本発明はキッチンペーパー、ティッシュペーパー、ビニル袋等、折り重ねられた枚葉シートや袋を収納し、簡便に内容物を取り出せる構造のカートンに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、キッチンペーパー、ティッシュペーパー、ビニル袋等、折り重ねられた枚葉シートや袋を収納し、天板部に周縁部を残した開口部を持ち、ここから前記折り重ねられた内容物を取り出すカートンが知られ、一般家庭の台所等で広く使用されている。これらカートン内に収納されたシート状内容物はＺ字状に折り畳まれ、かつ端部が次のシート端部と重なるように積み重ねられているため、１枚のシートを取り出すと、次のシートが半立ち状態の掴みやすい状態になる便利なものである。

ところで、前記収納カートンの中でも、台所等で使用することから水滴飛びや油跳ねなどから保護する意味もあり、開口部を持つ天板部を覆い隠す上蓋付きのものがあり、このタイプのカートンでは使用する際には前記上蓋を上側に引き起こし天板部を表面に晒してから内容物を取り出していた。しかしながら、前記上蓋は単に天板部後方の横折線部を支軸に開閉可能な構造となっているのみであるため、カートン材質の反力で閉じようとする動きをするため片方の手で上蓋を戻らないように抑えつつ、もう一方の手でシートを引き出さねばならず、煩雑な台所での家事仕事においてはもっと簡便に内容物を取り出すことできる上蓋カートンが要望されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上蓋カートンにおいて、その開口部を覆う上蓋部が開けた状態を維持でき、かつ閉める場合でも簡単に閉じることができ、また閉じた状態では上蓋ロック機能も併せ持ち内容物を保護できる構成である開口維持構造付き上蓋カートンを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明において上記の課題を達成する為に、まず請求項１及び２の発明では、カートンの天板内または天板及び天板と連接する前面板に跨る一部に取り出し用の開口部を設け、収納時には後面外板から連接する上蓋部により前記開口部をロックし保護できる１枚のブランクからなる上蓋カートンにおいて、前記後面外板と前記上蓋部との境目で前記上蓋部の回転支軸となる横折線を有する横折線部に、前記横折線の代わりに、前記後面外板及び前記上蓋部の一部に及んで設けた２本１組の縦方向切込みと、この組同士の２本の縦方向切込みの間を前記横折線より上蓋寄りにずらして設けた横方向折線とによって形成されるヒンジ部を少なくとも１ヶ所以上持つことを特徴とし、更にはそのヒンジ部が２本の縦直線切込みとこの間のずらした水平な折線とからなる略Ｈ字状形状のヒンジ部であることを特徴とする開口維持構造付き上蓋カートンである。

また請求項３の発明では、前記前面板の前記開口部端に外方に折り曲げられて設けてある上蓋部係止片と、前記上蓋部内の上蓋前面板の先端部内側に折り曲げて設けてある上蓋前面板補強板とを有し、前記上蓋部係止片を前記上蓋前面板補強板に引っかけて前記上蓋部を閉じた状態にロックするのに用いられるロック機構を備えたことを特徴とする請求項１又は２記載の開口維持構造付き上蓋カートンである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について図を用いて説明する。
〔実施例１〕
本発明の請求項１及び２に係る上蓋カートンの一例として、上蓋開き自立状態における見取り図を図１（ａ）に、上蓋部の開閉の動作を側面より見た側面断面図を図１（ｂ）に、上蓋部回転支軸となる横折線部のヒンジ部の拡大図を図１（ｃ）に示し、その上蓋カートンを１枚のブランクに展開した展開図を図２に示す。

本発明の請求項１及び２に係る上蓋カートンは図２に示すように、直方体の胴部を構成する後面板（１０），天板（２０）、前面板（３０）、底面板（４０）、後面外板（５０）とその左右側面部を構成する側面板（２４Ｒ、２４Ｌ）、（４４Ｒ、４４Ｌ）、及び上蓋部を構成する上蓋天板（６０）、上蓋前面板（７０）、上蓋側面板（６４Ｒ、６４Ｌ）の部材と組立時に相互の部材を接着させるための幾つかの接着片などを持ち、実線で図示される外形線、及び切込み線で型紙より打ち抜き機にて用意される。またこの打ち抜きの際に天板（２０）と前面板（３０）に跨る中央部には周縁部を残して内容物を取り出す開口部が同時に打ち抜かれ形成される。

