本発明はレンタルショップなどで、コンパクトディスク(ＣＤ)、ＤＶＤ、ＭＤ、ビデオテープ、ＩＣチップ等を貸出す際のケースに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
レンタルショップでは数多くのコンパクトディスク(ＣＤ)が棚に並べられて貸出すことが出来る。そして、これらＣＤの盗難を防止する為に、ケースの表面には防犯用のタグシールが貼着され、そのままカバンに入れて持ち出そうとすれば、店の出入り口に設置してある防犯装置がタグシールを感知して警報音を発するようになっている。

図４はＣＤの貸出しケース(イ)であって、このケース内にＣＤが収容されている。そして、この貸出しケース(イ)は図５のような陳列用ケース(ロ)に入れて棚に配列して貸出すことが出来る。客はこの陳列用ケース(ロ)からＣＤを収容している貸出しケース(イ)を抜き取って借りることが出来るが、従来の貸出しケース(イ)はＣＤを収容しているだけであって、歌詞カードが添付されていない。

従って、ＣＤを借りても歌詞カードが付いていないことで不都合を感じる場合が多いが、多くの人が借りる貸出しケース内にＣＤと共に歌詞カードを入れて貸出すことが出来ないことも事実である。図４に示している貸出しケース(イ)は販売当時のケースをそのまま使用している場合であるが、貸出し専用のケースを使用することも出来るが、このような貸出し専用のＣＤケースであっても、ＣＤに記録されている歌の歌詞カードを添付していない。又ゲームソフトであれば操作説明書が備わっていない。一方、ＤＶＤの場合であれば、題目を表示しているチャプターシートを添付することが出来ない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、従来のＣＤ、ＤＶＤ等の貸出しケースには上記のごとき問題がある。本発明が解決しようとする課題はこの問題点であり、歌詞カードやチャプターシート等がいたまない様に添付することが出来る貸出しケースを提供する。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
本発明の貸出しケースはＣＤ、ＤＶＤ等を入れる収容部の他に補助収容部を有している。貸出しケースは本体と蓋から成り、継手を介して蓋は開閉することが出来る二つ折り構造とし、ＣＤやＤＶＤ等は本体に形成している収容部に入れて蓋がされる。ところで、本発明では本体の底裏側に補助収容部を形成し、この補助収容部には補助蓋を備えている。勿論、補助収容部は本体ではなく、蓋に設けることも出来る。以下、本発明に係る実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

【実施例】
図１は本発明に係るＣＤの貸出しケースを示している実施例である。同図において、１は本体、２は蓋、３は補助蓋を表し、本体１にはコンパクトディスク(ＣＤ)４を収容する為の収容部５を有している。この貸出しケースは前記図４に示している貸出しケースとは異なり、貸出し専用のケースとして製作されたものである。

この貸出しケースはロック機構を備えていて、盗難を防止することが出来る。同図に示している貸出しケースは概略図であって、このロック機構を具体的に示していないが、本体１に蓋２をして閉じた状態でロックプレートを挿入する。従って、該ロックプレートを抜き取らない限り蓋２を開くことが出来ない構造となっていて、このロックプレートにはタグシールが貼着されている。

ロックプレートはＣＤを貸出す際に、店員が特別な治具を用いて抜き取ることが出来るが、該ロックプレートを抜き取らないで店を出るならばロックプレートに貼着されているタグシールに反応して防犯装置が盗難を知らせるようになっている。勿論、本発明の貸出しケースはこのようなロック機構の有無を問うものではない。

ところで、この貸出しケースの本体１はＣＤが収容されるように、所定の大きさの収容部５を有し、該収容部５の底には嵌合部６を突出している。この嵌合部６はＣＤの中心に設けられている穴７に嵌ってＣＤ４は収容され、収容部５において位置ズレしたりガタ付くことはない。そして本体１の底にはその裏側を利用して別の補助収容部が形成され、この補助収容部には補助蓋３が取付けられている。

補助蓋３にはロック機構を設けておらず、蓋３の先にはロック片８を形成し、補助蓋３が閉じるならば、独りでに開かないように該ロック片８は係止するが、簡単に開くことが出来るロックとなっている。この補助収容部にはＣＤ４の歌詞カード１２を入れたり、広告シートを入れることが出来、必要に応じてこの補助収容部を利用出来る。ＤＶＤの貸出しケースであれば、題目を表示しているチャプターシートが収容される。

図２は本発明の貸出しケースを開いた状態であり、より具体的な構造を示している。本体１の底には上記嵌合部６が設けられ、この嵌合部６をＣＤの穴７に嵌めて収容し、蓋２を本体１に重ねあわせ、本体１のリブ９の底に貫通して形成した細長い溝にロックプレートを挿入し、そしてロックプレートに設けているツメを蓋側に設けている係止片１０ａ，１０ｂに係止することで蓋２は開かなくなり、ロックプレートも外れない。

すなわち、ロックプレートを介して本体１と蓋を連結する構造としている。ロックプレートを引く抜く場合には、ツメを係止片から解除しなくてはならず、この解除に際して特別な治具を用いる。貸出しケースのロック機構は色々ある為に本発明では特に限定せず、又ロック機構を備えない貸出しケースであってもよい。

図３は貸出しケースの裏面図、及び断面図を示しているが、補助収容部１１が本体１の底裏側に設けられ、補助蓋３が開閉自在に取り付けられている。この補助蓋３は貸出しケースの蓋２が閉じられていても自由に開くことは出来る。そして、広告用チラシなどをこの補助収容部に入れることが出来る。以上述べたように、本発明の貸出しケースは本体又は蓋に補助収容部を設け、この補助収容部には補助蓋を開閉自在に取付けたものであり、次のような効果を得ることが出来る。

【発明の効果】
本発明はＣＤ、ＤＶＤ、ＭＤ、ビデオテープ等を収容した貸出しケースは、収容部の他に補助収容部を有している。従ってこの補助収容部を利用してＣＤの歌詞カード、ＤＶＤのチャプターシート等を添付することが出来、ＣＤやＤＶＤを借りた客は手軽にこの歌詞カードやチャプターシートを使用することが出来る。

又、補助収容部の利用の仕方は任意であるが、歌詞カード以外にこの補助収容部に広告チラシなどを入れることも出来る為に、広告手段としての利用価値も高い。そして、該補助収容部は本体の収容部とは別に設けていることで、補助収容部の補助蓋を何時でも自由に開閉することが出来、この際、収容部に入っているＣＤ、ＤＶＤ等をキズ付けることもない。
