Description

The present invention relates to a packing apparatus for packing a packaged body such as a counter of a kitchen or a vanity, for example, and more particularly to a packaging apparatus that can handle a packaged body of various sizes.

Conventionally, as a packing device for packing a vanity table or the like, for example, it is disclosed in Patent Document 1. The packaging device causes the first bottomed packaging member to abut against the packaged body, causes the second bottomed packaging member to abut on a position opposite to the first bottomed packaging member, The bottomed packaging member and the second bottomed packaging member are fastened by a fastening member.
JP 2001-341790 A

However, in this packaging apparatus, since the first and second bottomed packaging members are set in a predetermined shape corresponding to the size of the contact surface of the packaged body, for example, the size of each surface of the packaged body The 1st and 2nd bottomed packaging member according to the length is needed, respectively. As a result, when there are various variations in the dimensions in the left-right width direction, for example, in the system kitchen, each variation requires a dedicated bottomed packaging member, and the number of members of the packaging device greatly increases. It has a problem that its management and handling are troublesome. In particular, in a system kitchen or the like where individuality and differentiation are required, the number of variations tends to increase, and the above problems are likely to become more prominent.

In such a system kitchen, a plate-shaped counter made of artificial marble having a length corresponding to each cabinet is used, and the sink of the plate-shaped counter packaging also protrudes at a predetermined position. Since it is attached in a state, the packaging work tends to be troublesome, and the actual situation is that improvement is desired.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the increase in the number of members due to the difference in the size of the packaged body by using a divided packing material that can slide. An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device that can be easily applied to a packaged body of a size and can improve versatility. Another object of the present invention is to provide a packing apparatus capable of reliably and easily packing a plate-shaped packaged object such as a counter in addition to the above object.

In order to achieve such an object, the invention described in claim 1 of the present invention includes a packing material that is placed on opposite surfaces of a packaged body made of a plate-like material, and a binding material that fastens the packing material. In the packing apparatus provided, the packing material is formed by a single plate material divided into two parts, and each packing material is folded in two stages to protect the end of the packaged body in a U-shaped cross section. The side wall part which can form the insertion insertion groove | channel is provided in three sides, and it is comprised so that a shape change can be carried out to a flat plate shape and a packaging shape, The packaging space mutually opposes by the sliding operation | movement of each packaging material of a packaging shape. In addition to being adjusted according to the dimension between the surfaces, the packaged body is used as a counter with a sink, and the sink of the counter with the sink is offset to the left or right in the longitudinal direction of the counter with sink. Different Using the divided packing material, use the short packing material on one side, which becomes heavier when the sink is attached, and the long packing material on the other side, and counter the overlapping part of both packing materials And the overlapping portion is bound by the binding material .

According to the invention described in claim 1 of the present invention, the packing material made of a plate-like material is divided into two pieces, each of which can be bent, and is constituted by a single plate material that can be reshaped into a flat plate shape and a packing shape, and the packing shape Since the packing space is adjusted so as to correspond to the dimension between the opposing surfaces of the packaged body by the sliding operation of each packaging material, even the packaged body of various sizes can be divided, for example, By sliding the stacked packing materials in a stacked state, the packing material can be reliably packed, and the increase in the number of parts of the packing device due to the difference in the size of the packaged body can be suppressed. It is possible to obtain a packaging apparatus that can accurately handle packaging and has excellent versatility. In addition, since the packing material divided into two is provided with an insertion groove having a substantially U-shaped cross section for protecting the end of the package in the package shape, the outer periphery of the package is protected by this insertion groove. In addition to being able to securely insert cushioning materials and the like, the bonding state of the outer periphery of adjacent packing materials is stable, a good packing state with respect to the packaged body can be easily obtained, and the movement of the divided packing materials can be performed Smoothness and length adjustment can be easily performed. In addition, use a short length of packing material on one side where the sink of the counter with sink is attached and become heavy, and use a long length packing material on the other side, so that the overlapping part is near the center of gravity of the counter In addition to being set, the overlapping portion is bound by the binding material, so that the counter to which the sink is attached can be packed in a stable state.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 to 6 show an embodiment of a packing device according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a packing state of a kitchen counter using the packing device, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view thereof, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the packing shape of the packing material, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the paper tube, and FIG. 6 is an explanatory view of the assembling method of the packing material.

