Description

The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcement structure that is applied mainly to protect existing buildings from earthquake shaking.

Various measures have been taken to increase the earthquake resistance of buildings.
For example, in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 1, connecting members 6 and 10 (brace-like members) provided with a tension adjusting mechanism 4 (turn buckle) are disposed between the base 2 and the second floor beam 3 diagonally. Thus, a technique for improving earthquake resistance is disclosed. The technique of Patent Document 1 is a reinforcement work to be performed on a building that is currently under construction, and the bracing members made up of these turnbuckles and brace-like members are housed inside the wall with the completion of the building, and therefore do not interfere.
However, in recent years, in order to improve the strength of existing buildings against earthquakes, there is an increasing demand for additional construction of such an earthquake-resistant structure on existing buildings.
In that case, for example, an existing building where there is room in a space, such as a warehouse or a factory, and only the function is important, it is also possible to dispose a bracing member near the inner wall surface of the building. However, it is not preferable to dispose the bracing member on the inner side (that is, the residential side) in a general house from the viewpoint of aesthetics or space limitations. In that case, if a construction is made in which a bracing member is built in the wall as in Patent Document 1, the construction cost will be extremely high.
JP-A-9-111875

For this reason, there is an idea that the bracing member is disposed outside the existing building. Conventionally, however, there are some problems with arranging the bracing members outside the existing building. For example, simply installing strut members between the foundation and beams of an existing building, that is, the upper and lower building frames, is not sufficient for seismic reinforcement for the foundation of a building when an earthquake actually occurs. In that case, it is also conceivable to fix the building firmly to the foundation by embedding an anchor fitting in the foundation and disposing a bracing member between the anchor fitting and the beam.
However, it is not preferable to embed the anchor fitting directly in the foundation. This is because the strength of the basic concrete is lowered by the drilling process performed to embed the anchor metal fitting, and there is a problem that water penetrates from the drilled part and cracks further spread.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 8, the outer surface 51a of the foundation concrete 51 is located inside the outer wall 52 of a building. Further, the foundation concrete 51 is arranged at an inner position than the foundation 53 so that rainwater that has fallen on the foundation concrete does not travel below the foundation 53. Therefore, there is a considerable distance from the outer surface 51a of the foundation concrete 51 to the outer wall 52 of the building. That is, as shown by the phantom lines in FIG. 8, when the anchor metal 54 is directly embedded in the outer surface of the foundation concrete, the anchor metal 54 is considerably longer to extend outward than the outer wall of the building and cantilevered on the outer surface of the concrete. It will be buried in the shape. As a result, the anchor fitting may be bent or dropped due to a load applied to the anchor fitting during an earthquake, resulting in insufficient seismic reinforcement.
The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems existing in the prior art. The purpose of this is to make it possible to reinforce the existing building against the foundation during the seismic reinforcement of the existing building, and to that end, seismic resistance of the existing building without degrading the foundation. It is to provide a reinforcing structure.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the auxiliary foundation is constructed outside the foundation of the existing building, and the anchor member embedded in the auxiliary foundation is arranged on the upper side of the building. The gist of the invention is that the frame member is obliquely stretched by the bracing member.
In such a configuration, an additional foundation is newly added outside the existing building. And between the anchor member embed | buried under an attached foundation and the frame members (for example, a beam, a girder, a pillar, etc.) arrange | positioned at the upper part side of a building, it will stretch | tension diagonally with a brace member. As a result, the existing building is firmly fixed to the foundation by the brace member, and the seismic reinforcement by the brace member is realized. In addition, since the attached foundation is newly constructed outside the existing building and the anchor member is embedded in the attached foundation, the original foundation is not damaged and no strength deterioration is caused. Further, by newly extending the attached foundation, the anchor member can be arranged at a position offset from the existing building, and a margin is generated in the position where the bracing member is stretched.

