Hereinafter, specific embodiments and reference embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

( Reference form 1)
In this reference form , a security device based on sleep detection is applied to a general house. As shown in FIG. 1, the crime prevention device by sleep detection includes a biological signal detection unit 10, a sleep state determination unit 20, a control unit 60, and a home crime prevention unit 30. This crime prevention device detects a biological signal of the sleeper's human body 50 sleeping on the mattress 41 of the bed 40, determines the sleep state of the sleeper from the biological signal, and based on the determination, the home security means 30. It controls the operation.

As shown in FIG. 2, the biological signal detection unit 10 includes a well-known reflective optical detection unit 1 having a light emitting element 2 and a light receiving element 3, a drive circuit 4 for driving the light emitting element 3, and a signal from the light receiving element. It is comprised by the pulse wave sensor provided with the detection circuit 5 which detects this, and the data analysis part 6 which analyzes the signal detected by the detection circuit 5. FIG. The detection unit 1 has a detection window 11 and is used by being attached to the human body 50 with a belt or the like (not shown) in a state where the detection window 11 is in contact with the arm 51 of the human body 50 or the like.

The sleep state determination unit 20 is a data analysis device that determines the sleep state of the sleeping person from the output signal of the biological signal detection unit (pulse wave sensor) 10, analyzes the frequency change of the output signal of the biological signal detection unit 10, It converts into the diagram which shows the sleep stage (sleep state) of a sleeper as shown in FIG. According to the diagram showing the sleep stage in FIG. 4, it is possible to specify the sleeping time and the awakening time of the sleeper, and therefore, it is possible to determine that the sleeping time is between the sleeping time and the awakening time. The sleep state determination means 20 sends a sleep detection signal to the control means 60 when the sleeper's sleep is detected, and sends a sleep detection signal to the control means 60 when the sleeper's awakening is detected.

The home crime prevention means 30 includes an entrance electric lock, a window electric lock, an electric shutter that opens and closes a garage, a gate, and the like, an intrusion detection device that detects intrusion of a person, and an alarm that issues an alarm based on a detection signal of the intrusion detection device. Device.

The control unit 60 controls the operation of the home crime prevention unit 30 based on the output signal from the sleep state determination unit 20, and when the sleep state determination unit 20 determines that the sleeping person is sleeping, The window electric lock is locked, the electric shutter is closed, and the intrusion detection device and the alarm device can be turned on. Specifically, when a sleeper sleep detection signal is sent from the sleep state determination unit 20, the control unit 60 locks the entrance electric lock and the window electric lock in accordance with the signal, and the electric shutter. The intrusion detection device and the alarm device are closed and closed. On the other hand, when a sleeper awakening detection signal is sent from the sleep state determination means 20, the control means 60 releases the lock of the entrance electric lock and the window electric lock and opens the electric shutter according to the signal. In addition, the intrusion detection device and the alarm device are turned off.

The operation of the crime prevention device based on sleep detection configured as described above will be described below.

First, the operation of the pulse wave sensor as the biological signal detection means 10 will be described. When light is emitted from the light emitting element 2 of the detection unit 1 toward the human body 50, a part of the light hits the capillary artery 52 passing through the inside of the human body 50 and is absorbed by hemoglobin in the blood flowing in the capillary artery 52. On the other hand, the remaining light is reflected and scattered by the capillary artery 52, and a part of the scattered light enters the light receiving element 3. At this time, since the amount of hemoglobin in the capillary artery 52 changes in a wave manner due to blood pulsation, the amount of light absorbed in the hemoglobin also changes in a wave manner. As a result, the amount of light received reflected by the capillary artery 52 and detected by the light receiving element 3 changes. The change in the amount of light received by the light receiving element 3 is output to the data analysis unit 6 as pulse wave information (for example, a voltage signal) through the detection circuit 5. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the data analysis unit 6 detects the pulse interval from the pulse wave, and calculates the pulse rate from the pulse interval according to the following equation (1).

