Description

【0001】

【0049】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an experimental table capable of exchanging only a decorative plate when it is necessary to replace the decorative plate, a method for replacing the decorative plate in such an experimental table, and a decorative plate for an experimental table.
[0002]
In this specification, the term “experimental table” is used to include a work table.
[0003]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a decorative board made of a melamine resin or the like has been attached to the upper surface of an experimental bench with an adhesive in order to prevent the occurrence of scratches or adhesion of dirt. However, since the upper surface of the experimental table is exposed to harsh conditions such as various kinds of chemicals adhering to it, it is difficult to avoid scratches and dirt on the surface of the decorative plate when used for a long time. . When the surface of the decorative plate becomes noticeable, the decorative plate needs to be replaced with a new one. However, in a conventional laboratory table, the decorative plate is attached to the base (the top plate core by an adhesive). It is not possible to replace only the decorative board because it is bonded and fixed to the material, etc.). For this reason, the entire experimental table must be discarded and replaced with a new one. In recent years, there has been a strong social demand to reduce the amount of waste as much as possible due to the demand for environmental protection. In addition to the decorative board, which is a part that needs to be replaced, there are many that can still be used sufficiently. If the entire experimental table including the components is discarded and replaced with a new one, it is impossible to meet such social demands for environmental protection and effective use of resources.
[0004]
Therefore, there is a need for an experimental table having a configuration in which only the decorative plate can be replaced when the decorative plate needs to be replaced. Things have been proposed.
[0005]
For example, a furniture is proposed in which a paper board made of fiber is bonded to the upper surface of a base such as a table via an adhesive layer, and a decorative board is bonded and fixed to the upper surface of the paper board made of fiber through an adhesive layer. (See Patent Document 1). According to this, when it is necessary to replace the decorative board, it can be peeled off in layers at the intermediate portion in the thickness direction of the paper board made of fiber, so the decorative board can be easily peeled off from a base such as a table. Can be separated.
[0006]
Alternatively, a top plate having a configuration in which a back surface of a decorative board in which water-resistant processed paper is laminated and integrated on the back surface of a thermosetting resin-impregnated paper via an adhesive on the top surface of the core material of the top plate is proposed. (See Patent Document 2). According to this configuration, when the decorative board needs to be replaced, only the uppermost thermosetting resin-impregnated paper (decorative board) can be easily peeled and separated by inserting a blade or the like into the waterproof paper. it can.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in any of the above conventional proposed techniques, there is a problem in that the number of manufacturing steps is very large and productivity is low because a process of bonding the decorative board with an adhesive is required.
[0010]
Furthermore, in any of the above-mentioned proposed technologies, since the adhesive is attached to the decorative plate that has been peeled off and collected, so to speak, this is a state in which different materials are combined. It was difficult to use it effectively.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of such technical background, and when it is necessary to replace the decorative plate, only the decorative plate can be easily replaced, and the number of manufacturing steps is small. A decorative bench with a replaceable decorative board, and a makeup on the experimental board, which is excellent in performance, and can be recycled and reused after the exchanged and collected decorative board is free of adhesive or the like. It is an object of the present invention to provide a plate replacement method and a decorative board for a laboratory table.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The object is to provide a decorative board and a supporting member for supporting the decorative board, and a protruding member having an engaging head projects from the upper surface of the supporting member, and is engaged with the back surface of the decorative board. An engagement hole is formed, and the engagement hole includes a reception hole that can receive the engagement head, and a slide groove that communicates with the reception hole. The opening width of the slide groove is the engagement head. The decorative plate is set to be smaller than the diameter of the portion, and the engaging head of the protruding member on the upper surface side of the support member is fitted into the sliding groove on the back surface side of the decorative plate, thereby being engaged. However, it is achieved by an experimental bench capable of exchanging a decorative board, characterized in that it is fixed to the upper surface side of the support member in a manner in which movement in the vertical direction is prevented.