上蓋カートンの組立は以下のような手順でなされる。即ち、カートンの胴部は連接する各部材である後面板（１０），天板（２０）、前面板（３０）、底面板（４０）を図２内の１点鎖線で示される横折線で直角に折られ筒状直方体が形成された後、後面外板（５０）の内側と後面板（１０）外側が繋ぎ留めるため帯状に重ねてサック貼りされ、左右が閉じられていない筒状直方体が形成される。

なお、天板（２０）と前面板（３０）の中央部には略４角形状の開口部が設られており、内容物を取り出すことができ、かつ不要に次のシート状内容物まで誤って出てこないよう、その左右両縁が適宜長さ分残されている。当実施例では略４角形状の開口部としているが、多角形状や長円状や楕円状の開口部でも何ら問題はない。また、前面板（３０）の開口部上縁真ん中当たりには、閉じた状態時の上蓋部を簡便に係止するため上蓋部係止片（３２）が上蓋部係止片補助切り込み（３３）を持つ横折線（３３ａ）にて折れ曲がり自由に設けられている。

次に左右側面部のうち片方、例えば右側面部を前面板接着片（３４Ｒ）、後面板接着片（５４Ｒ）上に接着糊付けをし、各々縦折線で直角に折り曲げた後、側面板（４４Ｒ）と接着させた後、更に側面板（４４Ｒ）上に接着糊付けをし、側面板（２４Ｒ）と接着させる。この片側が閉鎖された状態で、予め所定数量分、折重ねられたシート状内容物が側面より充填され、その後、他方の側面部も同様にして折り曲げられ、接着され、カートンの箱本体の組み立ては完成する。

次に上蓋部（１００）の組立を行うに当たっては、後面外板（５０）と上蓋天板（６０）との境目である横折線（５１ａ）に平行で２〜３ｍｍ程上蓋天板（６０）寄りにずらして設けるヒンジ部横折線（５３ｈ）が誤って同一直線上にならないよう、予め筋押し具などを用いて折り目を付けておく。このヒンジ部の横折線（５３ｈ）が上蓋部の回転支軸となる前記横折線（５１ａ）から少しずらして設けることにより、後述する上蓋部の開閉動作時においては、上蓋部を開いた時に上蓋部が戻ろうとする動きに対し歯止めとなりヒンジ部の係止効果を生じる。

上記、折り目付け作業を行った後、上蓋天板（６０）は後面外板（５０）から横折線（５１ａ）を主体として折り曲げられ、次いで上蓋前面板（７０）も直角に折り曲げ、先端の上蓋前面板補強板（７６）はその内側を接着糊付けされ、折り返されて上蓋前面板（７０）に接着される。また、接着糊付けされた上蓋前面接着片（７４Ｒ、７４Ｌ）も直角に折り曲げられた後、上蓋側面板（６４Ｒ、６４Ｌ）の内側に接着され、前面と左右側面を持つ上蓋部（１００）が形成される。なお、この状態では流通時に必要とされる密閉状態でないため、前記上蓋側面板（６４Ｒ、６４Ｌ）の内、上蓋側面板切り離しミシン目（６３）で区切られる略３角形状の側面板補強板（６６Ｒ、６６Ｌ）の裏側に接着糊付けをし上蓋部（１００）を箱本体部に覆い重ねて接着すると共に、前記折り曲げて形成させた上蓋前面板補強板（７６）上にもスポット状に接着糊付けをして上蓋が開かないように仮付けしておく。
この状態、もしくはシュリンク状の樹脂フィルムで全面を包装した状態で消費者の元に流通する。

消費者においては、使用開始に当たり、まず仮止めされてあるカートンの上蓋前面部を持ち上方に引き上げることで、上蓋部（１００）を構成する上蓋側面板（６４Ｒ、６４Ｌ）の内、上蓋側面板切り離しミシン目（６３）を境目としてカートン胴体側面部と接着している側面板補強板（６６Ｒ、６６Ｌ）を切り離して、上蓋部として上方に開き、開口部が露出する。

