Description
【0001】

By the way, the coin selector is used by being incorporated in a game machine or the like, but the game machine has a coin insertion slot and a position for storing received coins different for each model.

In order to deal with this, the coin selector arranges the
[0013]
However, when there are a large number of types of frames, there is a risk of frame selection mistakes during assembly work.
Further, when the chute member is provided separately, there is a problem that the hopper has to be arranged below the chute member and the capacity of the hopper is reduced.
Furthermore, both types have a large number of parts, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost.
[0014]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A first object of the present invention is to provide a coin selector capable of determining the authenticity of a coin and guiding a coin from an insertion slot to a holding portion without causing an assembly error and reducing the capacity of the coin holding portion. Is to get.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention determines authenticity while rolling the coin received from the entrance on the guide rail, and then guides it to a predetermined position by a coin chute following the guide rail. In the coin selector having a configuration in which a guide rail is formed and an authenticity determination unit is provided, and a coin chute is formed on the chute member, and the chute member is attached to the guide rail member by a plurality of one-touch connecting means.
The one-touch connecting means includes a female type formed on the guide rail member and a male type formed on the chute member, and the chute member is connected to the guide rail member by inserting the male type into the female type. This is a characteristic coin selector.
[0016]
According to this configuration, for example, a coin inserted from a slot of a game machine passes through the entrance of the coin selector and rolls on the guide rail, and is determined to be authentic. A coin determined to be illegal falls off the guide rail and falls. To do.
The coin determined to be authentic rolls further on the guide rail, reaches the coin chute of the rear chute member, and is guided by this coin chute to reach the holding portion.
[0017]
For this reason, the guide rail member which formed the authenticity determination part and the guide rail uses all the same components, and guides to the holding | maintenance part are made to bear on the chute | shoot member which can be attached or detached with a guide rail member by one touch.
And this chute | shoot member selects the thing suitable for the position of a holding | maintenance part, and it mounts | wears with a guide rail member.
[0018]
Since the guide rail member having the guide rail and the authenticity determination unit can use the same parts, no assembly error occurs.
[0019]
Further, since the chute member can be attached to the guide rail member by one touch, the attaching operation is easy.
Furthermore, since the chute member is connected to and integrated with the guide rail member, it does not occupy an extra mounting space as in the case of a separate body, and does not reduce the capacity of the holding portion.
[0020]
Preferably, the one-touch connecting means is constituted by a plurality.
When there are a plurality of one-touch connecting means, the guide rail member and the chute member are fixed at least at two points.
When fixed at at least two points, the positional relationship between the guide rail and the coin chute can be accurately maintained, and the connection strength increases.
[0021]
Preferably, the reference end surface of the guide rail member is orthogonal to the plane including the guide rail, and the slave end surface in contact with the reference end surface of the chute member is configured to be a plane.
[0022]
According to this configuration, the positional relationship between the guide rail and the coin chute is set to a predetermined relationship by pressing the slave end surface of the chute member against the reference end surface of the guide rail member.
That is, the upward inclined surface is positioned without any step on the extension of the guide rail, and the standing guide surface is positioned without any step on the extension of the vertical guide wall.
Therefore, the positional relationship between the guide rail and the coin chute can be set by connecting the one-touch connecting means.
[0023]
Preferably, the one-touch connecting means includes a female type formed on the guide rail member and a male type formed on the chute member, and is configured to be connected by inserting the male type into the female type.
According to this structure, the convex part which is a male type | mold of a chute | shoot member is inserted and attached to the concave part which is a female type | mold of a guide rail member.
[0024]
Therefore, since no convex portion is added to the guide rail member having the coin authenticity determining portion which is the main function of the coin selector, the convex portion is not hit and damaged during assembly or adjustment.
[0025]
Preferably, the female type has a pair of inward engagement surfaces formed in a tapered shape along the insertion direction line, and the male type has a pair of tapered shapes formed in a tapered shape along the insertion direction line. An outward engagement surface is provided, and the outward engagement surface is elastically deformed inward by being pressed by the inward engagement surface.
[0026]
According to this configuration, the outward engagement surface is pressed by the inward engagement surface, and the male engagement body having the outward engagement surface is deformed inward.
Since the male type receives a force pushed out from the insertion hole, the locking hook is pressed against the locking surface.
By this pressing, rattling with respect to the male insertion direction line can be eliminated.
[0027]
Preferably, the female type has a pair of inward engagement surfaces formed in a tapered shape in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction line, and the male type is tapered in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction line. A pair of outwardly engaging bodies formed with outwardly engaging surfaces formed in a shape, and the outwardly engaging bodies are elastically deformed inwardly when pressed by the inwardly engaging surfaces.
[0028]
According to this configuration, the outward engagement surface is pressed by the inward engagement surface, and the male engagement body having the outward engagement surface is pressed in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction line.
By this force, the male type is pressed tightly against the female type, and rattling in the direction perpendicular to the insertion direction line can be eliminated.
[0029]
Preferably, the female mold has a tapered shape along the insertion direction line, and a pair of inward engagement surfaces formed in a tapered shape in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction line and the insertion direction line. A pair of outward-facing engagement surfaces having a locking surface orthogonal to each other, and the male shape is tapered along the insertion direction line and tapered in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction line And a lock body having a locking hook perpendicular to the insertion direction line, and the outer engagement surface is configured to be elastically deformed inward by being pressed by the inward engagement surface.
[0030]
According to this configuration, the outward engagement surface is pressed by the inward engagement surface, the male engagement body having the outward engagement surface receives the pushing force, and the hook portion is pressed against the locking surface.
With these forces, the male mold is pressed against the female mold, and the rattling in the same direction as the insertion direction line and in the direction perpendicular to the insertion direction line can be eliminated.
[0031]
Preferably, the female mold is molded integrally with the guide rail member, and the male mold is molded integrally with the chute member with resin.
According to this configuration, since both the female mold and the male mold are integrally molded, they can be manufactured by one molding and can be made inexpensively.