[0013]
According to the experimental bench of the present invention, since the decorative board is not bonded and fixed to the support member with an adhesive, the number of manufacturing steps is small and the productivity is excellent. In addition, since the engaging head of the protruding member on the upper surface side of the support member is fitted and engaged in the slide groove on the back surface side of the decorative plate, the decorative plate is surely moved in the vertical direction. And is fixed to the upper surface side of the support member in such a manner that the movement in the horizontal direction is considerably prevented. Therefore, when it becomes necessary to replace the decorative plate, the decorative plate is slid along the length direction of the slide groove so that the engaging head of the protruding member is placed in the receiving hole of the decorative plate. Then, if the decorative plate is moved upward, the decorative plate can be detached from the support member, and only the decorative plate can be removed by such a simple operation. When installing a new replacement decorative plate, the replacement decorative plate is disposed on the support member, and the engaging head of the protruding member on the upper surface of the support member is disposed in the receiving hole on the back surface of the replacement decorative plate. After the caulking, the decorative decorative plate can be fixed by sliding the decorative plate along the length direction of the sliding groove and engaging the engaging head in the sliding groove. The replacement decorative plate can be attached and fixed by such a simple operation. Since the adhesive plate or the like is not adhered to the decorative plate that has been removed and collected, the recovered decorative plate can be sufficiently recycled.
[0014]
In the experimental bench according to the present invention, the support member is made of a core material of the top plate, and an edge member that integrally holds the core material of the top plate and the decorative plate is provided at the peripheral portion thereof. It is preferable to adopt. In this case, the decorative board is fixed to the upper surface side of the support member in such a manner that not only the vertical movement but also the horizontal movement is reliably prevented.
[0015]
Moreover, it is preferable that the protruding member is formed by a screw member screwed onto the upper surface of the support member. By merely screwing the screw member onto the upper surface of the support member, the projecting member can be projected on the upper surface of the support member, so that productivity can be further improved and costs can be reduced.
[0016]
Moreover, it is preferable that the groove bottom surface of the slide groove is formed as an inclined surface whose depth gradually decreases from the receiving hole side toward the other end side. When the engaging head of the protruding member is slid toward the other end in the slide groove, the engaging head gradually moves from a loose state to a tight state as it approaches the other end. Thus, the engagement is fixed at the other end side, and smooth engagement and fixation are realized in the process of the slide movement operation. Similarly, in the process of the slide movement operation in the reverse direction, smooth engagement / fixation release is realized.
[0017]
Further, the method for replacing the decorative board of the experimental table according to the present invention is such that the decorative board of the experimental table according to any one of the above configurations is slid along the length direction of the sliding groove to engage the protruding member. A step of disposing the joint head in the receiving hole of the decorative plate and then moving the decorative plate upward to separate it from the support member; and a replacement decorative plate having the same configuration as the detached decorative plate After placing the engaging head of the protruding member on the upper surface of the support member in the receiving hole on the back surface of the replacement decorative plate, the decorative plate is placed in the length direction of the slide groove. Slidably moving the engaging head in the sliding groove to fix the replacement decorative plate to the upper surface side of the support member. According to this replacement method, a decorative board that needs to be replaced can be quickly and easily replaced with a new replacement decorative board. In addition, since the adhesive plate or the like is not attached to the detached decorative plate, the recycled decorative plate can be sufficiently recycled.
[0018]
In addition, another experimental table according to the present invention, which can replace the decorative plate, includes a decorative plate, a support member that supports the decorative plate, a bolt, and a nut, and the support member has a through hole. On the other hand, an engagement hole is formed in the back surface of the decorative plate, and the engagement hole includes a reception hole that can receive the head of the bolt, and a slide groove that communicates with the reception hole. The opening width of the slide groove is set smaller than the diameter of the bolt head, the shaft portion of the bolt is inserted into the through hole of the support member, and the bolt head is a slide groove on the back surface of the decorative plate. The decorative plate is fixed to the upper surface side of the support member by being screwed and fastened to the bolt shaft portion that is fitted and engaged in and protrudes from the lower surface of the support member. It is characterized by.
[0019]
According to the experimental bench of the present invention, since the decorative board is not bonded and fixed to the support member with an adhesive, the number of manufacturing steps is small and the productivity is excellent. Further, the head of the bolt inserted through the through hole of the support member is fitted and engaged in the slide groove on the back surface of the decorative plate, and the nut is screwed into the bolt shaft protruding from the lower surface of the support member. Since it is tightened, the decorative board is fixed to the upper surface side of the support member in such a manner that the movement in the vertical direction is reliably prevented and the movement in the horizontal direction is also reliably prevented. Thus, when it is necessary to replace the decorative plate, the screw is tightened and the nut is removed, the nut is removed, and then the bolt is removed from the through hole of the support member. It can be made to detach from, and only a decorative board can be removed by such a simple operation. When installing a new replacement decorative plate, place the replacement decorative plate with the bolts integrally attached to the back surface on the support member, and insert the bolt shaft into the through hole of the support member. The replacement decorative plate can be fixed by screwing and tightening the nut to the bolt shaft protruding from the lower surface of the support member. The replacement decorative plate can be attached and fixed by such a simple operation. Since the adhesive plate or the like is not adhered to the decorative plate that has been removed and collected, the recovered decorative plate can be sufficiently recycled.
