本発明は、商品を店頭で販売する際に用いられる商品陳列用のダンボール製組立ワゴン用キットに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、例えばキャンペーン用の新製品などをスーパーを始めとする小売店の店頭で販売するに際しては、新製品の宣伝内容を印刷したワゴンに載せて販売することが行われている。このような時に使用される展示販売用のワゴンは、ダンボール製のものが殆どであり、当該製品の宣伝のための印刷等が施された簡易的なものであって、商品を収納したダンボール箱とは別の梱包でワゴン用キットとしてメーカーから小売店に供給され、店頭にて組み立てられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記したようなワゴン用キットは、ダンボール製の外装箱で包装されているが、組立時に開封した時点で外装箱は不要となり、そのまま廃棄されるのが普通であった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記のような背景に鑑みて、本発明では、ワゴンの組立に際して外装箱を利用するという、今までにない新しい形態のダンボール製組立ワゴン用キットを提供することとしている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のダンボール製組立ワゴン用キットは、角筒状に広げられるワゴン胴体と、角筒状にしたワゴン胴体の上に載置されるワゴントレイとを外装箱に収納しており、その外装箱がワゴン胴体の中に差し込まれて補強脚となるようにしたものである。

以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施例について説明する。

組立ワゴン用キット１０は図１に示す梱包状態でスーパー等の小売店に搬送される。そして、小売店では、商品の販売時に際し、外装箱のクラフトテープＴを剥がして図２に示すように開封し、中に入っているパーツと外装箱を使ってワゴンの形態に組み立てる。

外装箱は、薄板状の筒体を形成する外装本体１１とその筒体の両側から蓋をするように差し込まれる一対の外装蓋部１２とからなる。そして、この外装箱の中にはワゴン胴体１３とワゴントレイ１４と底板１５とが収納されている。

ワゴンの形態に組み立てる手順は次のようである。まず、図３に示すように外装本体１１を広げて中央で二つ折りにする。この外装本体１１には二つ折りするために縦方向の折罫ａが形成されているとともに、横方向に２本の折罫ｂが形成され、さらに横方向の折罫ｂより外側では縦方向の折罫ａの部分はスリットｃになっている。そして、図５に示すように、ワゴン胴体１３を角筒状に広げるとともに、底部フラップ１３ａを内側に折り込んだ状態としておき、二つ折りした外装本体１１をさらに折罫ｂで外側に折り曲げ、角筒状のワゴン胴体１３の中に差し込む。ここで、折り曲げた外装部本体１１がワゴン胴体１３に丁度入るように各部のサイズを決めておくようにする。

次に、図４に示すように２枚の外装蓋部１２をそれぞれ広げて中央で二つ折りにする。この外装蓋部１２には二つ折りするために縦方向の折罫ｄが形成されている。そして、図６に示すように、外装蓋部１２をＬ字状にし、ワゴン胴体１３の中に図６の点線で示す対角線の位置となるように差し込む。ここで、Ｌ字状にした外装蓋部１２がワゴン胴体１３に丁度入るように各部のサイズを決めておくようにする。

このようにワゴン胴体１３の中に外装本体１１と外装蓋部１２を差し込んで補強した後、図７に示すように、ワゴン胴体１３の上にワゴントレイ１４を載せて取り付ける。まず、ワゴン胴体１３の上部フラップ１３ｂを内側に折り曲げ、舌片１３ｃの部分をそのまま起立させた状態にする。そして、ワゴントレイ１４を広げ、４ヶ所の切込み１４ａにワゴン胴体１３の各舌片１３ｃを差し込むように載置して固定する。この場合、図８に示すように、舌片１３ｃに両面テープＦを取り付けておき、離型紙を剥がしてから舌片１３ｃを倒して貼り付けるようにするとよい。或いは、このような両面テープＦを予め付けていない時は、倒した舌片１３ｃを普通のテープＦで止めるようにするとよい。

続いて、図９に示すように、ワゴン胴体１３の上でワゴントレイ１４を組み立てる。まず、左右の側壁パネル１４ｂを二つ折りして二重にし、奥側の嵌合片１４ｃを内側に折り曲げた後、各嵌合片１４ｃを挟み込むようにして後壁パネル１４ｄを二つ折りして二重にし、先端の係止部分１４ｅを切込み１４ｆに差し込んで固定する。また、手前側の嵌合片１４ｇを内側に折り曲げた後、各嵌合片１４ｇを挟み込むようにして前壁パネル１４ｈを二つ折りして二重にし、先端の係止部分１４ｉを切込み１４ｊに差し込んで固定する。このようにしてワゴントレイ１４を組み立てた後、その中に底板１５を落とし込んで、図１０に示すようなワゴンが完成する。このように組み立てられたワゴンは、外装本体１１及び外装蓋部１２がワゴン胴体１３の中に隠れた状態で補強部材の役目を果たすので、強度のあるものになっている。

以上説明したように、本発明のダンボール製組立ワゴン用キットは、搬送の時に使用する外装箱をワゴン胴体の補強部材として利用するようにしたので、ダンボールの無駄な廃棄が回避され、資源の有効利用を図ることができる。