Further, in the invention of claim 2, in addition to the structure of the invention of claim 1, the attached foundation newly arranges a reinforcing bar connected to the foundation outside the foundation of the existing building, The gist is that it is constructed by placing concrete with a reinforcing bar as the core.
As a result, the existing foundation and the attached foundation are firmly integrated by the reinforcing bars, which strengthens the foundation itself and improves the strength of the attached foundation.
Further, in the invention of claim 3, in addition to the structure of the invention of claim 1 or 2, the attached foundation is constructed so as to surround at least two directions of the outside of the existing foundation at a corner portion of the building, The gist of the bracing member is that it is stretched along the wall surface arranged in the different direction of the building from the corner portion.
In the invention of claim 3, when the bracing member is subjected to a load due to the shaking due to the earthquake, a shearing force is generated between the attached foundation and the existing foundation by being pulled by the bracing member. However, since the attached foundation formed in the corner portion is constructed in a bowl shape so as to surround the two outer sides of the existing foundation, the shearing force is reduced by the bowl portion. Furthermore, since the attached foundation is constructed in the shape of a bowl, it receives an action of being pulled by the bracing member and pressed against the existing foundation when a load due to shaking due to an earthquake is applied. In other words, when an earthquake occurs, the attached foundation formed in the corner portion has a higher degree of adhesion with the existing foundation.

In the invention of each of the above claims, the existing building is firmly fixed to the foundation by the bracing member, and the seismic reinforcement by the bracing member is realized. In addition, when the anchor member and the frame member on the upper side of the building are stretched by the brace members, the anchor member is not damaged and the anchor member is offset from the existing building. It can be arranged at a position where construction is easy to perform.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment in which an earthquake-proof reinforcement structure for an existing building of the present invention is embodied will be described based on the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the existing building H is installed on the fabric foundation 1. In the present embodiment, the existing building H is a two-story house built by a conventional construction method. The fabric foundation 1 is made of reinforced concrete. The lower half of the fabric foundation 1 is embedded in the ground (G is the ground surface). As shown in FIG. 3, the outer wall W of the building H is disposed slightly outside the outline of the fabric foundation 1.
In the present embodiment, each of the corners of the building H and a plurality of attached foundations 2 projecting outward at intermediate positions between the two corners are constructed. An anchor fitting 3 is embedded on the upper surface of each attached foundation 2. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the attached foundation 2 disposed at the corner portion C <b> 1 is formed so as to surround the two outer directions of the corner portion C <b> 1 of the fabric foundation 1. . The detailed structure of the attached foundation 2 will be described later.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 5, and 6, the end of the beam 5 projects outward from the outer wall W at the back surface position of the first floor roof of the existing building H. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a connecting fitting 6 having a U-shaped cross section is attached to the end portion 5 a of each beam 5 so as to cover the end face. A semicircular locking ring 8 is fixed to the front plate 7 of the connecting metal fitting 6. Two through holes 10 are formed side by side in the side plate 9 formed integrally on both sides of the front plate 7. As shown in FIG. 6, the beam 5 is provided with two upper and lower tunnel holes 11 traversing in the horizontal direction. In the state in which the coupling metal 6 is disposed at the end portion 5 a of the beam 5, bolts 16 are inserted into both holes 10 and 11 and are fastened and fixed by nuts 17.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and 5, a bracing member 15 including a turn buckle 13 and a wire 14 is obliquely stretched between the anchor fitting 3 and the connecting fitting 6.

Next, the structure of the attached foundation 2 will be described. The attached foundation 2 is made of reinforced concrete with reinforcing bars as shown in FIG. 7 (c).
The attached foundation 2 is constructed as follows. As shown in FIG. 7A, the outer peripheral surface 1a of the cloth foundation 1 embedded in the ground is exposed by excavating the outer peripheral position of the cloth foundation 1 on which the attached foundation 2 is installed, and concrete is cast. A placement hole 21 is provided. A drill hole 22 is drilled in the outer surface 1a of the fabric foundation 1 with a vibration drill or the like (not shown), and a base band 23 made of crushed stone or discarded concrete is laid at the bottom of the placement hole 21.
Next, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), a reinforcing bar frame 24 combined with reinforcing bars is installed on the base band 23. At this time, a reinforcing bar corresponding to the drill hole 22 is inserted. At the same time, the base of the anchor fitting 3 is connected to the reinforcing bar frame 24. And the attached foundation 2 shown in FIG.7 (c) is completed by casting the adjusted concrete to the placement hole 21, and curing and refilling the circumference | surroundings.

