【従来の技術】
従来のこの種のカバー取付装置としては、例えば図6および図7のように、箱形ベースAの前方開放部BにカバーCを有頭ネジDにより着脱自在に取り付けるようにし、かつカバーCには通称だるま形の孔Eを穿設すると共に、ベースAには雌ネジ部Fを形成し、もって雌ネジ部Fに有頭ネジDを途中までねじ込んだ状態のもとに、カバーCをその孔Eにおける大径部にネジDの頭部が挿通するようにベースAの開放部Bに当接した後、ネジDが孔Eにおける小径部に対応するようにスライドし、その後ネジDを締め付けて固定するようにした型式がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来装置によれば、カバーCを取り付けた後において、だるま形の孔Eの大径部からベースAの内部が見えるばかりでなく、外部から異物,塵埃,害虫等の侵入を来し易い欠点があるほか、ネジDの頭部がカバーCの表部に突出するから、重ね合わせに不便で、かつ体裁も悪いという欠点があり、その他外形寸法の表示に際して、ネジDの頭部を含めた大型寸法に表示しなければならない等の不利がある。

ベースAの内部が見えないようする方策として、図7に鎖線で示すように、孔Eの大径部に対応するベースAの一部に板状の目隠しGを設けることが考えられるが、このような目隠しGをベースAと一体的にプラスチック成形により設ける場合は成形用金型が著しく複雑となり、また別体に設ける場合には構造が複雑かつ組み立てが煩雑となる欠点がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記目的を達成するため、ベース(1)の開放部(2)にカバー(3)を有頭ネジ(5)の締め付けにより着脱自在に取り付けるようにするほか、ネジ(5)を適度に緩めた状態のもとにカバー(3)を取り外すことができるようにした型式の機器筐体において、ベース(1)の開放部(2)よりも内方に設けられた雌ネジ部(4)と、カバー(3)の前記雌ネジ部(4)に対応する位置にカバー主体部の外面から略垂直に陥没した状態で設けられた座面部(6)とを有し、前記座面部(6)は、ネジ(5)の頭部に対接する受面(6b)と、カバー主体部の外面から該受面(6b)の周囲まで略垂直に延びる側壁と、該受面(6b)の略中央からカバー装着方向に延び、ネジ(5)の軸径よりも少し大きい幅を持つ切欠(6a)とを備えており、さらに、前記切欠(6a)に連続して座面部(6)の前記側壁に形成され、ネジ(5)の頭部付近を側方から通過させることができる開通部(7)を有し、カバー装着時に、ネジ(5)の頭部の側方の一部が前記受面(6b)から食み出して前記開通部(7)に入り込むことにより、該開通部(7)を塞ぐようになっていることを特徴とするものである。このような構成により、ネジの頭部はカバー表部に突出することなく、かつ、ネジの頭部付近を座面部側方の開通部に通過させつつカバーをスライドして着脱させることができ、だるま形の大型孔を穿設する必要性がない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明装置を図面に示す実施形態について詳細に説明する。

適用対象としての機器筐体としては、例えば図1および図2のように、前方全面が開放された箱形のベース1における解放部2に板状のカバー3を着脱自在に取り付けるようにするほか、ベース1内には取り付け用の雌ネジ部4をボス4aに対する雌ネジ4bの埋設により設けると共に、これに対してカバー3には前記雌ネジ部4に対応する位置に、有頭ネジ5の頭部に対接する座面部6を設けて、ベース1の開放部2にカバー3を冠せかけた状態のもとにネジ5により締め付け固定する型式を採択する。

上記型式の機器筐体に対する本発明の特殊構成としては、例えば図1ないし図3のように、雌ネジ部4を、開放部2よりも底部寄りの内方位置に設けると共に、カバー3には、ネジ5の頭部に対接する受面6bと、受面6bの周囲からカバー主体部の外面まで略垂直に延びる側壁と、受面6bの略中央から側壁までカバー着脱方向に延び、ネジ5の軸径よりも少し大きい幅を持つ切欠6aとを備えた座面部6を、カバー主体部から陥没した状態設けると共に、座面部6の一側方(図面において下方)にはネジ5の頭部付近を通過させることができる開通部7を形成する。図1および図2からよく分かるように、カバー装着時にネジ5の頭部の側方の一部が受面6bから食み出して開通部7に入り込むことによってネジ5の頭部が開通部7を塞ぐように構成されているため、カバー装着時に、筐体内部をほぼ完全に遮蔽することができる。
