Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint portion coating apparatus configured to be able to apply a coating to a joint portion while guiding a coating nozzle along the joint portion formed on a wall surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a lightweight cellular concrete panel (ALC panel) may be attached to the housing to constitute the outer wall of the house. In this case, since a joint portion is formed between adjacent ALC panels, a waterproof treatment is generally performed by applying a wet sealant to the joint portion.
[0003]
Since the seal material applied to the joint has a color different from the color of the surrounding ALC panel with a well-designed design, in order to eliminate the difference between the part of the ALC panel and the joint, the joint is applied to the joint. Yes. This painting operation is generally carried out manually on a scaffolding site.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, when painting the joints, a scaffold will be built at the site, but in the case of a narrow site, the scaffold cannot be built and it is difficult to paint manually. is there.
[0005]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a joint portion coating apparatus that realizes painting of joint portions even in a narrow place where it is difficult to perform painting manually.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the joint portion coating apparatus according to the present invention is a coating device for applying a coating to a joint portion formed in a vertical direction on a wall surface, and a guide rail installed laterally with respect to the wall surface, ,
A transverse carriage which traverses along the guide rail, and lifting carriage which moves up and down along the placed on lateral row cart to the transverse carriage, and a coating nozzle mounted on the lifting carriage, the lifting carriage is The joint portion is kept in contact with the side surface of the joint portion when being inserted into the joint portion and raising or lowering the lifting carriage, and the joint portion is displaced between the joint portion and the traveling direction of the coating nozzle. A guide member that guides the coating nozzle in a direction along the joint portion by causing a lateral force to act on the traversing cart relatively by contacting the side surface of the traverse carriage. .
[0007]
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a coating device for coating a joint portion formed in a lateral direction on a wall surface, the guide rail being installed laterally with respect to the wall surface, and the guide rail. A traversing cart that traverses along the traversing cart, an elevator cart that moves up and down along the traversing cart, and a coating nozzle that is mounted on the hoisting cart. When the elevating carriage is inserted into a part and traversed together with the traversing carriage, the contact with the side face of the joint part is continued, and the side face of the joint part when the gap occurs between the joint part and the traveling direction of the coating nozzle. And a guide member that guides the coating nozzle in a direction along the joint portion by causing a force in the vertical direction to act relatively on the lifting carriage.
[0008]
In any of the above-described coating apparatuses for joints, it is preferable that a pair of the guide members is provided before and after the coating nozzle travels.
[0009]
In any one of the above-described joint coating apparatuses, the guide member preferably includes a support member formed to be foldable, and a guide roller rotatably provided at the tip of the support member. .
[0010]
In the coating apparatus, a guide rail is installed in a lateral direction with respect to the target wall surface, a traversing carriage that can traverse the guide rail is disposed, and a painting nozzle and a guide member are mounted on the traversing carriage. An elevator truck is arranged. For this reason, it is formed on the wall surface by moving the traversing carriage so that the coating nozzle is opposed to the target joint section and imitating the joint with the guide member, and operating the painting nozzle while raising and lowering the lifting carriage in this state. Paint can be applied to the vertical joints.
[0011]
Also, when painting on the horizontal joint formed on the wall, hold the lifting carriage with the painting nozzle facing the target joint, and operate the painting nozzle while traversing the transverse carriage in this state Thus, the joint can be applied to the joint.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the coating apparatus according to the present invention will be described. A coating apparatus according to the present invention includes a traversing carriage that can traverse along a guide rail, an elevator car that moves up and down along the traverse carriage, and a paint nozzle that coats the joint part on the elevator car and a joint part This is configured to move the painting carriage and the lifting carriage in the desired direction to move the coating nozzle to the desired direction and position on the wall surface. In the process of moving the coating nozzle, the joints are painted.
