Description

【0001】

Further, the pantograph type folding link 35 that connects the roof member 10 so as to be extendable and contractable serves as a reinforcing member of the roof member 10, and makes the support frame 5 robust and facilitates the expansion and contraction operation of the support frame 5.
[0026]
When attaching the top cloth 4, the side cloth 11 of the inner cloth 4a is placed outside the support column 8 with the support frame 5 extended as shown in FIG. It fixes to the required part of the support | pillar 8 with the fixing belt etc. which adhered. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the auxiliary cloth 13 extending from the front cloth 12 to the ceiling side of the inner cloth 4a is hooked on the front end side column 8 from the outside, and then passed below the next column 8, It is pulled forward by an elastic tension member 38 made of a rubber band, a coil spring or the like. One end portion of the elastic tension member 38 is appropriately fixed to the U-shaped frame body 26 of the rear roof member 10, and the other end portion is appropriately connected to the distal end portion of the auxiliary cloth 13. After the inner cloth 4a is attached to the support frame 5 in this way, the outer cloth 4b is put on the outer side of the inner cloth 4a, and the side cloth 14 of the outer cloth 4b is fixed to the roof member 10 of the support frame 5 with an appropriate fixing tool. Good. The hood cloth frame 3 composed of the inner cloth 4a and the outer cloth 4b is covered with the stretched support column 8 and the roof member 10, whereby the hood cloth frame 3 is formed.
[0027]
The method of using the lorry with a hood having the above-described configuration will be described. First, the support column 5 and the roof member 10 constituting the support frame 5 are folded toward the operation unit 1 side as shown in FIGS. 7 and 9. Set to the contracted state. In this contracted state, each slider 25 of the pantograph-type folding link 9 is positioned at the uppermost position, and the sleeve 27 of each roof member 10 is supported (placed) on this slider 25. After the sleeve 27 of the roof member 10 is fixed to the support column 8 by the detachable pins 28, the support member 8 and the roof member 10 are pulled to the rear side opposite to the operation unit 1 to be in the extended state. 11 is in a state of being fixed at the uppermost position, the luggage storage space S covered with the hood cloth frame 3 is in a large state with a high storage height as shown in FIG. Therefore, when loading a bulky baggage or a tall baggage, the baggage storage space S may be in a large state with a high storage height as shown in FIG.
[0028]
7 and 9, in a contracted state where each slider 25 of the pantograph type folding link 9 is positioned at the uppermost position, the sleeve 27 of the roof member 10 is not fixed to the support column 8 and is left as it is. If the column 8 and the roof member 10 are pulled rearward to be in an extended state, the sleeve 27 of each roof member 10 placed on the slider 25 slides downward following the extension operation of the pantograph folding link 9. And since it is located at the lowest position in the extension limit position, the luggage storage space S covered with the hood cloth frame 3 is in a small state with a low storage height as shown in FIG. Therefore, the baggage storage space S may be set to a small state with a low storage height as shown in FIG. 10 during normal traveling or garage storage. 7 and 9, only the support frame 5 is shown, and the hood cloth 4 covering the support frame 5 is not shown.
[0029]
Therefore, when the luggage storage space S is changed from a small state having a low storage height as shown in FIG. 10 to a large state having a high storage height as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 9, and in this contracted state, the removable frame 28 is inserted into the sleeve 27 of each roof member 10 and the pin holes 32 and 33 of the column 8 as shown in FIG. 5 should be stretched. Further, when the luggage storage space S is changed from a large state with a high storage height as shown in FIG. 11 to a small state with a low storage height as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 9, and in this contracted state, after removing the detachable pins 28 inserted into the sleeves 27 of the roof members 10 and the pin holes 32 and 33 of the column 8, the support frame is removed. 5 should be stretched.
[0030]
In addition, it is possible to form a luggage storage space S in an intermediate state between a large state with a high storage height and a small state with a low storage height, as shown in FIG. As shown, a pin hole 33 ′ is provided in the middle between the position where the sleeve 27 of the roof member 10 is fixed at the uppermost position on the column 8 and the position where the sleeve 27 is supported at the lowermost position, and the support frame 5 is contracted. Then, after the detachable pin 28 is inserted into the pin hole 32 of the sleeve 27 and the intermediate pin hole 33 ′ of the column 8, the support frame 5 may be extended.
[0031]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the luggage storage space S is used in a small state with a low storage height, the outer cloth 4 b of the hood cloth frame 3 has an auxiliary cloth 17 extending downward from the rear cloth 16. Since the auxiliary cloth 17 hangs down below the sliding door 39 of the loading platform 2, the auxiliary cloth 17 may be bent and fixed appropriately as indicated by the dotted line in FIG. 1. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the luggage storage space S is used in a large storage height, the lower end of the auxiliary cloth 17 of the outer cloth 4 b is positioned at the upper edge of the sliding door 39. Become.
[0032]
The inner cloth 4a and the outer cloth 4b of the top cloth 4 are hooked on the hook 41 at the lower end of the loading platform side plate 6 through a plurality of hanging straps 40 at the lower end portions of the side cloths 11 and 15, respectively. As shown in FIG. 10, the auxiliary cloth 13 extending from the front cloth 12 to the ceiling side of the inner cloth 4a is pulled forward by an elastic tension member 38 made of a rubber band, a coil spring or the like. When the space S is changed from a small state with a low accommodation height to a large state with a high accommodation height, as will be understood from a comparison between FIG. 10 and FIG. Even if the front cloth 15 of 4b is displaced, the auxiliary cloth 13 automatically moves to follow this and automatically covers the upper end side of the front cloth 15 of the outer cloth 4b and reliably covers the front face of the hood cloth frame 3. be able to. In FIGS. 1 and 5, reference numeral 42 denotes a fastening device that fastens to the left and right side cloths 14 and 14 in a state in which the rear cloth 16 of the outer cloth 4 b is closed.
[0033]
In the embodiment described above, among the plurality of columns 8, the front end column 8 close to the driving unit is always fixed to the front end of the guide rail 7, and the opposite rear end column 8 is connected to the rear end of the guide rail 7. The support frame 5 of the hood cloth frame 3 is folded so as to be close to the operation unit 1 so as to be contracted, so that the support frame 5 is attached to the support frame 5 with the hood cloth 4 attached thereto. When the 5 is expanded and contracted, the front cloths 12 and 15 of the inner cloth 4a and the outer cloth 4b can be held at the end of the loading section 2 on the side of the operation section 1, so that the luggage is mounted on the loading section 2. However, there is no inconvenience that the front cloths 12 and 15 hit the luggage.
[0034]
Moreover, in the above embodiment, each roof member 10 is detachably connected to the U-shaped frame-shaped main body 26 and both ends of the main body 26, and is fitted into the pair of columns 8 and 8 facing left and right. Therefore, the storage height of the luggage storage space S can be changed by replacing the sleeve 27 with one having a different length.
