Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wiring duct device for a table that can be arranged on a table and easily take out wiring.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a wiring duct device for desks, various structures have been proposed and put into practical use. Most of them are a lid that can be opened and closed from the top surface of the top plate, with wiring and outlets housed in a duct-like or groove-like duct body placed under the top plate or in parallel with the back of the curtain plate. Since the body is attached to the duct body, for example, when the desk wiring duct is applied as it is to furniture such as a conference table where a user sits around the top plate, the wiring duct There are people who are close to the lid and those who are away from it, which is problematic in terms of usability.
[0003]
Recently, due to the remarkable progress of personal computers, network interfaces and LAN devices are arranged on furniture around which the user is seated, such as conference tables and meeting tables. However, there is no table having a wiring duct device for a table that can reasonably perform wiring to the above-mentioned device in that case. If a wiring duct device is developed, it will be extremely useful.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the circumstances as described above, if the present invention is arranged on a table top, wiring of various OA equipments used on the table and replacement of wirings can be easily performed even if there are many OA equipments used. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wiring duct device for a table that can be carried out easily and that is less likely to cause the wiring to be tangled in the duct.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Configuration tables duct system of the present invention made for the purpose of solving the above problems, providing a circular shape in plan view or polygonal holes in the top plate of the table as a mounting hole, and the inner circumference of the hole with those said mounting by was charged set polygons lid having a flat circular or profile which can be rotated in its mounting within the bore of an outer diameter which is rotatable in the mounting hole with the wiring can be inserted a gap is formed between, start-up from the floor Wiring or wiring connecting member, or wiring or wiring connecting member on the top plate is led out from the space formed between the outer periphery of the lid and the inner periphery of the mounting hole to the upper surface side or the lower surface side. It is characterized by doing so. In the present invention, in the configuration described above, a wiring container having a container shape may be appropriately provided on the lower surface side of the mounting hole in order to accommodate a wiring connecting member such as a wiring or an outlet.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal front view showing an example of a main part in a state in which the wiring duct device for a table of the present invention is attached to a table, FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the main part of another example, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a longitudinal front view of a main part of another example of the duct device of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the state where the lid is lifted, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the state of FIG. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of an example of a table equipped with the wiring duct device of the present invention.
[0007]
In FIG. 1, T is the top plate of the table for mounting the wiring duct device of the present invention, T1 is transparently attached to the top plate T, here is a flat circular mounting hole, 1 is the outer diameter of the upper flange-shaped peripheral edge 1a. A mounting base formed by an annular edge member that is larger than that of the mounting hole T1, and an annular inner surface is formed on an inclined surface 1b inclined inward, and a lower outer peripheral surface has an outlet, wiring, etc. Here, as an example of the wiring housing body for housing the cable, a locking groove 1c for locking and coupling the wiring duct main body 2 with a bottomed cylindrical body is provided.
[0008]
The wiring duct body 2 has an engaging flange 2a engaged with the locking groove 1c at the upper end, a bearing 2c supported by a support 2b radially arranged inside, and a plurality of lower peripheral walls. An entrance / exit 2d is provided. 2e is the bottom of the duct body 2.
[0009]
In the above, the mounting base 1 formed by the annular edge member is formed separately from the duct main body 2. However, in the present invention, a bottomed cylinder that forms the duct main body 2 as illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 4. An upper opening portion of the body and the base body 1 may be previously formed integrally. In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the wiring duct body 2 is formed in a two-piece type that is divided into two at the middle portion, and a notch for wiring in / out is formed in the upper half 21 of the duct coupled to the mounting base 1. As an example, the duct lower half 22 provided with 2d 'on the outer periphery includes an engagement notch groove 21a provided on the outer periphery of the upper half 21 and a protrusion on the outer periphery of the lower half 22 held in engagement with the groove 21a. By 22a, it can be set as a structure which can be united and separated. 4, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 3 denote the same members and the same parts.
[0010]
When the wiring duct main body 2 has a two-piece separation structure illustrated in FIG. 4, with the lower half 22 separated from the upper half, the wiring Vs (or Sc) drawn from the floor or the like will be described later. By accommodating the wiring connector such as the connector 4 in the lower half 22 and then uniting with the upper half 21, the wiring work for the duct body 2 can be accommodated easily.
