Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heating device that radiates infrared rays to an object to be heated, and more particularly to a heating device that is used to dry a painted portion when repairing a local scratch on a painted surface of an automobile or the like. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a paint drying apparatus that is used for repairing local scratches and the like with a paint in an automobile repair shop and the like and drying the paint part after the repair. Examples of the coating / drying apparatus include those using a far infrared heater and those using a near infrared heater. A sheathed heater or the like is used as the far infrared heater, and emits infrared rays having a center wavelength of about 4.0 μm. A halogen heater or the like is used as the near-infrared heater, and emits infrared light having a center wavelength of about 1.2 μm.
[0003]
By the way, the paint drying apparatus using a far infrared heater or a near infrared heater has advantages and disadvantages. For example, a paint drying apparatus using a far-infrared heater has the advantage that there is almost no difference in color with respect to the heat absorption rate for the paint, but the problem is that the drying process takes a long time because a rise time is required until the temperature rises. is there.
[0004]
On the other hand, in a paint drying apparatus using a near-infrared heater, the time to rise until the temperature rises is relatively short, and the drying process time is shorter than the drying process time with a far-infrared heater. There is a problem that there is a difference by color.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to deal with a wide range of applications in auto repair shops, etc., it was necessary to prepare multiple paint drying devices such as a paint drying device using a far infrared heater and a paint drying device using a near infrared heater. An apparatus capable of carrying out both far-infrared and near-infrared rays with a single coating drying apparatus has been proposed.
[0006]

However, in the conventional paint drying equipment that uses both infrared and near infrared, a plurality of far infrared lamps and near infrared lamps are prepared, and either the near infrared lamp or the far infrared lamp is coated with a base. There is a problem that it takes time and effort because an exchange work such as attaching to or removing from the drying apparatus is required.
[0009]
Further, when one of the far-infrared lamp and the near-infrared lamp is used, there is a problem that a place for always storing the other lamp in another place is required.
[0010]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a heating device that does not need to store replacement parts and that has a simple configuration and improved work efficiency.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, it includes a heat source that radiates any one of infrared rays of near infrared rays and medium infrared rays to a heating target, and a heating portion main body that holds the heat source. In the heating device in which an opening for radiating the infrared ray generated from the heat source toward the object to be heated is formed, an opening / closing member rotatably attached to the heating unit main body is provided so that the opening can be opened and closed. The opening / closing member includes a first coating layer provided on a first surface facing the heat source in a state where the opening is closed by the opening / closing member, and a state in which the opening is closed by the opening / closing member. A second coating layer provided on a second surface opposite to the first surface, wherein the first coating layer is a coating layer that absorbs the infrared rays, 2 is a coating layer that emits far infrared rays. Heating device is obtained to.
[0012]

[0013]
With reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the heat source 11 which radiates | emits near infrared rays, the box-shaped heating part main body 13 holding the heat source 11, the reflecting plate 15 accommodated in the heating part main body 13, and heating An opening / closing member 17 is rotatably supported on one side of the unit body 13.
[0014]
The heating unit main body 13 is formed with an opening 19 that opens the front surface of the heating unit main body 13 so as to radiate near infrared rays forward from the heat source 11 to the heating target. The reflection plate 15 is provided inside the heating unit main body 13 so as to surround the heat source 11 except for the opening 19 side.
[0015]
The heat source 11 radiates near infrared rays forward from the opening 19 and radiates the object to be heated. Further, near infrared rays radiated from the heat source 11 to other than the front of the heating unit main body 13 are radiated to the object to be heated by being reflected forward by the reflecting plate 15.
[0016]
The position of the opening / closing member 17 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 indicates a state in which the opening / closing member 17 is opened from the opening 19. FIG. 3 shows an enlarged part of the opening / closing member 17.
[0017]
See also added diagram 3 in FIGS. 1 and 2, the opening and closing member 17 is pivotally attached to one side of the heating body 13 so as to form an opening 19 to be opened and closed.
[0018]
The opening / closing member 17 includes a first coating layer 21 provided on a first surface (see FIG. 3) 17f of the opening / closing member 17 facing the heat source 11 in a state where the opening 19 is closed by the opening / closing member 17. A second coating layer 23 is provided on a second surface (see FIG. 3) 17g which is an outer surface opposite to the first surface 17f in a state where the opening 19 is closed by the opening / closing member 17. ing.
[0019]
The opening / closing member 17 has an engaging portion 31 that holds the opening / closing member 17 in a closed state when the opening 19 is closed by the opening / closing member 17. The opening / closing member 17 is formed in a substantially semicircular shape when viewed from the side surface shown in FIG. 2, and is rotatably attached to one side of the heating portion main body 13 via the plurality of hinge members 25. Yes. The heating section main body 13 has a mating engagement section 33 that engages with the engagement section 31 when the opening 19 is closed by the opening / closing member 17.