実施例１の上蓋カートンでは、上蓋部（１００）が上蓋前面板（７０）、左右の上蓋側面板（６４Ｒ、６４Ｌ）、上蓋天板（６０）からなる立体的な上蓋部であり、また後面外板（５０）との連接部で上蓋部の回転支軸となる所には横折線（５１ａ）及び同軸上に２つのヒンジ部（５３）を持つ構成となっている。前記ヒンジ部（５３）は図１（ｃ）に示すようにヒンジ部縦切込み（５３ｖ）と横折線上から数ｍｍ上蓋天板寄りに偏って設けられたヒンジ部横折線（５３ｈ）からなる略Ｈ字状の形状のヒンジであるため、横折線（５１ａ）を回転支軸として動く上蓋部の開閉動作に対し、ヒンジ部下方部分が突っ張り、障害となり止めようとする効果が発生するため、上蓋部が直角から更に約１２０度〜１４０度程後方に開いた状態においては、立体形状の上蓋部の重量的バランスと、前記折線上のヒンジ部の係止的動きにより、上蓋部（１００）は手を離しても開いた状態を維持し、内容物を取り出す際に上蓋部を手で抑えておく必要がない。

なお、本実施例でのヒンジ形状としては３本の直線からなる略Ｈ字状のものについて説明したが、縦方向切込みは円弧状切込みでも＞＜字状切込みでも良く、またこの間を結ぶ横方向折線も円弧状やＶ字状の折線でも良く、その組み合わせが前記した突っ張り効果を生じるヒンジ形状であれば良く、また回転軸である横折線（５１ａ）上に３個以上のヒンジ部を設けても構わない。

従って、開口部より覗いているキッチンペーパー、ティッシュペーパー、ビニル袋等、折り重ねられた枚葉シートや袋などの内容物を片手のみで引き出し、使用に供することができる。また、内容物がＺ字状に折り畳まれて収納されていれば、１枚取り出すと、折り重ねられている次葉の枚葉シートの一部が半立ち状態で開口部に位置するので、続けて使用するのにも便利である。

但し、このままでは上蓋部がロックされないので、ロックするためには前面板（３０）の開口部端に連接して設けられている上蓋部係止片（３２）を上蓋部係止片補助切り込み（３３）を持つ横折線（３３ａ）に従い少し外方に折り曲げておき、上蓋部（１００）内の上蓋前面板（７０）の先端部内側に折り曲げて設けてある上蓋前面板補強板（７６）に引っかけ、ロックさせる。再度、上蓋部（１００）を開ける際にはそのまま上に一定以上の力で引き上げれば引っかかっている上蓋部係止片（３２）は反り戻り、ロックははずれ、簡単な構成でリクローズ性を備えたロック機構が実現できる。

また本発明に係る上蓋カートンの一参考例として、上蓋開き自立状態における見取り図を図３（ａ）に、側面断面図を図３（ｂ）に、上蓋部回転支軸となる横折線部の逆Ｕ字状切込み突起部の拡大図を図３（ｃ）に示し、その上蓋カートンを１枚のブランクに展開した展開図を図４に示す。

本参考例では、上蓋天板（６０）は、上蓋天板ミシン目（６１）にて区切られる長上蓋天板（６２ｂ）、短上蓋天板（６２ａ）より構成されており、また上蓋部の回転支軸となる横折線（５１ａ）上の中央部には図３（ｃ）に示すような突起補助切り込み（５５ａ）を左右両端に持つ逆Ｕ字状切込み突起（５５）の切込みが前記打ち抜き工程時に形成されている。後述するカートン組立により前記逆Ｕ字状切込み突起部と上蓋部下端に形成される該Ｕ字状切込み突起部相当抜き部分は後述する上蓋部（１００）の開閉動作においてはカートンの紙厚により引っかかり開いた上蓋部（１００）が戻ろうとする動きに対し係止的効果を生じる。

カートンの胴部の組立は前述の実施例１とほぼ同様であり、まずカートン胴部となる部材を横折線に従って折り込んでいき、後面外板（５０）と後面板（１０）がその上辺にて一致するように接着される。なお、この際、横折線（５１ａ）中央部に設けられた逆Ｕ字状切込み突起（５５）部には折り目を付けず、折線相当部分から下側部分を接着しておく。また、上蓋前面板（７０）のうち上蓋前面板切り離しミシン目（７３）で区切られる前面板補強板（７２Ｒ、７２Ｌ）部には接着糊付けをし、前面板（３０）上に接着して開口部を密封し、左右が閉じられていない筒状直方体が形成され、内容物を充填した後、左右の側面板を接着しカートンの組み立ては完成する。

