本発明は、ハードトップやオープンカー車両のドアパネルに取付けられ、型成形部が、ボディに取付けられたボディ側ウエザーストリップに弾接するドアウエザーストリップに関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、ドアウエザーストリップ20、ボディ側ウエザーストリップ3あるいはドアの取付けや建付けのバラツキ等によって、ドアウエザーストリップ20とボディ側ウエザーストリップ3のシール圧が低下する場合がある。この場合、両者は面接触による面シールによってシール性を確保しているので、必然的にシール性が低下し易く、洗車時や雨天時に、その面接触部分から水が滲み込むようにして車内に侵入するといった問題が発生する。

本発明はこうした問題に鑑み創案されたもので、取付けや建付けにバラツキが発生しても、ボディ側ウエザーストリップと密に接触して水の侵入を確実に阻止することのできるドアウエザーストリップを提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
図1乃至図4を参照して説明する。本発明に係るドアウエザーストリップ10は、車両のドアパネル1に取付けられ、型成形部11の弾接面12を、ボディ2に取付けられたボディ側ウエザーストリップ3の接触面4に弾接させるドアウエザーストリップであって、前記型成形部11の弾接面12を前記接触面4に弾接させて面シールFすると共に,前記弾接面12の先端部に突設した縦リブ13を前記接触面4に弾接させて線シールLするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係るドアウエザーストリップ10の実施形態を、図1乃至図4に示す。これは、4ドアハードトップ車の右側のフロントドアパネル1に取付けられ、ドア閉時、ベルトラインB−Bに沿った部分において、その型成形部11の弾接面12を、センターピラー2に取付けられたボディ側ウエザーストリップ3の接触面4に弾接させるものである。
