Description
(i)スラリーを、前記スラリー体の上部から第一のガス気泡低減域を通過させ、前記気泡の少なくとも一部を分離・除去し、ガス気泡が低減されたスラリーを形成する工程;
(ii)前記ガス気泡が低減されたスラリーを再生域に送る工程;
(iii)再生ガスを前記再生域に送り、そこでそれを、前記スラリー中の前記触媒粒子に接触させて、それらと反応させ、それらの少なくとも一部を再生させて、ガス気泡を含む再生されたスラリーを形成する工程;
(iv)前記再生されたスラリーを、第二のガス気泡低減域を通過させて、ガス気泡を低減させ、ガス気泡が低減され、且つ再生されたスラリーを形成する工程;および
(v)前記ガス気泡が低減され、且つ再生されたスラリーを、降下管スラリー移動域に送り、そこで、前記ガス気泡が低減され、且つ再生されたスラリーを、下向きに前記スラリー体下部に送る工程
を含み、
前記ガス気泡低減域、再生域および降下管スラリー移動域の少なくとも一部は、前記スラリー体内に配置される
ことを特徴とする触媒粒子を再生する方法を含む。特定のスラリーフィッシャー−トロプシュ炭化水素合成プロセスの場合、再生ガスは水素、または水素含有ガスである。
前記H2およびCOは、前記合成ガスから炭化水素を形成するのに有効な反応条件下に反応し、前記炭化水素の少なくとも一部は、反応条件で液体であって前記スラリー液体を形成し、前記失活種は、前記触媒を可逆的に失活させることを特徴とする工程;
を含む。
Claims (6)
- 頂部と底部を有し、かつスラリー液体中に触媒粒子およびガス気泡を含む三相スラリー体を含有するスラリー炭化水素合成反応器であって、
前記反応器は、その内部に前記触媒粒子を再生するための再生手段を含み、
前記再生手段は、
(a)少なくとも一部が前記スラリー体に浸漬され、かつ再生域をその内部に有し、また前記再生域に再生ガスを上向きに注入する手段を有する中空の再生槽;
(b)第一のスラリーガス気泡低減域を含み、かつスラリーをスラリー体の頂部から前記再生域に導入するためのスラリー入口;
(c)第二のスラリーガス気泡低減域を含み、かつ前記再生域と流体連通しているスラリー出口;および
(d)前記スラリー体の底部に伸び、かつ前記スラリー出口と流体連通しているスラリー降下管;
を含み、
さらに、前記再生域、スラリー入口と出口、および降下管は、前記反応器内の前記スラリー体に全浸漬される、
ことを特徴とするスラリー炭化水素合成反応器。 - 前記再生槽は、円筒形の中央部によって結合された円錐形の上部および下部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成反応器。
- 前記スラリー出口は、上部壁および下部壁を含み、かつ前記上部壁および下部壁は、それらが前記再生槽から前記降下管まで外側に放射状に伸びるのに伴い、それぞれ上向き、下向きに傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成反応器。
- 頂部と底部を有し、かつ失活触媒粒子およびガス気泡をスラリー液体中に含む三相スラリー体において、可逆的に失活した触媒を再生する手段であって、
(a)少なくとも一部が前記スラリー体に浸漬され、かつ再生域をその内部に有し、また前記再生域に再生ガスを上向きに注入する手段を有する中空の再生槽;
(b)第一のスラリーガス気泡低減域を含み、かつスラリーをスラリー体の頂部から前記再生域に導入するためのスラリー入口;
(c)第二のスラリーガス気泡低減域を含み、かつ前記再生域と流体連通しているスラリー出口;および
(d)前記スラリー体の底部に伸び、かつ前記スラリー出口と流体連通している、スラリーを前記スラリー出口から前記スラリー体の底部に送るためのスラリー降下管;
を含むことを特徴とする触媒を再生する手段。 - 前記再生槽は、円筒形の中央部によって結合された円錐形の上部および下部を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の触媒を再生する手段。
- 前記スラリー出口は、上部壁および下部壁を含み、かつ前記上部壁および下部壁は、それらが前記再生槽から前記降下管まで外側に放射状に伸びるのに伴い、それぞれ上向き、下向きに傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の触媒を再生する手段。