1 to 3, the packing device 1 is divided into two parts that are placed on the opposite end surfaces in the longitudinal direction from the front surface side (lower surface side in the figure) of a kitchen counter 2 (hereinafter simply referred to as the counter 2) as a packaged body. A pair of paper tubes 5 as cushioning materials inserted between the packing materials 3 and 4 and the width direction side surface of the counter 2 inside the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the packing materials 3 and 4; The packing material 6, the sheet 7 (see FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 for the sheet 7) and the accessory box 8 arranged on the back surface side (upper surface side in the figure) of the counter 2, and these in the longitudinal direction of the packing materials 3 and 4 It is composed of a binding material 9 and the like that are bound at a plurality of locations (four locations in the figure).

The pair of packing materials 3 and 4 are made of paper such as corrugated cardboard, resin, etc., and can be changed into a shallow boat-shaped packing shape and a flat plate-shaped return shape, and can be returned (returned) , Reusable). That is, each packing material 3, 4 has rectangular bottom wall portions 3 a, 4 a having a slightly larger area than the front and back surfaces of the counter 2 in the packing shape shown in FIG. The two long side wall portions 3b and 4b erected at both ends in the width direction of the bottom wall portions 3a and 4a and the outer peripheral end portion which is one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the bottom wall portions 3a and 4a. One short side wall portion 3c, 4c that is erected is formed into a shallow boat shape having joint end portions 3d, 4d opened at the other end portion in the longitudinal direction.

At this time, the side walls 3b, 3c and 4b, 4c of each packing material 3, 4 are bent along the folding line 10a at the outer peripheral end of the bottom wall 3a, 4a, thereby being set to a substantially vertical state. 11a and a horizontal portion 11b which is set in a horizontal state by being bent at a bending line 10b provided at the tip of the vertical portion 11a. And by this vertical part 11a, the horizontal part 11b, and the width direction both ends of bottom wall part 3a, 4a, the outer peripheral edge part of the paper tube 5 or the counter 2 is formed in the outer peripheral edge part of the bottom wall parts 3a, 4a in the three directions. A fitting groove 11 to be fitted is formed. The folding lines 10a and 10b are formed of concave portions or thin portions formed linearly (or at predetermined intervals), and are configured to bend repeatedly in a predetermined direction and bendable repeatedly. .

Further, the lengths L1 and L2 of the pair of packaging materials 3 and 4 shown in FIG. 4 are such that the packaging material 3 on one side (left side in the drawing) is long and the packaging material 4 on the other side (right side in the drawing) is short. (L1> L2), and the lengths L1 and L2 are set so that the joint ends 3d and 4d are in the vicinity of the center of gravity of the counter 2 corresponding to the weight balance in the longitudinal direction of the counter 2. ing. That is, the length L2 of the packing material 4 on the other side that is attached and heavy with the sink 12 of the counter 2 is short, and the opening 13 or the like for attaching a flat electromagnetic heater is formed, and the weight becomes light. The length L1 of the packaging material 3 on the side is set to be long.

And this pair of packing materials 3 and 4 are joining the packing materials 3 and 4 by setting the outer shape of the right packing material 4 slightly smaller than the outer shape of the left packing material 3 in the boat shape, for example. The end portions 3d and 4d are slidably fitted to each other, and a packing space 14 having a predetermined volume is formed on the back side of the counter 2 by the both packing materials 3 and 4 joined. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the open joint end 4d of the boat-shaped right packing material 4 is fitted inside the open joint end 3d of the boat-shaped left packing material 3, and the arrow a The total length L of the paired packaging materials 3 and 4 is adjusted by changing the dimension L3 of the portion where the both packaging materials 3 and 4 are joined, and the bottom of the packaging materials 3 and 4 is adjusted. The volume of the packing space 14 formed by the wall portions 3a, 4a and the side wall portions 3b, 3c and 4b, 4c is adjusted. Moreover, at the time of this joining, the said insertion groove | channel 11 formed in the width direction both ends of the packing materials 3 and 4 is in the state connected in the slide movement direction of the packing materials 3 and 4. FIG.