[0011]
On the other hand, each wiring duct body 2 described above may be formed of, for example, a mesh material, a punching metal material, a wire material, or the like. When formed with such a mesh material or the like, the accommodation state in the duct main body 2 can be seen through from the outside, which is convenient for the subsequent handling of wiring and outlets. Further, it is arbitrary whether the entrance / exit 2d of the duct body 2 is provided on the peripheral wall as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 or the bottom 2e as shown in FIG. 2, and both forms may be used in combination. . Furthermore, the outer shape of each duct body 2 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be an arbitrary planar shape such as a polygon.
[0012]
Reference numeral 3 denotes a lid body having a shaft 3a below the center on the back surface side, and the shaft 3a is detachably supported by the bearing 2c. The lid body 3 has a reverse inclined surface 3b on its outer periphery and the above-described attachment. An outer diameter and an outer shape are formed between the inclined surface 1b of the base body 1 so as to form a gap G through which a cable or the like can be inserted, and the height of the shaft 3a depends on the position of the bearing 2c. Are arranged so as to be substantially aligned with the surface of the top board T. Reference numeral 3c denotes a relatively large cutout formed on the outer periphery of the lid body 3, from which an operator can put his hand in and out of the wiring duct body 2 and put in and out an outlet and the like. Here, the bearing 2c of the shaft 3a of the lid 3 is disposed in the middle of the duct main body 2 so as not to interfere with the housing of the wiring and the outlet in the above example, but the bearing 2c is illustrated in FIG. As such, it may be provided on the bottom 2e of the duct body 2.
[0013]
In the present invention, the lid 3 is detachable from the hole T1 in principle. However, as illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6, the support structure for the lid 3 is devised so that the ceiling to the wiring duct main body 2 can be used. In some cases, the entrance and exit of wiring and the like from the plate T side may be facilitated. That is, the lid 3 is made into a double structure of the core 3a and the outer cylinder 31b, and the spring 31c and the double action catch 31d are inserted into the outer cylinder 31b, so that the lid body is normally opened. 3 is pushed once from above, the catch 31d is released, and the cover 3 is lifted by the pushing force of the spring 31c. When the lifted cover 3 is pushed down against the spring 31, the above-mentioned end is reached at the lower end. The catch 31d is activated to hold the lid 3 in that position. If formed in this way, it becomes easy to access the inside of the duct body 2 from the top plate side.
[0014]
In the above example, a bottomed cylindrical container is used for the duct main body 2 serving as a wiring container. However, the wiring duct main body 2 of the present invention used as the wiring container may have a wiring shape such as a box shape, a bowl shape, a shelf shape, or the like. It is sufficient that it can accommodate or hold a wiring connecting member such as a socket or an outlet. Therefore, it is arbitrary which type is used.
[0015]
Moreover, in this invention apparatus, it can also be used without providing the wiring duct main body 2. FIG. In other words, the wiring raised from the floor or the wiring on the OA equipment side on the top plate is inserted from the outer periphery of the lid 3 and the space formed between the notch 3c and the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole base 1. It is because it can be made. In this case, it is desirable to provide a protective cover 5 described later.
[0016]
4 is an outlet having a cord 4a accommodated in the duct body 2 through the entrance / exit 2c of the wiring duct body 2. Although not shown in FIG. 1, there are other connection members such as a power outlet and a communication outlet. A power plug Pv and a communication plug Ps on the device side that are accommodated and inserted into the box 2 through the gap G from the top plate T side are connected to the corresponding outlet 4. In some cases, the outlet 4 or the like is pulled out from the inside of the wiring box 2 through the notch 31 of the lid 3 and onto the top plate T to be connected to a required device. 2 to 4, Vc and Sc are power supply and signal wirings led out from the gap G and the notch 3c onto the top plate T.
[0017]
On the other hand, the cord 4a such as the power cord or communication cord that is raised from the floor toward the wiring duct body 2 may be suspended from the entrance 2c of the duct body 2 as described above, but is protected from damage. From the viewpoint of aesthetics, a protective cover 5 such as a spiral wire rod or bellows tube may be provided below the bottom 2d of the wiring duct body 2, and the cords 4a may be inserted and held.
[0018]
The table duct apparatus according to the present invention is configured as described above. The method of using the apparatus illustrated in FIG. 1 will be described as follows.