[0020]
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for replacing a decorative board of a test bench, wherein the nut of the test bench according to the above configuration is released and the nut is removed, and then the bolt is removed from the through hole of the support member. Removing the decorative plate from the support member by removing the bolt, and sliding the head of the bolt from the slide groove of the decorative plate into the receiving hole to release the bolt from the decorative plate. And after the bolt head is disposed in the receiving hole on the back surface of the replacement decorative plate having the same configuration as the detached decorative plate, the bolt head is slid and engaged in the slide groove. The bolt is integrally attached to the replacement decorative plate, the replacement decorative plate to which the bolt is integrally attached is disposed on the support member, and the shaft portion of the bolt is inserted into the through hole of the support member. Inserted into Characterized in that it comprises a step of fixing the replacement veneer by with screwed tighten the nut on the bolt shank protruding from a lower surface of the support member on the upper surface of the support member. According to this replacement method, a decorative board that needs to be replaced can be quickly and easily replaced with a new replacement decorative board. In addition, since the adhesive plate or the like is not attached to the detached decorative plate, the recycled decorative plate can be sufficiently recycled.
[0021]
Further, the decorative board for an experimental table according to the present invention comprises a flat plate having an engagement hole formed on the back surface, and the engagement hole comprises a receiving hole and a slide groove communicating with the receiving hole, The opening width of the slide groove is set smaller than the inner depth.
[0022]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 6 show an embodiment of an experimental table (1) capable of replacing a decorative board according to the first invention. As shown in FIG. 5, the experimental table (1) of the present embodiment has a base (24) having a three-dimensional frame structure formed by assembling and fixing a plurality of frame members (21). The top plate (7) is placed on and fixed to the upper surface of (). (22) is a side plate (22) constituting the base (24), and (23) is a partition plate (23) constituting the base (24).

[0025]
Protruding members (5), (5), (5), (5), (5), and (5) project from the upper surface of the support member (4). That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the projecting members (5) are provided at both ends in the length direction of the core material (42) at the left end position, the core material (42) at the center position, and the core material (42) at the right end position. (5) is protrudingly provided. The protruding member (5) includes a support shaft (10) joined to the support member (4) and an engaging head (11) having a diameter larger than the diameter of the support shaft (10).
[0026]
In the present embodiment, the protruding member (5) is formed by a screw member screwed onto the upper surface of the support member (4). Further, the screwing direction of the screw member, that is, the axial direction of the support shaft (10) of the protruding member (5) is arranged to be slightly inclined with respect to the thickness direction of the support member (4) (FIG. 4). reference).
[0027]
The decorative plate (2) is a flat plate having the same size as the outer diameter of the support member (4), and the back surface thereof has engagement holes (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3). ) Is drilled (see FIG. 1). That is, the engagement holes (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) 3) (3) is provided.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 1, the engaging hole (3) has a receiving hole (12) capable of receiving the engaging head (11) of the protruding member (5) so as to freely enter and exit, and the receiving hole (12). It consists of a slide groove (13) in communication. The opening width (W) of the slide groove (13) is set smaller than the maximum diameter (H) of the engagement head (11) (see FIGS. 2 (B) and 3). Further, the inner depth (Y) of the slide groove (13) is set to be equal to or substantially equal to the maximum diameter (H) of the engagement head (11). That is, the relationship of W <Y is established. Further, the groove bottom surface (14) of the slide groove (13) gradually decreases in depth from the receiving hole (12) side to the other end side (right side of the drawing) as shown in FIG. It is formed on an inclined surface.
[0029]
Thus, the experimental table (1) of the present invention is manufactured, for example, as follows. First, a base (24) is constructed, a bottom plate (9) is placed and fixed on the upper surface of the base (24), and the support member (4) is laminated and integrated thereon. At this time, the engaging heads (11), (11), (11), (11), (11), and (11) of the protruding member protrude upward from the upper surface of the support member (4).
