【0001】
【0046】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to an automobile accident occurrence prediction technique using weather information.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-197708, in order to predict the occurrence of weather damage such as snow damage on a transmission line, an information processing mechanism that performs learning control is made to learn weather data when an accident occurs and A neural network was constructed to determine whether an accident occurred by inputting data, and measured weather data before the current state of the target area and predicted weather data after that were input to the neural network, and it was determined that an accident occurred. Sometimes, the alarm output mechanism continuously issues an alarm for a predetermined time. The technique described in this publication uses a neural network that requires a lot of weather data and uses more resources. Also, the only result obtained is whether or not an accident has occurred. This is because snow damage to power transmission lines is not such that many accidents occur a day, and even if one power transmission line breaks due to snow damage, it is a serious problem.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional technology cannot be simply applied to the prediction of the occurrence of an automobile accident due to the difference in the nature of the prediction target.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a novel technique for predicting the occurrence of an automobile accident using weather information.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The vehicle accident prediction occurrence index calculation system according to the present invention provides information related to the predicted snowfall in the predicted time zone (for example, predicted snowfall information, predicted precipitation information, or predicted snow depth and time zone start at the end of the time zone). Information on the difference between the predicted snow depth at the time point) and information on the amount of snowfall in a predetermined time zone before the predicted time zone (for example, information on snowfall amount, precipitation information, or snow depth at the start of the time zone) Information acquisition means for acquiring information on the difference from the snow depth at the end of the time zone or prediction information thereof) and information on the temperature representative of the prediction time zone (for example, predicted average temperature) and storing the information in the storage device Based on information on the predicted amount of snowfall in the forecast time zone, information on the snowfall amount in a predetermined time zone before the forecast time zone, and information on the temperature representative of the forecast time zone, Total value And has a calculating means for storing in a storage device.
[0006]
In this way, it is possible to obtain the value of the predicted occurrence index of an automobile accident, and to know the risk of occurrence of an accident in the predicted time zone from the magnitude of this value. The value of the predicted occurrence index does not represent only the presence or absence of an accident, but corresponds to the number of predicted accidents.
[0007]
Further, the vehicle accident prediction occurrence index calculation system according to the present invention further includes means for determining the risk level of occurrence of an accident based on the vehicle accident prediction occurrence index calculated by the calculation means and storing it in a storage device. A configuration is also possible. This makes it possible to grasp the risk of an automobile accident more clearly.
[0008]
Note that the information on the predicted amount of snowfall or information on the amount of snowfall described above is at least the amount of snowfall information, the amount of precipitation information, or the difference between the snow depth at a predetermined time and the snow depth after a certain period of time has elapsed since the predetermined time. In some cases, the information is obtained using any of the information.
[0009]
Furthermore, the automobile accident prediction occurrence index calculation system according to the present invention may be configured to further include means for outputting a pre-registered message (for example, a comment on accident attention) corresponding to the danger level of the accident occurrence. Is possible. As a result, general customers can recognize the danger of a car accident.
[0010]
Note that the calculation means described above can be used to change information on the predicted amount of snowfall in the predicted time zone, information on the amount of snowfall in a predetermined time zone before the predicted time zone, and information on the temperature representative of the predicted time zone. It is also possible to adopt a configuration that calculates the value of the predicted occurrence index of an automobile accident using the function Information on past car accidents and past weather information are analyzed, and information having a high correlation with the number of accidents occurred is used as a variable.
[0011]
The vehicle accident prediction occurrence index calculation system described above may be realized by a program executed by a computer. At this time, the program causes the computer to execute an automobile accident prediction occurrence index calculation method, and is stored in a storage medium or storage device such as a floppy disk, a CD-ROM, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or a hard disk. The intermediate processing result is temporarily stored in the memory.

If this information cannot be obtained directly for the average temperature from 6 o'clock to 12 o'clock, for example, the predicted temperature at 6 o'clock, 7 o'clock, 8 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock (the predicted temperature at 6 o'clock is actually obtains information of May have temperature), and stores in the
[0022]
Next, the accident prediction occurrence index calculation part 37 calculates the prediction occurrence index of a car accident (step S3). In the present embodiment, as described above, the predicted occurrence index of an automobile accident is calculated in the first and second time zones.
[0023]
In the first time zone, the forecasted car accident occurrence index (accident) is based on the forecasted precipitation from 6:00 to 12:00, the snow depth difference between 6:00 and 0:00, and the predicted average temperature from 6:00 to 12:00. (Index indicating the number of cases). These variables were analyzed based on past car accident data (accident date, accident time, accident location, etc.) and past meteorological data (snowfall (precipitation), snow depth, temperature, etc.). As a result, the correlation with the number of automobile accidents in the first time zone is higher than other similar variables. Moreover, the coefficient of each variable is calculated by regression analysis, and is represented by the following formula as a whole.