消費者に流通し使用に際しても実施例１の場合と同様に、まずカートンの前面部にある挿し込み板（７２Ｍ）を引き上げ、接着密封してある上蓋前面板（７０）を上蓋前面板切り離しミシン目（７３）部から上を切り離し、上蓋部（１００）を開放する。次に上蓋天板（６０）内に設けられている上蓋天板ミシン目（６１）にて軽く、逆く字状に折り曲げる。上蓋部（１００）を開くに当たっては、回転支軸となる横折線（５１ａ）の中央部に設けられた逆Ｕ字状切込み突起（５５）を乗り越えて後方に回転させ開く。この後方に大きく上蓋部（１００）を開いた状態では、図３（ｂ）に示すように横から見て立体状になった上蓋部（１００）の重量的バランスと、回転軸上に設けられた逆Ｕ字状切込み突起（５５）の戻ろうとする動きに対する係止効果により、上蓋部（１００）はほぼ直立した状態で自立するため、消費者は内容物を上蓋部を戻らないよう押し留めながら取り出すことなく簡単に片手で取り出せる。

また、上蓋部（１００）を閉じる時は開く時と同様に逆Ｕ字状切込み突起を乗り越えるのに十分な適当な力により閉じれば、開口部を覆う使用前の閉じた状態に戻すことができ、上蓋をロックするには上蓋前面板（７０）の先端に連接して設けられている挿し込み片把持板（７２Ｍ）を折線に従い少し上方に反らしてその折線中心部に設けられている挿し込み片（７１）を前面板（３０）内の挿し込み片係止部（３１）に挿し込みロックさせ、内容物を水滴飛びや油跳ねなど想定される台所などの使用環境下から保護することができる。なお、本実施例では逆Ｕ字状切込み突起（５５）は横折線（５１ａ）上に１つ設けたもので説明したが、適宜長さをもつ複数個の逆Ｕ字状切込み突起を持つものでも同様であり、またその形状も逆Ｕ字状以外に意匠性を考えて長円状や楕円状など舌片として同様に係止効果が得られれば適宜形状で構わない。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明の請求項１及び２に発明の上蓋カートンでは、上蓋部の回転支軸となる横折線部に２本１組の縦方向切れ込みとこの間を前記横折線より上蓋寄りにずらして設けた横方向折線によって形成される略Ｈ字形状のヒンジ部を持ち、該ヒンジ部が上蓋部の開閉動作に対し、障害となり係止する効果を持つため、上蓋部が立体的形状であり開いた状態の際に重量的バランスをある角度にて取りやすいことと相まって上蓋部が開いた状態を維持することが可能であり、開口部から折り畳んで収納されているシート状内容物を上蓋部を片手で抑えることなく簡便に取り出すことができる。また上蓋部が開いて自立した状態から、軽く手前に引く動作で上蓋部は閉じることが可能であり、閉じた状態では上蓋部係止部により上蓋部はロックされ、開口部は上蓋部により完全に覆うことができるので、台所など水滴飛びや油跳ねなどから内容物を保護することが可能であり、必要時には挿し込み把持片を片手で掴んで開ける簡便に開けることが可能な使い勝手のよい上蓋カートンを簡単な構成と組み立てで提供できる。更に、上蓋部が上蓋側面部と上蓋前面部を持つ立体的形状になっているためより上蓋部の開け閉めが意図した通りスムーズに行えるとともに高級感も演出でき他類似商品との差別化も図ることができ、また箱としての剛性も上がるなどの効果がある。

また、本発明の参考例の上蓋カートンでは、上蓋部の回転支軸となる横折線部に逆Ｕ字形状などの舌片状切込み突起部を持ち、該舌片状切込み突起部が上蓋部の開閉動作に対し、障害となり係止する効果を持つため、上蓋部が開いた状態では天板部が逆く字状となり立体的形状のため重量的バランスをある角度にて取りやすいことと相まって上蓋部がほぼ直立した状態で開いた状態を維持することが可能であるため、開口部から折り畳んで収納されているシート状内容物を上蓋部を片手で抑えることなく簡便に取り出すことができる。また上蓋部が開いた自立状態からの閉じる動作も軽い力で行え、ロックできる効果は前記請求項１、２のカートンと同様にある。
