【0038】
Pdpnew(Xdp,Ydp)=Pdp(Xdp,Ydp)+△dark

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus, and more particularly to an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus that performs correction on X-ray image data based on dark current information.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The X-ray image diagnostic apparatus obtains X-ray image data of a subject by irradiating the subject with X-rays and detecting transmitted X-rays with a flat detector. The X-ray flat panel detector converts X-rays transmitted through the subject into an optical signal, for example, a scintillator such as cesium iodide (CsI), and converts the optical signal output from the scintillator into a charge amount. It is composed of a photodiode such as amorphous silicon (a-Si) and a storage capacitor that stores the amount of charge output from this photodiode as a value proportional to the X-ray dose irradiated to the X-ray flat panel detector. Image data is obtained by reading the amount of charge accumulated in the capacitor for use via a switching element such as a thin film transistor (TFT).
[0003]
In such an X-ray flat panel detector, noise charges are accumulated in the storage capacitor due to dark current even when X-rays are not irradiated, so that the X-ray flat panel detector is irradiated with X-rays. When it is not, the noise charge amount (dark current amount) accumulated in the storage capacitor is obtained, and the dark current amount is corrected at the time of imaging (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
In the technique described in Patent Document 1, as dark current correction, image data from an X-ray flat panel detector is acquired for one or a plurality of images before the start of X-ray irradiation, and averaged by the acquired number of images. The dark current image data is obtained, and the dark current amount is corrected by subtracting the dark current image image data from the image data of the captured image at the time of imaging.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-159481 (pages 2 to 3 and FIG. 1)
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above prior art, in order to accurately correct the dark current amount, it is necessary to acquire and average a large number of dark current images, so it takes time to acquire and average the dark current amount image, In addition, since the amount of dark current increases with time, if the time until imaging after offset calibration is long, the actual dark current image immediately before imaging and the dark current image obtained by calibration will be misaligned. I can't do it.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an X-ray diagnostic imaging apparatus that corrects dark current quickly and accurately.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an X-ray diagnostic imaging apparatus according to the present invention described in claim 1 uses an X-ray source for irradiating a subject with X-rays and transmitted X-rays from the subject as image data. and X-ray flat panel detector for outputting, an image storage unit that memorize image data output from the X-ray flat panel detector, the dark current information storage means for storing dark current information measured in advance, X-ray based on the dark current image data is image data output from the X-ray flat panel detector during irradiation, the amount of increase in dark current in the case of a reference dark current information that has been stored in the dark current information storage means A dark current increase calculation means for calculating, and dark data based on the dark current increase calculated by the dark current increase calculation means and the dark current information for the image data stored in the image storage means. Dark current correction means for performing current correction; It is characterized in that it comprises.
[0009]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the image data output from the X-ray flat panel detector when X-rays are not irradiated is stored as dark current image data for each pixel by the dark current image storage means, and dark current information storage is performed. Means calculates and stores dark current information from the image data. When performing X-ray irradiation, the dark current increase calculation means calculates the dark current increase from the dark current image data immediately before X-ray irradiation stored in the dark current image storage means and the dark current information. The dark current information updating unit updates and stores the dark current information based on the increase amount of the dark current. Thereafter, when X-rays are irradiated, transmitted X-rays from the subject are output as image data, and the dark current correcting means subtracts the dark current information stored in the dark current updating means from the image data based on the transmitted X-rays. Apply dark current correction.
[0010]
In this way, the dark current information is updated by calculating the increase amount of the dark current from the dark current information calculated and stored in advance and the dark current image data immediately before the X-ray irradiation, and the dark current information is transmitted to the transmitted X-ray. Since dark current correction is performed by subtracting from the image data obtained by the above, it is not necessary to acquire a large number of dark current images immediately before the start of X-ray irradiation, and dark current correction can be performed quickly. In addition, since dark current information is updated from dark current information stored in advance and dark current image data immediately before the start of X-ray irradiation, changes in dark current information over time can be reflected in dark current correction. And dark current correction can be performed with high accuracy.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the dark current increase calculation means is an average value of dark current image data for each pixel stored in the dark current image storage means. The increase amount of dark current is calculated by subtracting the average value of dark current information for each pixel stored in the dark current information storage means.
[0012]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, by increasing the average value of the dark current information from the average value of the dark current image data, the increase amount of the dark current is obtained as a bias value independent of the pixels. Therefore, the dark current information can be updated by adding the bias value uniformly to the data for each pixel. Therefore, the dark current information is updated in a short time, and dark current correction can be performed more quickly.
