The present invention relates to a driving device constituted by an ultra-compact motor and a diaphragm blade driving device using the device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional small cylindrical step motor is shown in FIG. A
[0003]
A
[0004]
As a step motor driven by one coil, there is one shown in FIG. 201 is a rotor made of a permanent magnet, 202 and 203 are stators, and 204 is a coil.
[0005]
However, the conventional small step motor shown in FIG. 9 has a disadvantage that the outer dimensions of the motor become large because the
[0006]
Also in the case shown in FIG. 11, the magnetic flux generated by energizing the coil concentrates where the gap between the
[0007]
In the proposed motor, a rotor composed of permanent magnets that are equally divided in the circumferential direction and alternately magnetized in different poles is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the first coil, the rotor, and the second are formed in the axial direction of the rotor. Are arranged in order, the first outer magnetic pole and the first inner magnetic pole excited by the first coil are opposed to the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the rotor, and the second coil excited by the second coil The outer magnetic pole and the second inner magnetic pole are configured to face the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the rotor, and the rotating shaft that is the rotor shaft is taken out from the cylindrical permanent magnet.
[0008]
The motor having such a configuration has a high output and can have a small external dimension, but it is desired to facilitate the joining of the rotor shaft and the permanent magnet. Further, in the above configuration, by reducing the thickness of the magnet, the distance between the first outer magnetic pole and the first inner magnetic pole and the distance between the second outer magnetic pole and the second inner magnetic pole can be reduced as a result. Magnetic resistance can be reduced. According to this, it is possible to generate a large amount of magnetic flux with a small amount of current flowing through the first coil and the second coil.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, a motor of the type described in the above Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 09-331666 needs a certain length in the axial direction. For this reason, recently, there has been a demand for a drive transmission device constituted by a motor having a very small axial length and an ultra-compact motor, and in particular, a drive transmission device constituted by an ultra-compact motor. Is arranged in the lens barrel of the camera, and when used as a drive transmission device that is used to drive diaphragm blades, shutters, lenses, etc., the axial length is extremely shortened to make it ultra compact A drive transmission device constituted by a motor is required.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is, firstly, to provide a drive transmission device constituted by a motor that is easy to assemble, has high output, and is configured in a very small size.
[0011]
The second object of the present invention is to provide a drive transmission device constituted by a motor that is configured to be very small by shortening the length in the second axial direction.
[0012]
A third object of the present invention is to provide an aperture blade driving device having a configuration that does not interfere with the arrangement of lenses in the direction parallel to the optical axis as an actuator for opening and closing the aperture blades.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a first magnet that is rotatable at least with an outer peripheral surface divided into n in the circumferential direction and alternately magnetized to different poles, and the first magnet. A first gear provided with the same number of teeth as the number of magnetic poles of the first magnet, a first coil arranged to overlap in the axial direction of the first magnet, and the first magnet A first stator that is opposed to the outer peripheral surface and formed with an outer magnetic pole portion that is excited by the first coil; and an inner peripheral surface of the first magnet that is excited by the first coil; A first driving device comprising a first auxiliary stator having an inner magnetic pole portion having an outer shape larger than the inner diameter of the first coil, and at least an outer peripheral surface divided in the circumferential direction and alternately attached to different poles Magnetized and rotatable second magnet A second gear provided integrally with the second magnet and having the same number of teeth as the number of magnetic poles of the second magnet, and a second gear arranged to overlap in the axial direction of the second magnet. Facing the outer peripheral surface of the second magnet, the second stator formed with the outer magnetic pole portion excited by the second coil, and the inner peripheral surface of the second magnet. A second driving device comprising a second auxiliary stator which is excited by the second coil and has an inner magnetic pole portion having an outer shape larger than the inner diameter of the second coil; the first gear; A third gear that meshes with the second gear simultaneously, and the relationship between the magnetization phase of the first magnet and the outer magnetic pole portion of the first stator is related to the magnetization phase of the second magnet and the Relationship with the outer magnetic pole part of the second stator Against (180 / n) in ° shifted position, the first gear and the second gear and the third said so as to mesh with the gear first and second drive arrangement Then, the driving forces of the first and second driving devices are simultaneously applied to the third gear. It is characterized by that.

