Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a portable phase contrast microscope.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, microscopes are not only fixed on desks in laboratories, but are also often carried to observation sites and used, especially in recent years in pharmacies and other medicines and health foods. More and more cases are being used at stores to directly show such effects to customers. Therefore, a portable microscope has been developed that has sufficient durability and can be easily transported and set.
[0003]
Patent Document 1 listed below discloses an example of the portable microscope, and the portable microscope apparatus includes a light source unit including an irradiation light source, a specimen placement unit on which a specimen is placed, and the specimen. A microscope body having a lens unit for enlarging an image, a CCD unit for receiving an image of the specimen magnified by the lens unit, and a video signal generated by the CCD unit in the microscope body, and reproducing an enlarged picture of the specimen A display case, a case main body portion and a case lid body portion, which is composed of a portable case housing and installing the microscope main body and the display, and brought from the microscope main body in a state where the lid of the portable case is released. The video signal to be reproduced is reproduced by the display.
[0004]
However, in the portable microscope apparatus, since the durability of the microscope main body is ensured by housing the microscope main body in the portable case, the specimen image obtained from the microscope main body is stored in the portable case. Even when displaying on a large display such as a television set different from the housed display, there is a problem in that the microscope main body must be transported together with the portable case in which the display is housed.
[0005]
Therefore, the present inventor succeeded in reducing the size of the portable phase-contrast microscope by directly installing the components constituting the phase-contrast microscope in a case of the minimum necessary size. As shown in FIG. 6, in the portable phase contrast microscope 100, components constituting the phase contrast microscope are directly installed in a rectangular parallelepiped case 101, and a sample for placing a sample is disposed on the case side wall 102. One end of the stage 103 is protruded, and an adjustment knob 104 for moving the sample stage 103 in the left-right direction with respect to the case 101 is provided. The sample stage 103 is attached to the case 101 on the case front wall 105. An adjustment knob 106 for moving in the front-rear direction is provided. A grip 108 for use during transportation is provided on the case upper wall 107, and an adjustment knob 109 for adjusting the focus. (See Non-Patent Document 1).

[Non-Patent Document 1]
Catalog “Phase-Contrast Microscope TPC-M Series” issued by Taiyo Elex Co., Ltd. in July 2002 (Note that the number “02” in the symbol “AM027JK” on the bottom right of the catalog is 2002, and the number “7” is July is shown.)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the portable phase contrast microscope, since the sample is positioned inside the case, it is impossible to confirm the position of the observation target portion enlarged by the objective lens in the sample from the outside of the case, and the image displayed on the external monitor Therefore, it is necessary to operate each of the adjustment knobs to find a required observation target portion, and this work often takes a long time.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention can confirm the position of the observation target portion magnified by the objective lens in the sample from the outside of the case, and can easily display a magnified image of the required observation target portion on the external monitor. Providing a phase contrast microscope as a technical problem, and as a result of repeated research and experimentation to realize its realization, a light source that emits light, a condenser lens that collects the light emitted from the light source, and the condenser A phase plate that gives a phase difference to light that has passed through the lens, a sample stage that holds a sample placed on the optical path of the light that has passed through the phase plate, a moving means that moves the sample stage, and A portable position provided with an objective lens for enlarging an image of the observation target portion in the held sample and an image output unit for outputting the image of the observation target portion enlarged by the objective lens to an external monitor. In the difference microscope, the sample stage is fixed to a moving means that moves in a direction perpendicular to the optical path of the light passing through the sample, and an indicator provided on the case so as to be visible from the outside of the case is indicated. If an indicator member that moves following the movement of the sample stage is provided, the position of the portion indicated by the indicator member in the indicator and the position of the observation target portion enlarged by the objective lens in the sample The above-mentioned technical problem has been achieved by obtaining the knowledge that a correspondence relationship occurs between the two.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical problem can be solved by the present invention as follows.
