設定した情報はEEPROM(電気的にデータの書込み・消去を行うことができるメモリ)に保存され、停電時においても記録が保持されている。
【0036】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioner operation setting device that performs operation settings and operation confirmation of an air conditioner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner has a rectangular parallelepiped metal casing, and a power supply board for driving an outdoor heat exchanger and a compressor is provided in the casing, and the air conditioner is provided on the power supply board. A dip switch for performing the operation setting is provided. To perform initial setting of the air conditioner, remove the multiple screws, then remove and retract the main cover that covers the top and front of the housing, set the DIP switch, perform a test run, and check the operation The main cover is attached later. In addition, the main cover is removed to check the operation of each part even during breakdowns and periodic inspections.
[0003]
In recent years, an abnormality confirmation device has been developed in which a window is formed on the side surface of the housing, and from here the display by an LED (light emitting diode) arranged in the outdoor unit is visually confirmed to confirm the presence or absence of an abnormality. The content of the abnormality can be recognized without opening the housing (see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-23010 (page 2-4, FIG. 1-3)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if an abnormality is confirmed by the abnormality confirmation device described in Patent Document 1, in order to reset the device thereafter, the main cover is opened and the reset switch on the power supply board is pushed, or the dip switch Although it is necessary to change the setting, since a bare transformer or the like is disposed on the power supply board and careful attention is required so as not to get an electric shock, the work takes time.
[0006]
In addition, there is also a problem that, even during initial setting and maintenance, if it is necessary to set a switch, the work cannot be performed with the main cover open.
[0007]
Even if an abnormality is discovered, there is a problem that the main cover cannot be opened because the outdoor unit gets wet during rain.
[0008]
In addition, when the main cover is opened, operation is performed without a filter, so that dust or the like adheres to the heat exchanger and the quality of the product deteriorates. Unlike normal operating conditions performed by closing, there is also a problem that the setting cannot be made well and it takes time.
[0009]
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an operation setting device for an air conditioner that can quickly and reliably perform operation setting with the main cover closed.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, an operation setting device for an air conditioner according to the present invention is the operation setting device provided in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner including an outdoor heat exchange device and a charging unit in a main cover of the housing. The setting device includes a setting switch that performs operation setting of the outdoor heat exchange device, and a display panel that indicates a setting state by the setting switch or an operation state of the outdoor heat exchange device. Located in the cover. Examples of the outdoor heat exchange device include various valve bodies such as a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a fan, and an expansion valve, and piping.
[0011]
The operation setting device is connected to a main board having a charging unit such as a transformer. In the initial setting, the operation setting is performed with only the sub cover opened and the main cover closed. When the operation setting is performed by the setting switch, the setting content is displayed on the display panel. Further, during operation, the display panel displays operation states such as temperature and pressure of each part. Since the main cover is closed during operation, the operator is prevented from touching the high-voltage charging unit during operation setting. Further, no foreign matter enters the outdoor heat exchange device, and further, the operating state of the outdoor heat exchange device is not changed by sunlight or wind.
[0012]
If the sub-cover is provided with a grip portion that is formed in a concave shape and can grip the outdoor unit, and the display panel is inclined to the inside of the grip portion with the display surface facing diagonally upward, it is usually an operator. The display panel arranged at a lower position can be viewed from an angle close to the front, and misrecognition of display contents is prevented. In addition, by placing the display panel in an inclined position, a space can be formed immediately above the display panel, and this part can be used as a gripping portion, so that the product can be made compact by avoiding the gripping portion from protruding outward. Can be formed.
[0013]
The outdoor heat exchange device is provided with a water supply tank that is provided outside the housing and contains heat transfer water that exchanges heat with the refrigerant, between the water supply tank and the outdoor heat exchange device. When the heat transfer water is connected by a hot water pipe that circulates with a circulation pump, and the setting switch is provided with a function for setting the output of the circulation pump, the operation state can be confirmed without opening the main cover, and the water supply tank is filled with water. When the antifreeze is replenished, it is prevented that it is scattered to the charged part and causes malfunction.
[0014]
If a remote control terminal block to which a remote controller for setting the operation of the outdoor heat exchange device can be connected is provided in the sub cover, it is not necessary to open the main cover when the remote controller is connected, and workability can be improved. In addition, it is preferable that the remote controller sets the operating state of the air conditioner body including the indoor unit side.