[0024]
(Predicted occurrence index of car accidents) = 31.41 (intercept) + 0.72 x (predicted precipitation from 6 o'clock to 12 o'clock) + 1.42 x (difference in snow depth between 6 o'clock and 0 o'clock)-1.68 x (from 6 o'clock) Predicted average temperature at 12:00) (1)
[0025]
In addition, it is also possible to use the predicted snowfall amount instead of the predicted precipitation amount from 6:00 to 12:00. It is also possible to use the amount of snowfall or precipitation from 0 o'clock to 6 o'clock instead of the difference in snow depth between 6 o'clock and 0 o'clock. Note that a predicted value may be used depending on the time for executing step S3. Further, the information about the amount of snowfall or the amount of precipitation may be other information calculated in consideration of other weather information. Furthermore, instead of the predicted average temperature from 6 o'clock to 12 o'clock, the temperature information representing the first time zone may be used. For example, the predicted temperature at a predetermined time in the first time zone can also be used. If the type of variable is changed in this way, the value of the coefficient also changes. Therefore, it is necessary to perform regression analysis again and recalculate the coefficients. In addition, since the data of the past automobile accident are used, the coefficient includes the location and time zone characteristics.
[0026]
For example, the predicted precipitation from 6:00 to 12:00 is 1 (mm), the snow depth difference between 6:00 and 0:00 is 20 (cm), and the average temperature from 6:00 to 12:00 is -5 (degrees) In this case, it is possible to calculate a predicted vehicle accident occurrence index of 69.1.
[0027]
In the second time zone, calculate the forecast index for car accidents based on the predicted precipitation from 12:00 to 18:00, the difference in snow depth between 12:00 and 10:00, and the predicted average temperature from 12:00 to 18:00 To do. As with the first time zone, these variables were also analyzed based on past car accident data and past weather data. As a result, the correlation between the number of car accidents in the second time zone and other variables High compared to similar variables. Moreover, the coefficient of each variable is calculated by regression analysis, and is represented by the following formula as a whole.
[0028]
(Predicted occurrence index of car accidents) = 28.92 (intercept) + 3.37 x ( predicted precipitation from 12:00 to 18:00) + 0.74 x (difference in snow depth between 12:00 and 0:00)-1.30 x (from 12:00) 18:00 predicted average temperature) (2)
[0029]
In addition, it is also possible to use the predicted snowfall amount instead of the predicted precipitation amount from 12:00 to 18:00. It is also possible to use the amount of snowfall or precipitation from 0:00 to 12:00 instead of the snow depth difference between 12:00 and 0:00. Note that a predicted value may be used depending on the time for executing step S3. Further, the information about the amount of snowfall or the amount of precipitation may be other information calculated in consideration of other weather information. Furthermore, instead of the predicted average temperature from 12:00 to 18:00, it may be information on the temperature representative of the second time zone. For example, the predicted temperature at a predetermined time in the second time zone can be used. If the type of variable is changed in this way, the value of the coefficient also changes. Therefore, it is necessary to perform regression analysis again and recalculate the coefficients. In addition, since the data of the past automobile accident are used, the coefficient includes the location and time zone characteristics.
[0030]
For example, the predicted precipitation from 12:00 to 18:00 is 3 (mm), the snow depth difference from 12:00 to 0:00 is 20 (cm), and the average temperature from 12:00 to 18:00 is -5 (degrees) In this case, the predicted occurrence index of an automobile accident of 60.4 is calculated.
[0031]
The accident prediction occurrence index calculation unit 37 calculates the vehicle accident according to the equation (1) as described above for the first time zone and the equation (2) as described above for the second time zone. The predicted occurrence index is calculated, and the calculation result is stored in the

As described above, the customer who receives the danger level and the comment can be used for preventing the automobile accident.
[0040]
As described above, the information output to the display or printer can be separately sent to mass media by FAX, sent by e-mail, or spoken verbally using a telephone. Further, the information output to the display or printer is transferred to the administrator of the information disclosure server 5 so that the administrator posts the information on a predetermined Web page or performs an e-mail sending process. It may be a configuration.
[0041]
The embodiment described above is an example, and various modifications are possible. For example, although the accident prediction occurrence
[0042]
The above equations (1) and (2) are examples, and various modifications are possible. In addition to the modifications described above, the time zone can be changed. For example, in the above example, the time zone to be predicted every 6 hours is divided, but for example, the time zone to be predicted every 3 hours can be divided or the time zone to be predicted every 12 hours can be divided. It is also possible to use numbers other than 3, 6, and 12. As for the variables, 6-hour data is used for equation (1), but all or part of the data can be used in units of 3 hours or 12 hours. The same applies to equation (2). It is also possible to use numbers other than 3, 6 and 12.
[0043]
Moreover, the structure which uses additional weather information as a variable is also possible. For example, it is possible to use the amount of sunlight (or duration of sunlight) as a new variable in order to express how snow melts. Further, in the above, the accident prediction occurrence index is not distributed to the customer, but it may be configured such that both the danger level and the comment are distributed.
[0044]
The information disclosure server 5 may be configured to deliver a danger level and a comment as a FAX service to customers by FAX.
[0045]
Moreover, accidents prediction generation exponential computing system described above, it may be implemented by a combination of computer and program, the program, for example, a floppy disk, CD-ROM, magneto-optical disks, semiconductor It is stored in a storage medium or storage device such as a memory or a hard disk. The intermediate processing result is temporarily stored in the memory.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, it was possible to provide a novel technique for predicting the occurrence of an automobile accident using weather information.
