Related.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the squeegee slides on the upper surface of the screen having an opening of a predetermined shape arranged on the printed surface of the substrate while printing the printing material on the front surface and prints on the printed surface of the substrate. In parallel with it, the tip of this auxiliary plate is brought into contact with the front surface of the squeegee, and after sliding on the front surface, by performing a wiping operation to detach the tip from the front of the squeegee, Patent Document 1 discloses a cream solder printing machine (also referred to as a screen printing machine) configured to wipe the auxiliary plate from the printing material staying on the front surface of the squeegee.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a conventional screen printing machine, in order to operate the squeegee and fill the opening of the mask with the electronic material paste well, it is important that the electronic material paste moves while rolling on the mask when pushed by the squeegee. is there. In order to cause this rolling phenomenon, it is necessary that a certain amount of paste remains on the mask. Therefore, the paste supplied on the mask cannot be used up completely in order to generate a rolling phenomenon and ensure good filling of the paste into the mask opening. The limit rolling radius at which rolling is no longer possible is called the minimum rolling diameter, and the remaining paste amount when the minimum rolling diameter is reached is called the minimum printable paste amount. However, ordinary paste has a strong adhesive force to the squeegee, and the volatile components of the paste volatilize during use, and the viscosity further increases. If the amount of the remaining paste decreases or the viscosity increases, the paste is not separated from the squeegee, so that it is often impossible to continue printing before reaching the minimum printable paste amount.
[0005]
As a means for solving this problem, in Patent Document 1, an auxiliary plate is provided in parallel with the squeegee to scrape off the paste from the squeegee. However, if the auxiliary plate for auxiliary patent document 1 is placed on the sealed squeegee head as in
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention provides a cream solder printing machine having a squeegee head structure configured to prevent the enlargement of the apparatus of the head unit and to continue good printing until the paste remaining amount reaches the minimum paste amount that can be rolled. It is to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the screen printing machine of the present invention is provided with a drive unit on the back surface side of the squeegee to separate the paste adhering to the squeegee surface of the sealed squeegee head structure, and the surface of the squeegee is moved up and down. A linear body that slides on the squeegee surface is provided, and the paste is separated from the squeegee surface by moving the linear body on the squeegee surface.

By repeating the above operation, the paste is reliably separated from the squeegee surface no matter how much the remaining paste on the mask is reduced. For this reason, it becomes possible to continue good printing until the amount of the remaining paste reaches the minimum printable paste amount, and the effective usage rate of the paste is dramatically improved. Further, since the linear body is used for separating the paste, the amount of the paste attached to the linear body is small, and the paste can be used almost without waste.
[0024]
As described above, when performing reciprocal printing using a sealed squeegee unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, the drive unit is provided on the back of the squeegee, and the linear body is moved up and down on the paste application surface of the front and rear squeegees. It can be separated from the squeegee surface efficiently. In addition, the linear body that moves the two front and rear squeegee surfaces can be moved by a drive mechanism provided on the back side of the squeegee on one side, thereby reducing the size of the apparatus.