The paper tube 5 is inserted into the insertion grooves 11 at both ends of the counter 2 in the width direction, and is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape and adjustable in length by paper such as cardboard. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the pair of paper tubes 5 are formed in different cross-sectional shapes having hollow portions 15 inside and different in shape, and each paper tube 5 has an end in the width direction of the surface of the counter 2. A horizontal support surface 16 having a predetermined width for supporting the portion is provided. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the paper tube 5 is divided into two paper tube members 5a and 5b in the longitudinal direction, and is detachably fitted into the hollow portions 15 of the paper tube members 5a and 5b. By being connected by the connecting member 5c, the total length L4 of the paper tube 5 is adjusted according to the length L5 of the connecting portion by the connecting member 5c. In this example, the cross-sectional shapes of the pair of paper tubes 5 are set to be different from each other. However, it is of course possible to set the same shape to share the members.

Further, the binding material 9 shown in FIG. 1 uses a cloth band of a predetermined length. For example, a predetermined position in the length direction is sewn and bonded to the outer surface of the bottom wall portions 3a and 4a of the packing materials 3 and 4. It is lightly fixed to such an extent that it cannot be removed by an appropriate fixing means such as a needle stopper. And the latching tool 17 is each attached to the one edge part of each binding material 9, By inserting the other edge part of the binding material 9 in this latching tool 17 and being latched, a binding material 9, the packing materials 3 and 4 are fastened with a predetermined force. The binding material 9 is not limited to the use of a cloth band, and for example, a PP band, a vinyl string, a rubber string or the like can be used, and the binding material 9 is used without being fixed to the packing materials 3 and 4. You can also.

Further, the packing material 6 covers the sink 12 portion protruding on the back side of the counter 2 provided on the other end side of the counter 2, and for example, a paper or resin plate material such as cardboard is used. The shape can be changed between a boat-shaped packing shape and a flat plate-shaped return shape (expandable and assembled) by four folding lines 6a (see FIG. 3) and cuts (not shown) provided on the outer periphery. Is formed. The sheet 7 is formed, for example, in a plastic bag so as to wrap the entire counter 2. However, depending on the form of the packaged body, the single sheet 7 may be simply arranged on the back side. good. Further, the accessory box 8 is formed in a box shape by a paper or resin plate material such as corrugated cardboard, and has a box-shaped packing shape similar to the packing material 6 by a folding line or a notch (not shown). It is formed so that the shape can be changed to a flat return shape.

Next, an example of a packing method for the counter 2 using the packing device 1 configured as described above and a method for returning the packing device 1 will be described. First, when packing the counter 2 using the packing apparatus 1, a pair of packing materials 3, 4 and two paper tubes 5 are prepared, and a pair of packing materials 3 that are divided and set in a flat plate shape are prepared. As shown in FIG. 6 (a), according to the length of the counter 2 to be packed, the two packing materials 3 and 4 are arranged so that the joining end portion 4d of the packing material 4 having a short length is on the upper side. The joining end portions 3d and 4d are overlapped.

In this state, the counter 2 is set on the packing materials 3 and 4 by placing the counter 2 covered with the sheet 7 on the pair of flat packing materials 3 and 4 in a state where the surface side is positioned. At this time, the counter 2 is located on the bottom wall portions 3a and 4a of the packing materials 3 and 4, and the binding material 9 (not shown) has its both ends pulled out to the outside in the width direction of the packing materials 3 and 4. It is in the state.

In the set state of the counter 2, the flat-plate-shaped (development-shaped) packing materials 3 and 4 shown in FIG. 6A are arranged along the long side wall portions 3b and 4b along the inner folding line 10a. Then, the vertical portion 11a is formed by bending in the direction of the arrow B, and the horizontal portion 11b is formed by bending the tip portions of the side walls 3b, 4b along the outer bending line 10b in the same direction. Thereby, as shown in FIG.6 (b), L-shaped side wall part 3b, 4b and bottom wall are provided in the width direction both ends parallel to the sliding direction of bottom wall part 3a, 4a of each packing material 3,4. A fitting groove 11 having a U-shaped cross section is formed between the outer peripheral ends of the portions 3a and 4a.

