and a region in which the air is in a high pressure state is generated in the central pipeline. In some cases, it gradually occurs as the filtrate on the filtrate surface diffuses. As described above, the generation of the bubble group becomes remarkable when the filtrate level in the central pipe line is lowered and becomes almost the same height as the ejection portion. Moreover, since a filtrate with a low viscosity is easy to dissipate a filtrate, it exists in the tendency for a bubble group to arise from the ejection of filtrate.
[0012]
On the other hand, in the central pipeline, the filtrate is gradually permeated into the filtrate filter even in the lower region due to the pressure of air, and the filtrate is diffused as described above. The plane descends. Thereby, the area | region where the filtrate and air which are diffused permeate | transmit the inside of a filter gradually moves below. Therefore, on the outer surface of the filtration filter, the position where the bubble group is generated is displaced from the upper region toward the lower region. In addition, since the bubble group is liquefied as described above, the bubble group apparently moves from the upper part to the lower part of the filter. When there is no filtrate remaining in the central conduit, no more air bubbles are generated, and the air bubbles generated on the outer surface are liquefied and disappear. As described above, since bubbles are generated on the outer surface of the filter, impurities inside the filter are discharged to the outer surface, so that bubbles are sequentially generated from the upper part to the lower part of the filter so that the filtration is performed. It may have been cleaned over the entire length of the filter. Thus, the filtration method of the present invention allows the filtration filter to be washed almost uniformly over the entire area, so that the filtration ability of the filtration filter can be properly maintained even after washing.
[0013]
Further, in such a cleaning method, it is not necessary to leave a predetermined amount of filtrate in the retention tank provided between the central pipe line and the flow passage of the filtration filter as in the conventional case described above. There is also an excellent advantage that the filtrate used for washing can be reduced. Furthermore, this residence tank can be made small or can be configured not to be arranged.
[0014]
Such a filter is formed by compressing a plurality of disk filters in the stacking direction. Constitution Is proposed. In such a filtration filter, it is possible to prevent the filter from expanding in the thickness direction due to the retention of impurities and the bubbles and air that permeate through the above-described bubble cleaning process, and thus it is possible to suppress a decrease in the filtration capacity of the filter. . Therefore, even if the cleaning method of the present invention is repeatedly applied, the filter filtration capability can be maintained more appropriately, and therefore the filtration filter replacement cycle can be extended. Here, as a configuration for compressing the disk filter in the stacking direction, various methods such as using an elastic member such as a spring or urethane rubber or tightening with a screw or the like can be used.
[0015]
On the other hand, after the foam cleaning process, a re-washing process is performed in which a predetermined cleaning liquid or filtrate is press-fitted into the central conduit of the filtration filter, and the cleaning liquid or filtrate is ejected from the outer surface. is doing. In such a re-washing process, impurities that are left on the outer surface of the filtration filter by the bubble washing process and discharged from the inside of the filter by air bubbles or air, dirt attached to the outer surface, etc. The washing liquid and the filtrate which are press-fitted into the passage are jetted out to be washed away. Thereby, since the cleanliness of the outer surface of the filtration filter can be further improved, it is possible to maintain the filtration capability of the filtration filter more appropriately.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention stops the supply of the liquid to be treated to the filtration tank, discharges the liquid to be treated in the filtration tank to the outside of the filtration tank, and excludes the liquid to be treated from the periphery of the filtration filter. After the exclusion step, air is pressed into the central passage of the filtration filter from the flow pipe, and bubbles generated in the upper region of the outer surface of the filtration filter continuously move downward and are generated at the lowest end. And a bubble cleaning process in which the air is continuously injected until the bubbles disappear. From Impurities and the like inside the filter are discharged by the bubbles, and the filtration filter can be cleaned almost uniformly throughout the entire area. Furthermore, by properly washing the filtration filter in this way, it is possible to maintain the filtration capability of the filtration filter properly even after washing.
[0034]
The above filtration filter is formed by compressing a plurality of disk filters in the stacking direction. Constitution In this case, it is possible to prevent the filtration filter from being widened in the thickness direction by the filtration step or the washing step, so that it is possible to suppress the reduction of the filtration ability of the filter and to maintain the filtration ability more properly after the washing method of the present invention. At the same time, the filter filter replacement cycle can be extended.
[0035]
In addition, after the above-described foam cleaning process, a re-washing process is performed in which a predetermined cleaning liquid or filtrate is press-fitted into the central pipe of the filtration filter and the cleaning liquid or filtrate is ejected from the outer surface. Because Since impurities, dirt, etc. remaining on the outer surface of the filtration filter are washed again, the degree of cleaning of the outer surface of the filtration filter can be further improved, and the filtration ability of the filtration filter can be maintained more appropriately.
