In the moving speed measuring device of the third aspect of the present invention, a structure in which first, second and third counter electrodes are newly provided on the lower end surface of the piezoelectric substrate is possible. In this case, the first, second and third counter electrodes are arranged so as to face the first, second and third interdigital transducers, respectively.
[0102]
In the moving speed measuring device of the third aspect of the present invention, a structure in which a signal generator is newly provided is possible. This signal generator has carrier frequency F 0i Input electrical signal E with (i = 1, 2, ..., or n) i (i = 1, 2,..., or n) respectively, and the carrier frequency F 0i Is the distance D between the ultrasonic complex and the object i (i = 1, 2,..., or n) respectively. In other words, the longitudinal wave reflected in the medium is the distance D i Reflection angle α corresponding to i (i = 1, 2,..., or n), and such a reflected wave undergoes mode conversion to the first leaky Lamb wave in the first interdigital transducer, and then the first Doppler shift frequency F. fi (i = 1, 2,..., or n) respectively converted to a first delayed electrical signal and undergoing mode conversion to a second leaky Lamb wave in the second interdigital transducer, and then the second Doppler shift frequency F si (i = 1, 2,..., or n) respectively converted to a second delayed electrical signal, undergoing mode conversion to a third leaky Lamb wave in the third interdigital transducer, and the third Doppler shift frequency F ti respectively converted into third delayed electrical signals having (i = 1, 2,..., or n). In this way, the distance D i The first, second, and third delayed electrical signals corresponding to the first, second, and third interdigital transducers can be detected, respectively.
[0103]
In the moving speed measuring device of the present invention, a structure in which the first electrode is a combination electrode is possible. This combination electrode consists of two comb electrodes. If the ratio of the electrode periodic length of the combination electrode to the thickness of the piezoelectric substrate is not more than 5 times the ratio of the longitudinal wave velocity propagating in the medium to the leaky Lamb wave velocity propagating in the piezoelectric substrate, If it is adopted, it becomes possible to efficiently irradiate water with a longitudinal wave composed of a vertical component and a non-vertical component.
[0104]
The moving speed measuring device of the present invention can have a structure in which a non-piezoelectric thin film is newly provided at the bottom of the ultrasonic composite. By adopting such a structure, it is possible to increase the irradiation efficiency of longitudinal waves into water.
[0105]
In the moving speed measuring device of the present invention, a structure in which the piezoelectric substrate is a piezoelectric ceramic thin plate is possible. At this time, the piezoelectric ceramic thin plate is disposed such that the direction of the polarization axis is parallel to the thickness direction. By adopting such a structure, it is possible to increase the irradiation efficiency of longitudinal waves into water. Further, a structure in which the piezoelectric substrate is made of a piezoelectric polymer thin plate is possible. By adopting such a structure, it is possible to increase the irradiation efficiency of longitudinal waves into water. Further, a structure in which the piezoelectric substrate is a piezoelectric single crystal thin plate is possible. By adopting such a structure, it is possible to increase the irradiation efficiency of longitudinal waves into water.