Although not shown in FIG. 6, the side wall portions 3b and 4b in the longitudinal direction of the packing materials 3 and 4 are bent, for example, with the paper tube 5 inserted therein, that is, the paper tubes in the side wall portions 3b and 4b. The paper tube 5 is inserted and inserted into the bottom of the insertion groove 11 in a predetermined state. At this time, since the length of the pair of paper tubes 5 can be adjusted by the connecting member 5c, the length of the pair of paper tubes 5 is set to a length corresponding to the set length of the divided packaging materials 3 and 4, and the insertion insertion groove 11 is set. It is inserted inside. Further, the side walls 3b, 4b can be smoothly bent into an L shape by using the bending lines 10a, 10b, and this also applies to the side walls 3c, 4c on the short side. It is.

When the side walls 3b and 4b on the long side are bent, the side walls 3c and 4c on the short side of each packing material 3 and 4 are the same as the side walls 3b and 4b, as indicated by arrows C in FIG. Then, the vertical portions 11a and the horizontal portions 11b are formed at the outer peripheral side end portions of the packing materials 3 and 4 to form the fitting insertion grooves 11, and the state shown in FIG. In this state, for example, the packing material 4 is pushed and slid in the direction of the arrow A in FIG. 6C, so that the total length L of both the packing materials 3, 4 is set to a value corresponding to the length of the counter 2. In addition, the end portions in the longitudinal direction, which are opposite surfaces of the counter 2, are inserted into the insertion grooves 11 on the short side, and the surface side of the counter 2 and both end portions in the longitudinal direction are the packing materials 3 and 4. It will be covered. When the packing materials 3 and 4 are slid, the length-adjustable paper tubes 5 inserted in the insertion grooves 11 are also slid according to the length adjustment of the packing materials 3 and 4 to be predetermined. Set to length.

When the counter 2 is covered with the packing materials 3 and 4 as described above, the sink 12 is covered with the packing material 6 assembled in a boat shape on the back surface of the counter 2 to cover the sink 12 from the outside. The accessory box 8 is built in the packing space 14 on the side of the sink 12 that protrudes to the back side of the counter 2 inside. In this state, one end of the binding material 9 that is lightly fixed to each packing material 3 and 4 is inserted into and locked with a locking tool 17 that is fixed to the other end, thereby binding the binding material. 9 is fastened with a predetermined tension, and the packing materials 3, 4 and the like are bundled, and the packing operation is completed. At this time, two binding materials 9 are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the packing materials 3 and 4, and the packing materials 3 and 4, the paper tube 5, and the accessories are combined with the total four binding materials 9. The packing material 6 in the box 8 is bundled and packed at the same time.

When the packing operation is completed, the product number label 18 and the destination label 19 are pasted on the surface of the vertical portion 11a of the side wall portion 4c on the short side of the packing material 4 as shown in FIG. Along with cabinets, etc., they are shipped to a construction site where a kitchen such as a new house is installed via a distribution base such as a warehouse. The counter 2 packed by the packing device 1 carried into the construction site is loosened and removed from the binding material 9, and the packing material 6 and the accessory box 8 are removed from the back surface of the counter 2 and separated. The counter 2 is taken out from the top of the packing materials 3 and 4.

And each side wall part 3b, 3c and 4b, 4c was expand | deployed from the boat shape by the procedure reverse to the procedure shown to Fig.6 (a)-(c) for packing materials 3 and 4 (or each side wall part 3b, 3c, 4b, and 4c are folded into the bottom wall portions 3a and 4a), and the packing material 6 and accessory box 8 are set to a flat plate-like return shape. By removing the connecting member 5c, the shape of each paper tube 5 is changed to a short paper tube member 5a, 5b, and these are lightly tied together with the binding material 9 fixed to the packing materials 3, 4 together with the sheet 7, and returned. Set to form. In this return form, the outer shape of the packing material 3 is small and the outer shape is shorter than the length of the counter 2, so that return transportation, member management at the time of return, and the like can be easily performed.