[0049]
Here, it will be described that an actuator having such a configuration is optimal for miniaturization. The basic structure of the actuator is as follows:
First, the magnets of the first driving device and the second driving device are formed in a hollow cylindrical shape,
Secondly, the outer peripheral surfaces of the magnets of the first driving device and the second driving device are n-divided in the circumferential direction and alternately magnetized to different poles,
Thirdly, the coil and the magnet are arranged to overlap in the axial direction of the magnet of the first driving device and the second driving device,
Fourth, the outer and inner magnetic poles of the first and second stators excited by the first and second coils of the first driving device and the second driving device are opposed to the outer peripheral surface and inner peripheral surface of the magnet. That
Fifth, the outer magnetic poles of the first driving device and the second driving device are constituted by notches and teeth extending in a direction parallel to the axis.
Sixth, the first driving device and the second driving device are arranged in parallel.
[0050]
The diameters of the first driving device and the second driving device need only be large enough to make the magnetic pole of the stator face the diameter of the magnet, and the length of the first driving device and the second driving device. If the length is equal to the length of the magnet plus the length of the first coil or the second coil, it is almost satisfactory. For this reason, the size of the first driving device and the second driving device is determined by the diameter and length of the magnet and the coil. If the diameter and length of the magnet and the coil are made extremely small, the first driving device and the second driving device are determined. The device and the second drive device can be made very small.
[0051]
At this time, if the diameter and length of the magnet and the coil are made very small, it becomes difficult to maintain the accuracy as the first drive device and the second drive device, but this makes the magnet into a hollow cylindrical shape. The first driving device and the second driving device are configured by a simple structure in which the outer and inner magnetic poles of the first and second stators are opposed to the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the magnet formed in the hollow cylindrical shape. It solves the problem of accuracy of the drive unit. At this time, if not only the outer peripheral surface of the magnet but also the inner peripheral surface of the magnet is divided in the circumferential direction and magnetized, the output of the motor can be further increased.
[0052]
Although the first drive device and the second drive device are arranged so as not to block the
[0053]
By arranging the first driving device and the second driving device side by side so that the axial directions thereof are parallel to each other, as an actuator for driving the diaphragm blades, it is short in the direction parallel to the optical axis and interferes with other lenses and structures. It can be configured not to be.
[0054]
As described above, the relationship between the magnetization phase of the magnet 1 and the outer
[0055]
Therefore, the assembly operator can detect the magnetization phase of the magnet by looking at the phase of the teeth of the first gear and the second gear. In the case of the present embodiment, the center of each magnet pole and the tooth tip are formed at the same phase.
[0056]
As a result, the magnetized phase of the magnet can be visually checked by looking at the position of the gear teeth, so that the relative relationship between the magnet of the first driving device and the magnet of the second driving device via the output means at the time of assembly. The rotational position is easily assembled at a predetermined position, and the work efficiency of the assembly is increased.
[0057]
In this embodiment, the magnet 1 and the magnet 3 are connected by a gear having the same number of teeth as the number of magnetic poles and a gear of the output ring. However, if the ease of assembly is not considered, the teeth of the first gear and the second gear are used. The number of magnets 1 and 3 may not be the same as the number of magnetic poles.
[0058]
Further, although the magnet 1 and the magnet 3 are connected by the
[0059]
In this embodiment, the drive transmission device constituted by the first drive device, the second drive device, and the output ring as the transmission mechanism is used as an actuator for driving the diaphragm blades to open, but for other purposes such as lens drive. Therefore, it can be used for rotating a cam cylinder, etc., and is useful as a drive transmission device having the advantages of high output, small diameter, and short axial length.
[0060]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the first and second driving devices can be easily assembled and the output can be increased, and the first driving device and the second driving device can be mutually connected. The third gear can be driven in conjunction. Therefore, it is possible to provide a drive transmission device having a short axial length.