[0020]
Further, the heating unit main body 13 includes a lattice-shaped protective member 35 attached in front of the opening 19, a holding unit 37, and a positioning member 39 for holding the heating unit main body 13 at a predetermined position in the vertical direction. have. The heating unit body 13 is held by the holder 41. The holder 41 includes a leg portion 43 and a rod-like support portion 45 that is erected upward from the leg portion 43.
[0021]
The leg portion 43 is a portion that is horizontally installed on the installation surface 51 so that the support portion 45 is erected in the vertical direction. The holding portion 37 is held by the support portion 45 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. Therefore, the holding part 37 is positioned and fixed by screwing and fixing the positioning member 39 to the support part 45 at a desired position of the support part 45.
[0022]
Further, the heating device will be specifically described. The opening / closing member 17 uses a steel plate. As an example, the open / close member 17 can be manufactured by punching a steel plate with a press and then bending it. When the opening 19 is closed by the opening / closing member 17, the shape of the opening / closing member 17 is convex outward. The opening / closing member 17 is formed in a substantially semicircular shape when viewed from the side surface shown in FIG. 2, but may be a substantially semi-elliptical shape and can efficiently radiate near infrared rays to the heating target. Any shape can be used.
[0023]
The opening / closing member 17 may be a copper plate having good thermal conductivity and easy bending, instead of a steel plate, and a metal plate such as an aluminum plate or a brass plate or an alloy plate such as a stainless steel plate is selected. May be used. As the opening / closing member 17, it is desirable to employ a material having a heat resistant temperature of about 400 ° C to 650 ° C.
[0024]
The first coating layer 21 is a coating film layer provided by coating a coating material as a paint having a high absorption rate for absorbing near infrared rays on the first surface 17f. The second coating layer 23 is a coating film layer provided by coating a coating material as a paint having a high emissivity for radiating far infrared rays on the second surface 17g.
[0025]
By the way, according to Kirchhoff's law, it is clear that the stronger the ability to emit radiation of a predetermined wavelength (emissivity), the stronger the ability to absorb radiation (absorption rate). Further, it is known that the black paint has an emissivity or absorptivity of about 0.9 at a wavelength of 0.6 μm to 0.8 μm .
[0026]
Therefore, specifically, as a coating material that is a paint as the first and second coating layers 21 and 23, for example, black of Tetzol (trade name) manufactured by Nippon Paint Co., Ltd. (model number: MB-600, heat resistant) Temperature 600 ° C.). Further, the coating materials for the first and second coating layers 21 and 23 may be the same material or different materials. Thus, the first coating layer 21 may be made of a coating material having a high absorption rate that absorbs near infrared rays, and the second coating layer 23 may be made of a coating material having a high emissivity that radiates far infrared rays.
[0027]
Furthermore, as the first coating layer 21, a thermal spray film layer provided by spraying a coating material having a high absorption rate that absorbs near infrared rays on the first surface 17f, and an absorption that absorbs near infrared rays on the first surface 17f. A plating film layer provided by plating a coating material having a high rate may be used, and the second coating layer 23 is provided by spraying a coating material having a high emissivity for radiating far-infrared rays on the first surface 17g. Alternatively, a sprayed film layer or a plated film layer provided by plating may be used.
[0028]
Further, when the closing member 21 is steel, the absorptivity to absorb near infrared rays to form a high oxide film layer by applying a four iron oxide treatment on the first surface 17f as the first coating layer 21, As the 2nd coating layer 23, you may form the oxide film layer with a high emissivity which radiates | emits far-infrared rays by performing the iron tetroxide process similar to the 1st surface 17f . By the way, the emissivity is about 0.4 to 0.5 for a steel plate with a rough surface.
[0029]
Further, one of the first and second coating layers 21 and 23 may be provided with any one of a coating film layer, a sprayed film layer, and a plating film layer by a coating material, and the other may be an oxide film layer. As a specific example, the first coating layer 21 is coated using a black heat-resistant coating material having a high absorption rate with respect to infrared rays having a wavelength of about 0.7 μm to 1.5 μm . The second coating layer 23 is subjected to a coating treatment using a material having a high far-infrared emissivity, such as a ceramic coating or a carbon coating, so that far-infrared rays can be easily emitted.
[0030]
Next, the specific example used in order to dry the coating surface which is heating object using the heating apparatus mentioned above is demonstrated.
[0031]