Pulse rate (times / minute) = 60 × {1 / pulse interval (seconds)} (1)
The signal related to the pulse rate is sent from the biological signal detection means 10 to the sleep state determination means 20. The output signal from the biological signal detection means 10 is converted into a sleep state diagram as shown in FIG. And this sleep state diagram can identify the sleeping time and awakening time of the sleeping person, and can determine that the sleeping time is between the sleeping time and the awakening time. That is, the sleep state determination unit 20 can detect when the sleeper is asleep and wakes up, and sends the sleep detection signal and the wakeup detection signal to the control unit 60.

When the sleep detection signal is sent from the sleep state determination means 20 to the control means 60, the control means 60 activates the house crime prevention means 30. That is, the control means 60 locks the door electric lock and the window electric lock, closes the electric shutter, and turns on the intrusion detection device and the alarm device.

In this way, the sleeping person goes to sleep at the same time, and the various crime prevention functions of the house crime prevention means 30 work, so the sleeping person can sleep with peace of mind. Moreover, even if the sleeping person forgets to put on the entrance electric lock etc. and goes to sleep, the house crime prevention function can be surely activated because the sleeping person is always locked.

On the other hand, when a wake-up detection signal is sent from the sleep state determination unit 20 to the control unit 60, the control unit 60 locks the entrance electric lock and the window electric lock, closes the electric shutter, and detects the intrusion detection device and the alarm device. Is turned off.

In addition, when a sleeper awakening detection signal is sent from the sleep state determination means 20, unlocking of the entrance electric lock and window electric lock, opening of the electric shutter, and off control of the intrusion detection device and the alarm device are included. Only a part of may be activated .

( Reference form 2)
This reference form corresponds to the case where there are a plurality of residents in the house where the security device is installed, and the home security means 30 works only when all the residents are sleeping.

In other words, the crime prevention device based on sleep detection includes a plurality (the number corresponding to the number of residents) of the biological signal detection means 10 and a plurality of the sleep state determination means 20 respectively corresponding to the biological signal detection means 10. have. And the output signal from each sleep state determination means 20 is sent to the control means 60.

The control means 60 activates the home crime prevention means 30 only when all of the sleep state determination means 20 determine that the resident is sleeping, and locks the entrance electric lock and the window electric lock, and the electric shutter. It is configured to close and to turn on the intrusion detection device and the alarm device.

Therefore, according to the crime prevention apparatus based on sleep detection of this reference form, since the residential crime prevention means 30 works only when all the residents are sleeping, there is no one after one of the residents sleeps. However, there is no inconvenience that a resident who is still awake or a resident who has not returned home, for example, has his door locked or an alarm sounded when entering or leaving the house.

Other configurations and operational effects are the same as the reference embodiment 1.

(Embodiment)
This embodiment, wherein the reference embodiment 2, when at least one person of residents can not go home, can be temporarily canceled sleep determination of its occupants and deemed not temporarily residents who do not go home It is what I did.

That is, the crime prevention apparatus based on sleep detection includes a plurality of the biological signal generation means 10 and the sleep state determination means 20 that respectively correspond to a plurality of residents. Each connection means that electrically connects each sleep state determination means 20 and the control means 60 can be switched between a connected state and a disconnected state. Then, the control unit 60 assumes that there is no sleep state determination unit 20 that has been disconnected (without waiting for an output signal from the sleep state determination unit 20), so that the same control as in the reference mode 2 is performed. It is configured. That is, the control means 60 is based on the determination of the other sleep state determination means 20 even if the sleep determination for at least one of the sleep state determination means 20 that has been canceled is not performed. It is comprised so that operation | movement of can be controlled.

Therefore, according to the crime prevention apparatus based on sleep detection of this embodiment, on a day when there is a resident who does not go home, the sleep state determination means 20 corresponding to the resident is disconnected from the control means 60 so that the residence that does not go home. Even if a person is on a certain day, the same home crime prevention function as that of the reference mode 2 can be activated.
