Description
The present invention relates to a building structure of an apartment house, and more particularly to piping / wiring technology in an apartment house.
As a piping / wiring technology for multiple dwelling houses, for example, it is proposed to install a horizontal pipe in each dwelling unit in a common part such as the inside of each dwelling unit or around the entrance facing each dwelling unit and connect directly to this Has been. However, in this method, there is a problem that the exclusive space of each dwelling unit is narrowed, or the drainage sound in the upper dwelling unit can be heard in the lower dwelling unit.
As a solution to the problem of this method, for example, in Patent Document 1, the pipe of each dwelling unit is passed through the wall of the dwelling unit and the floor slab of the common hallway, and connected to the common horizontal pipe under the floor slab, In addition, there is disclosed a facility piping structure for apartment houses in which this horizontal piping is connected to a rigid piping in a staircase. Patent Document 1 describes that by adopting this equipment piping structure, the industrialization rate of the stairs is improved, the piping space is not increased in the room, and the effect of not being affected by the water supply / drainage of the upper floor is described. Has been.
However, the one described in Patent Document 1 is not based on the concept of so-called skeleton infill, and there are restrictions on the position of the water around the kitchen and toilet, etc., both at the time of new construction and at the time of renewal. If it is decided, the position of the water circumference after that cannot be changed virtually.
Skeleton infill is a design concept in which a building is divided into a skeleton (structure) and an infill (interior / equipment). For this reason, it is said that houses based on skeleton infill have features such as layout-free and long life. In a housing complex based on a skeleton infill, the interior structure and equipment can be replaced as they become old, and the layout can be changed easily without changing the structure itself. For example, it is possible to remove the boundary wall of two dwelling units and make one dwelling unit. The structure of an apartment building based on the skeleton infill is composed of columns and large beams called ramen structures, and the walls of the dwelling unit are basically all non-bearing walls.
On the other hand, the thing of patent document 2 is proposed as a piping and wiring technique employable for an apartment house based on such a skeleton infill. Patent Document 2 discloses a common corridor and the floor of each dwelling unit as a double floor, and a space in the double floor as an arrangement space for piping and wiring. A common groove for piping and wiring is formed in the floor slab of the common hallway, and common piping and wiring are arranged in each floor dwelling unit. And the piping / wiring for each dwelling unit and the horizontal piping / wiring for each floor in the common groove are connected through the space in the double floor of each dwelling unit. Patent Document 2 states that by adopting this structure, piping and wiring can be performed at any location for each dwelling unit at the time of new construction, and the determination of the floor plan of the dwelling unit can be extended until after the completion of the housing construction. Although not explicitly disclosed in Patent Document 2, it is possible to easily change the position of the piping / wiring place by setting the wall between the common hallway and the dwelling unit as a non-bearing wall. That is, a hole for piping / wiring can be opened at an arbitrary position on the lower end of the wall, and renewal with a significant change in floor plan is relatively easy.
However, in the structure of Patent Document 2, a common groove is provided in the floor slab of the common hallway, and the entire upper surface of the common groove is covered with a thin plate to make the common hallway a double floor. Since the entire common corridor has a double floor, the cost is undeniable compared to a single floor. In addition, since pedestrians walk on thin plates, walking sounds may be generated, and since bending tends to occur, the walking feeling is inferior to when walking on a floor slab, so the walking performance during use is poor. Is not always good. Furthermore, it is difficult to use the common corridor as a material carry-in passage when the construction of the building is not completed unless the common corridor is completed. For example, when walking on the floor slab of the common hall, there is a large step between the floor slab of the dwelling unit, so that the movement between the common hall and the dwelling unit is inconvenient. In addition, if the common corridor has a double floor, rainwater may accumulate in the common ditch, so it can be applied only to center-core type apartments where rain does not blow into the common corridor, and applicable to open corridors. Is difficult.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its purpose is based on the skeleton infill with respect to piping and wiring while improving the walkability of the common corridor, convenience during construction, and economy. It is to embody a housing complex.
