Description
実施例1〜6および比較実施例1(C1)を、長さ450mおよび長さ対直径比29300の管型反応器において行った。モル質量調節剤としてプロピオンアルデヒドを用いて、36g/10分の所望のメルトフローインデックスを達成した。水素の合計量を管状反応器の開始位置から添加した。使用される水素の量および水素が計量導入された時間(各場合において、比較実施例C1と実施例Xとの間で時間に相当する)を表1に示す。
T RZ1inは、反応領域1の開始位置におけるガス温度であり、

密度:ISO1183に準拠、
MFI:ISO1133に準拠するメルトフローインデックス(190℃/2.16kg)。
Claims (10)
- エチレンと必要により他のモノマーとを120〜350℃および1000〜4000バールの圧力の条件下で高圧反応器中においてラジカル重合する方法であって、
水素を間欠的に反応器に導入することを特徴とする重合法。 - 重合が、1000:1を超える長さ対直径比を有する管型反応器中で行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水素を間欠的に反応器に導入する際、水素の反応器への導入を10秒〜5時間行い、水素を反応器に導入しない時間を水素導入時間の1〜50倍の時間行う請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 水素濃度が、反応器中のエチレンの量に対して、0.1〜5000ppmの範囲である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 過酸化物を用いることにより重合が開始される請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- エチレン及び必要により他のモノマーを、管型反応器に沿って複数の箇所から反応器に給送する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 反応器中の圧力が1800〜3500バールの範囲である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 重合温度が310℃以下である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 高圧反応器がニッケル含有スチールから作製される請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 高圧反応器の内壁をニッケル又はニッケル含有材料で被覆する請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
