Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a foldable support for use in laying a heavy object such as a required bridge girder or a large truss in bridge construction, various construction work, or civil engineering work.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of foldable support, the support previously proposed by the present inventor, i.e., a pair of struts on both sides connected by a brace or horizontal connecting material, etc., is formed into a square shape. Further, at least a pair of supporting frame members on both sides are arranged at a predetermined interval, and a required number of supporting frame members having the same shape are sequentially connected to the supporting frame members on both sides so as to be foldable via hinge members. The support frame members adjacent to each other on both sides are connected to each other in a folding direction via a required length regulating member, and the brace can be retrofitted. It is known that a required supporting member such as a staircase or a cloth with a floor is assembled between the frame members so as to be rotatable in a folding direction via a horizontal connecting material (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-221920). (See Patent Document 1).
In the conventional support constructed as described above, the uppermost support frame members are lifted by a crane or the like, and the support frame members on both sides are sequentially regulated by the distance regulation member via the hinge members. In addition to standing up, the support members such as the staircase and the cloth with the floor are turned up in conjunction with this, and then the both sides of the adjacent support frame members are connected to each other in a crossing manner by a brace.
Conversely, when folding, the uppermost support frame members are suspended by a crane, etc., and the rear support brace members are sequentially removed from the lowermost support frame members while being folded sequentially via hinge members. In conjunction with this, the support members such as the staircase and the cloth with the floor are rotated while being folded between the two support frame members, and the whole is folded compactly.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the conventional support constructed as described above has a gap between the support member such as cloth with a floor and the horizontal connecting material / spacing regulating member at the time of assembly. From the standpoint of ensuring the safety of workers, the skirting board is attached and closed in a go shape. And it is very difficult to assemble the skirting board because it is very difficult to assemble it in the shape of a fence because the staircase and the cloth with the floor assembled between the pair of support frame members on both sides are obstructive. It is supposed to be retrofitted later, and as a result, the work is not only very cumbersome and time-consuming, but also must be removed one by one when folding, and the assembly and folding work efficiency of the support work as a whole It was a thing that lowered.
In addition, the support struts that are attached during the assembly of the support are also foldable, so they must be retrofitted, and the installation work is very cumbersome and time-consuming. In addition, when folding, it must be removed one by one, which reduces the assembly and folding work efficiency of the support as a whole.

When the removal of the brace 27 is completed, the upper support frame member 1b is suspended, and the lower support frame members 1a on both sides are bent through the hinge member 7 while the interval restriction member 8 regulates the interval to a constant interval. Ground on the side. At this time, the skirting board 12, the cloth cloth 9 with the floor, the opening / closing plate 10, and the staircase 17 are folded between the lower support frame members 1 a on both sides while rotating through the horizontal connecting member 5 and the horizontal member 4, respectively. Next, the lock of the main rope support 22 is released and stored in the storage tube 19, and fixed to the storage state via the lock pin 25 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 6, and the upper support frame member 1b. After removing the brace 27, the upper support frame members 1b on both sides are further suspended while being regulated by the spacing regulating member 8, and together with the master rope support 22 that has been housed in the storage tube 19, the staircase 17 and the cloth with the floor 9. Folding is completed on the lower support frame member 1a via the hinge member 7 while folding the opening and closing plate 10, respectively (see FIG. 8).

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, according to the above, the long skirting members are each assembled so as to be rotatable in the folding direction via the attachment members along the adjacent horizontal connecting members constituting the support work. In addition, since the short baseboard members that can be connected to both ends of each long baseboard member are pivotally attached to each other, they can be quickly folded without being disturbed by staircases, floor cloths, etc. In addition to being able to assemble reliably and efficiently, even when folded after use, the short baseboard member is released and folded to the long baseboard member, and the long baseboard member is removed. It can be easily folded between the support frame members by turning it up and down, and as a result, the assembly and folding work efficiency of the support work is improved compared to the conventional example in which the baseboard is retrofitted. Can be significantly improved Than is.
[0014]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a storage tube having a required length is attached to the outermost support frame member constituting the support work, and a master strut is attached to the storage tube via a latch pin. Since the main support column is pulled out from the storage tube to stand up to the required length when assembling the support, it is stored in the storage tube and folded along the support frame member after use. As compared with the conventional example in which the master rope support is retrofitted, the assembling / folding work efficiency of the support work can be remarkably improved.