According to the present invention, common pipes / wirings are arranged for each floor dwelling unit in the common hall of the dwelling house, and individual pipes / wirings are distributed from the common piping / wiring to each dwelling unit to each dwelling unit. In the building structure, the floor structure of each dwelling unit is formed at least in a region facing the common hallway, and includes a double floor composed of a first floor slab and a floor material, a girder supporting the first floor slab, and A second floor slab connected to a girder and constituting the shared corridor, wherein the common piping / wiring is disposed under the second floor slab, and the individual piping / wiring is placed in the double floor The second floor slab is provided with a passage portion through which the individual pipes / wirings pass so as to be connected to the common pipes / wirings on the large beams and through the second floor slabs. The building structure of an apartment house is provided.
In this building structure, as the floor structure of each dwelling unit, at least the area facing the common hallway is a double floor, so that piping and wiring in each dwelling unit can be arranged at an arbitrary position. In addition, common piping and wiring are arranged in each floor dwelling unit under the floor slab of the common corridor and connected to each dwelling unit through the girder, so that the common corridor can be a single floor. Therefore, it is possible to embody a housing complex based on the skeleton infill with respect to piping and wiring while improving the walkability of the common hallway, convenience during construction, and economic efficiency.
In this invention, the storage space of the meter box of each dwelling unit can also be provided on the said big beam. By providing a storage space for the meter box on the girder, the exclusive area of each dwelling unit can be increased, and the meter box can be accommodated at an arbitrary position along the girder.
Further, in the present invention, the passage portion is formed by notching a part of the second floor slab, and is a notch portion that is also used as an inspection port for the common piping / wiring, An openable / closable lid member that covers the cutout portion may be provided on the second floor slab. According to this structure, the structure for inspecting piping and wiring can be configured easily.
In the present invention, the shared corridor is an open shared corridor, and the second floor slab is supported by a cantilever beam supported by a column supporting the large beam, and the first end on the open end side An area and a second area on each dwelling unit side, and the second floor slab is supported by the pillar with the cantilever and the first area, and passes through the second area. It can also be set as the structure which can form a part. According to this configuration, the passage portion can be formed at an arbitrary position in the second region, and the arrangement position of the passage portion can be set as needed not only at the time of new installation but also at the time of renewal after completion.
In the present invention, the apartment house may be a center core type building, and the second floor slab may be supported by a core side structure. The present invention is also applicable to a center core type building.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the housing complex based on a skeleton infill can be embodied regarding piping and wiring, improving the walkability of a common corridor, the convenience at the time of construction, and economical efficiency.
FIG. 1 is a layout diagram of a floor having a multi-storey apartment house employing a building structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. This apartment house is assumed to be an apartment house based on skeleton infill, and in FIG. 1, a broken line L1 shows an example of a partition of each dwelling unit. By adopting a non-bearing wall as a wall that divides each dwelling unit, the division of each dwelling unit can be arbitrarily changed. The apartment house of FIG. 1 has an air vent at its center, and a common corridor 1 is provided so as to surround the periphery of the air vent to form an open corridor. Each dwelling unit is provided around the common hallway 1.

Next, with reference to FIG. 2, the principal part of the building structure which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line XX in FIG. 1, and particularly shows a piping / wiring structure. The figure shows a structure of about two floors in the configuration in the vicinity of the shared hallway 1. In the present embodiment, first, the double floor structure 2 is adopted at least in the region facing the common hallway 1 as the floor structure of each dwelling unit. The double floor structure 2 includes a
The internal space of the double floor structure 2 constitutes an installation space for
In addition, as a floor structure of each dwelling unit, it can also be set as a double floor structure over the whole region. By doing so, the piping 23 and the
Next, the
Next, the structure of the common hallway 1 will be described. The common corridor 1 includes a
Under the
In the
A plate-
In this embodiment, since piping and wiring pass on the
Next, the support structure of the
On the other hand, the
In addition, what is necessary is just to employ | adopt the structure which supports the
The above configuration has the following advantages. First, since the common corridor 1 has a single floor, rain blowing does not become a problem, and it can be applied not only to a non-open shared corridor of the center core type but also to an open shared corridor. Moreover, since the