[0013]
The guide rails are installed laterally along the wall surface, and guide the traversal of the traversing carriage. One guide rail may be installed above the wall surface, but a pair of guide rails are installed above and below the wall surface. It is preferred that In particular, in the case of having one rail installed above, it is preferable to provide a roller that rotates in contact with the wall surface on the lower end side of the traversing carriage. When a pair of rails are installed, it is possible to guide the traversal of the traversing cart with the upper rails and to secure a distance from the wall surface of the traversing cart with the lower rails. Thus, it is possible to omit the guide rail below and use the outer surface or outer wall surface of the foundation of the building instead of this guide rail.
[0014]
The traversing cart traverses the target wall in the lateral direction and is equipped with a lifting cart that can be moved up and down. For this reason, it is preferable that the traversing carriage is provided with a guide member for guiding the moving direction of the lifting carriage. The configuration of the guide member is not particularly limited, and may be a guide rail provided in the vertical direction of the traversing carriage.
[0015]
When painting the joints in the vertical direction formed on the wall surface, the traversing cart need not be self-propelled but can be configured to be moved by an operator. However, when painting the joints in the lateral direction, it is preferable that they are configured to be able to traverse by being self-propelled or pulled from the outside.
[0016]
The elevating carriage is equipped with a coating nozzle and a guide member, and moves up and down along the traversing carriage. In this elevating process, the painting nozzle is operated to perform painting on the joints in the vertical direction. For this reason, it is preferable that the elevating carriage is configured as a self-propelled carriage or a carriage that is lifted and lowered by a rope, chain, or the like stretched in the vertical direction of the traversing carriage.
[0017]
In order to make the traversing carriage and the lifting carriage both traverse and raise, it is preferable to prepare a driving device even if each of them is configured to be self-propelled or artificially configured.
[0018]
The coating nozzle mounted on the lift carriage is not particularly limited, and may be a gun type nozzle that is pressurized by a pump and sprays the paint. When such a coating nozzle is used, it is preferable to install a paint tank and a pump on the lifting carriage. It is also possible to install a pump or air compressor on the ground and connect it to the painting nozzle by a hose. Even in this case, it is possible to sufficiently paint the joints. Can be done automatically.
[0019]
The guide member guides the coating nozzle by following a part of the joint portion, for example, the side surface of the joint portion, and any member having such a function can be used. As such a guide member, there is a roller that rotates in contact with the side surface of the joint. This roller is placed at a position that matches the elevation direction of the coating nozzle, and the roller can always come into contact with the joint portion as the elevator carriage moves up and down, so that the coating nozzle matches the joint portion and moves up and down. It is possible to make it.
[0020]
It is preferable that the coating direction with respect to the joint portion is not limited to one direction, but can be applied to any direction when the coating nozzle moves back and forth. For this reason, it is preferable to arrange | position a guide member in the front and back both sides of the moving direction (painting direction) of a coating nozzle.
[0021]
However, when the guide member comes in contact with a part of the joint portion and guides the coating nozzle, the guide member arranged on the downstream side in the painting direction may come into contact with the paint immediately after painting, and thus peel off. It is necessary to evacuate from. Therefore, it is preferable to have a structure that can retract the guide members from the joints. Such a guide member is realized by providing a bar-like member as the guide member itself or a member constituting the guide member, and making the bar-like member foldable or extendable. It is possible.
[0022]
In particular, when there is a deviation between the direction of the joint formed in the vertical direction of the wall surface and the raising / lowering direction of the lifting carriage, the coating nozzle is moved in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction along with this deviation. become. For this reason, the movable carriage is further provided with a movable member that can move in the horizontal and vertical directions, and the displacement is absorbed by the movement of the movable member by mounting the painting nozzle and the guide member on the movable member. It is preferable to do.
[0023]

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the coating apparatus according to the present invention eliminates the need for a scaffold and does not require the operator to face the wall surface, so that it is possible to coat the joint portion even in a narrow place.
[0053]
The coating nozzle is guided by the guide member so that it can move along the joint, so that the distance between the coating nozzle and the joint becomes substantially constant, and the vertical and horizontal joints are moved up and down when painting. It is possible to keep the speed of the coating nozzle constant by moving the cart and the traversing cart at a constant speed, and the coating amount and coating thickness can be made uniform by keeping the coating amount applied to the joint part constant.
