Abstract
【解決手段】 イネ、コムギ等の自殖性植物の集団において、トランスジェニックやジーンターゲティング等の遺伝子操作手法を用いて作出される1)優性の雄性不稔性、2)薬剤耐性、3)誘導性プロモーターを活性化させることにより枯死する性質、以上3つの性質を相引強連鎖の関係で持つ個体を作出し、その後代を上記2)の性質を用いて雄性不稔個体、上記3)の性質を用いて雄性不稔でない個体を効率的に選抜、両者を開花期に適切に配置し雄性不稔個体から採種することで、除雄等の煩雑な作業なしに効率的に他殖を繰り返させ、結果として効率的なゲノムシャッフリング法および当方法に基づく循環選抜育種システム。

Claims (2)
- トランスジェニックやジーンターゲティング等の遺伝子操作手法を用いて、1)優性の雄性不稔性、2)薬剤耐性、3)誘導性プロモーターを活性化させることにより枯死する性質、以上3つの性質を相引強連鎖の関係で持つ個体を作出し、その後代を上記2)の性質を用いて雄性不稔個体、上記3)の性質を用いて雄性不稔でない個体を選抜、両者を開花期に近傍に配置して交雑、雄性不稔個体から採種し、他殖による世代を繰返すことで実現される自殖性植物におけるゲノムシャッフリング法。
- 請求項1によるゲノムシャッフリング法における世代を繰返す過程において、淘汰圧を加えることによって実現される循環選抜育種法。
