BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tire molding die, and more specifically, can reduce the processing cost of the side plate of the die, reduce the number of processing steps, and can improve the appearance of the molded tire. The present invention relates to a tire molding die.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent tires, there is a method in which an annular groove having a predetermined width and depth is provided on the circumference of the tire side portion in order to avoid resonance between the vehicle and the tire (reduction in air resistance, reduction in road noise, etc.). It has been adopted. As a means for attaching the annular groove to the tire side portion, it is common to cut the groove in advance in the side plate of the tire molding die, and during tire vulcanization molding. In order to exhaust the air accumulated between the mold and the unvulcanized tire to the outside, a large number of vent holes are processed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