[0030]
Next, the decorative plate (2) is placed on the support member (4), and the engagement head (11) on the upper surface of the support member (4) is placed on the receiving hole ( 12) (see FIG. 4A). Then, the engaging head (11) is engaged with the slide groove (13) by sliding the decorative plate (2) along the length direction of the slide groove (13) (FIG. 4 ( (See b)). At this time, since the groove bottom surface (14) of the slide groove (13) is formed in the inclined surface as described above, the engagement head (11) is moved to the other end side (in the slide groove (13)). When sliding toward the right side of the drawing, the engagement state of the engagement head (11) gradually changes from a loose state to a tight state as it approaches the other end side. Thus, the engagement is sufficiently fixed, and thus smooth engagement and fixation can be realized in the process of the slide movement operation. Thus, the engagement head (11) on the upper surface of the support member (4) is fitted in the slide groove (13) on the back surface side of the decorative plate (2) and cannot be removed in the vertical direction. Thus, the decorative plate (2) can be fixed to the upper surface side of the support member (4) in such a manner that the decorative plate (2) is prevented from moving in the vertical direction. In addition, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the structure which arrange | positions four decorative boards (2) (2) (2) (2) in abutting form, and arrange | positions on the uppermost surface of an experimental stand (1). Therefore, when it becomes necessary to replace the decorative plate (2), the decorative plate (2) is replaced as follows. That is, the edge member (20) is first removed. Next, by sliding the decorative plate (2) along the length direction of the slide groove (13), the engaging head (11) of the protruding member (5) is moved into the receiving hole (12) of the decorative plate. Then, the decorative board (2) is moved upward to disengage the decorative board (2) from the support member (4). Since the adhesive plate or the like is not adhered to the decorative plate (2) thus removed and collected, the recovered decorative plate (2) can be sufficiently recycled.
[0033]
Next, a replacement decorative plate (2) having the same configuration as the detached decorative plate is placed on the support member (4), and the engagement head (11) on the upper surface of the support member (4) is replaced. After placing the decorative board (2) in the receiving hole (12) on the back surface of the decorative board (2), the decorative board (2) is slid along the length direction of the sliding groove (13) to engage the head ( 11) is engaged in the slide groove (13) to fix the replacement decorative plate (2) to the upper surface side of the support member (4). Further, the edge member (20) is attached and fixed to the peripheral portion of the top plate (7) to complete the replacement operation (see FIG. 6). According to such a method of replacing the decorative board, the decorative board (2) can be replaced quickly and easily.

[0035]
The top plate (7) includes a decorative plate (2), a support member (4) for supporting the decorative plate, and a bottom plate (9) laminated and integrated on the lower surface of the support member (see FIG. 6). The bottom plate (9) is fixed to the upper surface of the base (24).
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 8, the support member (4) has a short core material (42) (42) (42) between a pair of long core materials (41) (41) arranged apart from each other. ) (42) (42) are connected and fixed. The intervals between the adjacent core members (42) (42) are set to be substantially equal. In addition, although illustration is abbreviate | omitted, the paper (paper) core material of honeycomb structure is arrange | positioned in the space (4 places) between adjacent core materials (42) (42).
[0037]
The support member (4) is formed with through holes (32) (32) (32) (32) (32) (32) penetrating in the vertical direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, through-holes (32) are formed in both longitudinal ends of the core material (42) at the left end position, the core material (42) at the center position, and the core material (42) at the right end position. (32) is formed.
[0038]
The decorative plate (2) is a flat plate having the same size as the outer diameter of the support member (4), and the back surface thereof has engagement holes (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3). ) Is drilled (see FIG. 1). That is, the engagement holes (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) 3) (3) is provided.
[0039]
As shown in FIG. 1, the engagement hole (3) has a receiving hole (12) capable of receiving the head (30a) of the bolt (30) so as to freely enter and exit, and a slide for communicating with the receiving hole (12). It consists of a groove (13). The opening width (W) of the slide groove (13) is set smaller than the maximum diameter of the bolt head (30a) (see FIG. 2 (B)). Further, the inner depth (Y) of the slide groove (13) is set to be equal to or substantially equal to the maximum diameter of the bolt head (30a). That is, the relationship of W <Y is established. Further, the groove bottom surface (14) of the slide groove (13) is inclined such that the depth gradually decreases from the receiving hole (12) side toward the other end side (right side in the drawing) as shown in FIG.
