Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plastic thin bottle in which the thickness of a predetermined portion such as a mouth portion is not reduced even if the thickness of the trunk portion is reduced.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The demand for plastic thin-wall bottles is expected to increase further in the future. On the other hand, thinner bottles are being promoted for cost reduction and volume reduction during disposal.
Normally, plastic bottles are directly blown bottles (melt blow molding) produced by hot parison that is heated and melted in an extruder and extruded from a die head, and extruded from an extruder. Alternatively, the parison injected from the injection machine is once cooled, and then the parison (cold parison) is heated to a stretchable temperature and blow-molded (stretch blow molding) in a mold to be roughly divided into stretch blow bottles. Is done.
[0003]
Conventionally, in melt blow molding, the parison thickness is partially adjusted by changing the distance between the core and the shell of the die head (die). In this case, the core is moved up and down to adjust. There is a method for adjusting the position of the shell by displacing the shell (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-104525).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to reduce the thickness of the direct blow bottle, it is necessary to extrude the parison from the die head as thin as possible in consideration of the blow ratio. However, in the prior art that adjusts the thickness of the parison by changing the interval between the core and the shell, it is easy to change the thickness of the parison small and gradually, but it is large and abruptly changed. It was difficult.
In other words, in order to change the wall thickness of the parison abruptly with a die head, the taper angle of the core must be increased. However, if the taper angle of the core is increased, the extrusion pressure and discharge rate of the resin cannot be controlled sufficiently. Since it is difficult to adjust the parison thickness, it is difficult to put it into practical use at the production site.
[0005]
In this way, with the conventional technology, it is not possible to make the body and shoulders of the bottle thin while securing a predetermined thickness of the mouth, and if the body and shoulders are made thin, the mouth also becomes thinner. End up. The thinned mouth part is deformed when capping, resulting in incomplete sealing (causing defects such as liquid leakage), and making the mouth diameter and surface reaming difficult. Become.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a thin-walled bottle that can secure a necessary thickness for the mouth even if the body and shoulders of the bottle are thin. And
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Method of manufacturing a thin-walled bottle present invention, in producing a thin bottle parison formed by pushed out through the die head the molten resin from the extruder to melt-blowing, continuous molten resin from the extruder In addition to supplying a predetermined amount of molten resin from a molten resin adding means different from the extruder so that the mouth becomes thick when molded into a thin bottle, the bottle mouth of the parison The predetermined amount of molten resin is added to the corresponding part.
[0008]
In order to add a certain amount of resin to the part of the parison corresponding to the mouth of the bottle, the predetermined amount of molten resin is removed from the accumulator by using a sub-extruder with an accumulator as the molten resin adding means. You may make it supply intermittently .
[0009]
At this time, the molten resin adding means includes two accumulators in which the molten resin extruded from the sub-extruder is alternately filled via a switching valve, and the predetermined amount of the molten resin is supplied from one of the accumulators. When supplying, the other accumulator may be filled with the predetermined amount of molten resin.
[0010]
Moreover, you may use the extruder provided with the screw which can be reciprocated as said subextruder.
[0011]
Moreover, you may make it supply the said predetermined amount of molten resin intermittently from the said injection machine using an injection machine for the said molten resin addition means.
[0012]
According to these methods, a predetermined amount of resin can be added to a specific part of the parison. In particular, when a sub-extruder or an injection machine equipped with an accumulator or a reciprocating screw is used, the parison is specified. It becomes possible to add resin accurately and efficiently to this part.
Moreover, when a thin bottle is manufactured in this way, even if the thickness of the body portion is made as thin as possible, the thickness of the mouth portion can be secured without causing deformation. Therefore, the thin bottle manufactured by this invention eliminates the fault that capping becomes incomplete or reamer finishing becomes difficult.
[0013]

In the bottle manufacturing method of the present embodiment, an example using a single-layer die head has been described, but the same can be manufactured when a multilayer die head is used. In this case, not only the mouth part but also the body part is a bottle having a multilayer structure. In addition, the resin forming the parison and the resin added to the mouth are preferably the same type of resin, but different types of resins can also be used.

【Example】
Next, the bottle manufactured by the method according to the embodiment of the present embodiment and the bottle manufactured by adjusting only the distance between the shell and the core using a conventional die head will be described.
[0030]
Example Using the molding apparatus shown in Fig. 3 (the blow molding part is not shown), bottles were produced under the following conditions.
[0031]
Comparative example Using the molding apparatus shown in Fig. 4 (the blow molding part is not shown), bottles were produced under the following conditions.
As a result, when the bottle was manufactured based on the manufacturing method of the embodiment according to the present invention, the thickness of the mouth could be maintained at the required thickness even if the thickness of the barrel was sufficiently thin. On the other hand, when the bottle is molded according to the conventional manufacturing method, if the thickness of the barrel is made sufficiently thin, the thickness of the mouth is also reduced, and good capping and reaming cannot be performed. , It became a defective product.
[0032]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments and examples described above. For example, the means for adding resin to the parison is not limited to the combination of the sub-extruder and the storage / switching section, but other means may be used, such as an injection machine. In this case, the injection control in the injection machine is performed based on the instruction of the parison control program from the control unit as in the case of the above embodiment. It is also possible to use an extruder in which the screw moves back and forth and stores the resin when the screw is retracted.
[0033]
According to the bottle manufacturing method of the present invention as described above, only the thickness of a predetermined part of the bottle can be increased. Therefore, it is possible to use not only the mouth portion of the bottle but also, for example, to increase only the thickness of the body portion such as the easily buckling portion or the bottom portion.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the thickness of the mouth portion while securing a sufficient thickness, it is possible to produce a thin-walled bottles thin as possible practically the thickness of the body easily and reliably.