First, the mounting base 1 is mounted in the hole T1 of the top plate T from above, and the engaging flange 2a of the wiring duct main body 2 is fitted into the locking groove 1c on the lower surface side of the top plate T, thereby the duct main body. 2 is installed. In this state, the lid 3 is attached to the base body 1 attached to the hole T1 by supporting the lid 3 from the upper surface side of the top plate T with the shaft 3a supported by the bearing 2c in the wiring duct body 2.
[0019]
Next, the outlet 4 is accommodated in the duct body 2 through the outlet 2c of the wiring box 2, and the lid 3 is rotated to take out the outlet 4 from the notch 3b onto the top plate T, and the required device side cord The plug 4 (not shown) is connected to the outlet 4, and the outlet 4 is accommodated in the wiring duct body 2 from the notch 3b in the connected state.
[0020]
At this time, when the protective cover 5 is provided, the cord 4a rising from the floor is introduced into the cord 4a. When there are a plurality of outlets 4, the outlets 4 are accommodated in the duct body 2 in the same manner as described above from the other outlets 2 c provided in the wiring duct body 2. When all the necessary outlets 4 have been accommodated in the duct body 2 in this manner, the cords 4a are passed through the protective cover 5.
[0021]
In the above, the wirings Vc and Sc on the device side after wiring are all slit-like gaps G except for the notches 3b between the inclined surface b of the mounting base 1 and the reverse inclined surface 3b of the outer periphery of the lid 3. Since the cover 3 is formed on the periphery, the lid 3 can be smoothly rotated even in this state. Therefore, there is no possibility that the wires Vc and Sc passing through the gap G are entangled by the rotation of the lid 3. In each of the above examples, the hole T1 and the lid 3 are formed in a planar circular shape, but any one or both may be arbitrarily formed into a desired polygon such as a hexagon. is there. In this case, it is only necessary that the lid 3 is rotatable in the hole T1. Further, in the wiring duct body 2, the planar shape of the opening leading to the mounting hole T1 may be either a circle or a polygon.

The present invention has been as described above, provided the circular shape in plan view or polygonal holes in the top plate of the table as mounting holes, with the wiring can be inserted through a gap between the inner periphery of this attachment holes are formed by thereof polygonal lid having a flat circular or profile which can be rotated in its mounting hole in the outer diameter can be rotated mounting hole and instrumentation set, start-up wiring or wiring connecting member from the floor or the top plate The upper wiring or the wiring connection member is led out from the space formed between the outer periphery of the lid and the inner periphery of the mounting hole to the upper surface or the lower surface of the top plate, or the lower surface of the mounting hole The lid body is provided with a wiring container for accommodating wiring and a wiring connecting member to form a wiring duct, and various wirings raised from the floor are passed through the wiring duct from the entrance and exit of the member. And the mounting hole is led out on the top plate. Therefore, a table such as a conference table that did not have a wiring processing function can be provided with a wiring processing function. Therefore, there is no need for wiring such as a plurality of outlets, cables, and cords necessary for OA equipment used on the table. The long portion can be easily stored and taken in and out. Moreover, even if there are a large number of wires, they all fit within the wiring duct body from the entire periphery of the lid, so there is no possibility that the wires will get tangled.
[0023]
In particular, in the present invention, since the mounting hole or the inner peripheral edge of the annular edge member is formed as an upward inclined surface, the cords drawn out from the wiring duct onto the top plate are bent at sharp corners. It is not damaged and is hard to be damaged. In addition, a lid having a notch is provided in the mounting hole so as to be rotatable and detachable. Between the outer periphery of the lid and the inner periphery of the mounting hole, a clearance and a large clearance permitting the insertion holes of the cords over the entire periphery. Since the notch is formed, the outlet and the like can be freely inserted and removed between the top and bottom surfaces from any direction. Of course, even if the lid is rotated, it is inserted and led out through the gap. Since wiring such as cords does not interfere with the rotation and does not get entangled by this rotation, setting the device of the present invention at the center of the wide top plate makes it possible to achieve the same conditions from anywhere on the outer periphery of the top plate. Thus, it becomes possible to easily take in and out the wiring and connecting equipment. Therefore, the present invention is extremely suitable as a wiring duct device for a table.