In addition, the packaging device 1 returned to the factory can be reused by reassembling the divided packaging materials 3 and 4, the packaging material 6, and the accessory box 8, and the paper tube 5 is also each paper tube member 5 a. 5b can be reused by connecting with the connecting member 5c. That is, almost all the members of the packing device 1 used for packing can be reused as they are without any processing, that is, the packing device 1 is used in a returnable manner.

The above packing method and return method are examples. In the case of the packing method, for example, after assembling the packing materials 3 and 4 into a certain boat shape in advance, the counter 2 is placed on the bottom wall portions 3a and 4a. It may be placed and packed into a complete boat shape, packed into the packing space 14 of the packing materials 3 and 4 that have been completely assembled in advance by packing the packed object such as the counter 2 or the like. A PP band that can be cut to a predetermined length during packaging and can be recycled can also be used as the material 9. Also, in the case of the return method, not only binding with the binding material 9 but also a used PP band or the like is used, or each member of the packing device 1 is bound and returned together with the packing device of the kitchen cabinet. Also good.

Thus, in the packing apparatus 1 of the said embodiment, the packing materials 3 and 4 divided | segmented into two as a packing material are used, and the volume of the packing space 14 is increased by the sliding operation of both the packing materials 3 and 4. Since it is adjusted and covered on the surface side of the counter 2, even if the counter 2 has various lengths, it is not necessary to set packing materials corresponding to each length one by one. It can be applied to the counter 2 and the increase in the number of the packing materials 3 and 4 due to the difference in the length of the counter 2 can be suppressed, and the packaging device 1 having excellent versatility can be obtained. It becomes.

Further, since the paper tube 5 as a cushioning material is fitted between the end portion in the width direction of the counter 2 and the side wall portions 3b and 4b of the packing materials 3 and 4, the elastic force by the hollow portion 15 of the paper tube 5 The end of the counter 2 can be reliably protected and a stable packing state can be obtained, and the length of the paper tube 5 itself is divided into paper tube members 5a and 5b and connected by a connecting member 5c. Since it is configured to be adjustable, it is possible to obtain a packaging device 1 that suppresses an increase in the number of members and is more versatile.

Further, the lengths L1 and L2 of the two divided packing materials 3 and 4 are shorter than the length L2 of the packing material 4 on the side where the sink 12 is provided, according to the weight balance of the counter 2, and the flat packing material. Since the length L1 of 3 is set long, the joint ends 3d and 4d of both packing materials 3 and 4 are set near the center of gravity of the counter 2, and both ends of the packing materials 3 and 4 are bound. Each of the packing materials 3 and 4 can be fastened to the counter 2 with a predetermined strength. As a result, it is possible to easily obtain a more stable packing state in the counter 2 while preventing the rigidity of the packing materials 3 and 4 that are likely to be generated by being divided. Furthermore, by having the binding material 9 for fastening the joint ends 3d and 4d of the packing materials 3 and 4 set in the vicinity of the center of gravity of the counter 2, the package can be stably carried.

Further, in the packing state, side walls 3b, 3c and 4b, 4c and bottoms having substantially L-shaped cross sections are formed at both ends of the packing materials 3 and 4 divided into two in parallel with the sliding direction A and both ends of the sliding direction A. Since the insertion grooves 11 having a U-shaped cross section are formed by the wall portions 3a and 4a, the outer peripheral portions that are easily damaged when the counter 2 is carried in are securely protected by these insertion grooves 11 and the paper tube 5. be able to. At the same time, the paper tube 5 can be reliably inserted into the insertion groove 11 by the insertion groove 11 having a U-shaped cross section, or the joining end portions 3d and 4d of the adjacent packing materials 3 and 4 can be joined. The state can be stabilized, a better and more stable packing state can be obtained at the counter 2, and the divided packing materials 3 and 4 can be smoothly moved by the insertion grooves 11, so that the packing materials 3, 4 It is also possible to easily perform the length adjustment work itself.