Next, the effect | action of the earthquake-proof reinforcement structure of this Embodiment is demonstrated.
First, the hook of the turnbuckle 13 on one end side of the bracing member 15 is engaged with the locking ring 8 of the connection fitting 6 attached to the predetermined beam 5. Then, the hook of the turnbuckle 13 on the other end side of the bracing member 15 to be hung is engaged with a predetermined anchor fitting 3. At this stage, the bracing member 15 is only gently suspended obliquely, and no tensile force is applied between the locking ring 8 and the anchor fitting 3. Then, the bracing member 15 is stretched by adjusting the turnbuckle 13 to shorten the entire length. Thereby, reinforcement by the bracing member 15 is possible along the outer wall W of the existing building H. In the present embodiment, such a stretching operation of the bracing member 15 is performed on the entire periphery of the existing building H. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a pair of bracing members 15 are arranged in an intersecting manner on the same outer surface so that the tensile force is as uniform as possible with respect to the existing building H.
In addition, at the corner, the attached foundation 2 is constructed like a bowl so as to surround the two outer sides of the existing foundation, so that when seismic force is applied, the cloth foundation 1 is attached between the attached foundation 2. The resulting shear force will be reduced. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, if the bracing members 15 are arranged in two directions, the attached foundation 2 is pulled by the bracing members 15 and pressed against the cloth foundation 1 when an earthquake shakes. It will be affected.

The present invention has the following specific effects by being configured as in the above embodiment.
(1) Since the bracing members 15 for seismic reinforcement are arranged outside the existing building H, there is no influence on the inner side of the house. And since it reinforces between a foundation (attached foundation 2) and the beam 5, the existing building H will be firmly fixed to a foundation and the reinforcement effect is high.
(2) Since the attachment base 2 is newly constructed separately from the existing cloth foundation 1 and the bracing member 15 is supported by using the anchor fitting 3 embedded in the attachment foundation 2, the anchor fitting is provided. It is not necessary to attach 3 to the existing fabric foundation 1, and seismic reinforcement is possible to fix the existing building H to the foundation without damaging the fabric foundation 1 that requires strength.
(3) If the anchor metal fitting 3 is attached to the fabric foundation 1, the anchor metal fitting 3 needs to be cantilevered from the side of the cloth foundation 1, so that the anchor metal fitting 3 bends or falls off due to seismic force. There is a high possibility that However, in the present embodiment, the anchor fitting 3 is in a state of being connected to the reinforcing base 23 to the attached foundation 2 from the beginning, and most of the entire length thereof is buried, so such a problem is unlikely to occur.
(4) Since the existing cloth foundation 1 is integrated with the attached foundation 2 via the reinforcing bar frame 23 to construct a new large foundation, the foundation is strengthened regardless of the presence or absence of an earthquake.
(5) Since the attached foundation 2 is newly constructed outside the existing cloth foundation 1, the attached foundation 2 is installed outside the outer wall W of the existing building H. Therefore, the anchor fitting 3 can be embedded at a position slightly away from the outer wall W. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, even if there is an overhanging portion (an overhanging window in FIG. 4) on the outer wall W of the existing building H, The bracing member 15 can be stretched while avoiding it. That is, since the anchor fitting 3 can be offset from the outer wall W, a margin is created in the position where the bracing member 15 is stretched.
(6) At the corner portion of the existing building H, the attached foundation 2 is constructed in a bowl shape so as to surround the two outer directions of the existing foundation, so the shearing force generated between the fabric foundation 1 and the attached foundation 2 Will be reduced. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, if the bracing members 15 are arranged in two directions, the attached foundation 2 is pulled by the bracing members 15 and pressed against the cloth foundation 1 when an earthquake shakes. It will be affected. That is, integration of the fabric foundation 1 and the attached foundation 2 is firmly achieved particularly in the corner portion.

It should be noted that the present invention can be modified and embodied as follows.
In the above embodiment, the base band 23 made of split stone or discarded concrete is laid in the placement hole 21, but this may be simplified or omitted.
In the above embodiment, since the concrete is inserted by partially inserting the reinforcing bar frame 24 into the drill hole 22 on the cloth foundation 1 side, the cloth foundation 1 and the attached foundation 2 are very firmly connected via the reinforcing bar frame 24. Combined and integrated. However, a part of the reinforcing bar frame 24 may not be inserted into the cloth foundation 1 side, and the reinforcing bar frame 24 may be arranged simply to improve the rigidity of the attached foundation 2.
-Although the bracing member 15 of the said embodiment was comprised by the turnbuckle 13 and the wire 14, it is possible to use traction members, such as a brace and a elongate pipe material, instead of the wire 14. FIG. Further, an adjustable mechanism other than the turnbuckle 13 may be provided.
The shape of the connecting metal fitting 6 and the shape of the anchor metal fitting 3 are merely examples, and can be implemented in other shapes. It is free to carry out by changing the formation position and shape of the attached foundation 2.