Further, since the packing materials 3 and 4 are covered on the front surface side of the counter 2 and the packing material 6 containing the sheet 7 and the accessory box 8 is arranged on the back surface side and fastened simultaneously with the binding material 9, the counter 2 Can be packed using the packing material 6 that covers the sheet 7 and the sink 12 portion on the back side from which the sink 12 protrudes, and has a protruding portion (sink). The counter 2 having a complicated packing shape can be packed in a reliable and good state, and various accessories can be packed in the recessed space next to the sink 12 on the back side of the counter 2 via the accessory box 8. It is possible to efficiently use and efficiently pack.

7 and 8 show another embodiment of the packing device according to the present invention. Hereinafter, the same parts as those in the above embodiment will be described with the same reference numerals. The packaging device 1 of this embodiment is characterized in that the adjacent side walls 3b, 3c and 4b, 4c of the packing materials 3, 4 are detachably locked by the locking means. That is, one planar fastener 20a is fixed to the inner surface of the horizontal portion 11b of the side wall portions 3c, 4c with a double-sided adhesive tape or the like, and the other planar fastener 20b is similarly attached to the outer surface of the horizontal portion 11b of the side wall portions 3b, 4b. And stick.

And each planar fastener 20a, 20b is latched by making each edge part of the horizontal part 11b of this bent side wall part 3b, 3c and 4b, 4c face up and down, and both side walls are latched The parts 3b, 3c and 4b, 4c are assembled. Note that the locking means for locking the horizontal portion 11b is not limited to the use of the planar fasteners 20a and 20b, and appropriate locking means such as a locking button or a locking hook can be employed.

Also in this embodiment, since the insertion grooves 11 are provided in the side wall portions 3b, 3c and 4b, 4c of the packing materials 3, 4 that can be changed into a packing shape and a flat plate shape, the same effects as the above embodiment are provided. Since the end portions of the adjacent side wall portions 3b, 3c and 4b, 4c are locked by the locking means, the connection strength of the side wall portions 3b, 3c and 4b, 4c is increased, and the counter 2 Can be packaged more stably and satisfactorily.

In the above-described embodiment, the pair of length-adjustable paper tubes 5 is used as the buffer material. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the length-adjustable buffer made of a resin such as foamed urethane, for example. A material can also be used, and it can also be used as a cushioning material whose length can be adjusted by connecting a relatively short cushioning material having a predetermined length. Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the paper tube 5 was each inserted in the insertion groove | channel 11 of the side wall parts 3b and 4b on the long side, buffering of the paper tube 5 etc. in the insertion groove | channel 11 on the short side side. It can also be set as the structure which inserts material and protects the longitudinal direction edge part of the counter 2. FIG.

Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the both ends of each packing material 3 and 4 were respectively bound by the four binding materials 9, as shown by a dashed-two dotted line in FIG.7 and FIG.8, for example, it is a short side side. It is also possible to further increase the binding strength by binding the side walls 3c and 4c with the binding material 9. Moreover, in the said embodiment, although it set so that the length L1, L2 of the packing materials 3 and 4 divided into 2 may differ, the packing material set to the same length depending on the form and center-of-gravity position of a to-be-packed body 3 and 4 can be used to share the members.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the case where the packing shape of the two divided packing materials 3 and 4 is a shallow boat shape has been described. However, the packing material according to the present invention has a deep boat shape. Alternatively, it may be a box-shaped packing material with an open joint end. In short, each divided packing material is slid so that the volume of the predetermined packing space 14 is adjusted while the volume is adjusted. An appropriately shaped packing material that covers the opposing surfaces of the package can be used. Further, the packing materials 3 and 4 of the present invention are not necessarily limited to returnable packing materials, and the form of the counter 2 is not limited to the above embodiment, and the gist of each invention related to the present invention is as follows. Changes can be made as appropriate without departing from the scope.

The present invention is not limited to a kitchen counter as a packaged body, and can be applied to a plate-shaped object such as a counter for a bathroom vanity or a bathroom counter. It can also be applied to body packaging.
