【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、焼そばなど即席食品の密封包装に使用する容器の蓋に関し、特に乾燥状態の即席食品を柔らかくほぐすために注入する熱湯を排出するための湯切孔を備えた即席食品容器の湯切孔付き蓋に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、焼きそば、スパゲティ、白米、赤飯など、喫食に際して注湯を行い、所定時間経過した後に、湯切り作業を必要とするインスタント食品用のカップ容器としては、一般にポリスチレン系樹脂粒子にブタン、ペンタン等の揮発性発泡剤を含有させた発泡性樹脂粒子(ビーズ)を、加熱等により発泡させることで形成した発泡ビーズカップ容器本体に、シート成形により作製された外周に湯切孔を有するプラスチック樹脂製の蓋材を被せたものが広く使用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来のプラスチック樹脂製の蓋材は、前述のような発泡ビーズ等からなるカップ容器本体に単に被せただけのものが多く、該プラスチック樹脂製の蓋材外周のフランジ部に設けられた、係合用の突部を有する溝部により係合されているものがほとんどであり、密封性がないという問題点がある。

また、従来のプラスチック樹脂製の蓋材には相対する位置に切り込みにより数カ所ずつの湯切孔形成用のツメ部が設けられており、該ツメ部を起立させることで湯切孔が形成される。しかし、前記ツメ部はフランジの一部にしか形成することができない為、湯切孔を数多く形成することができず、湯切りの際の時間が多く必要となり、内容物により湯切孔がふさがれるなどした場合には、さらに湯切りに時間が多く必要となるという問題があった。また、湯切孔を形成するためにツメ部を起立した際、該ツメ部が破損するなどカップ容器内に異物が混入するおそれもあった。

さらに、従来のプラスチック樹脂製の蓋材のほとんどがシート成形品であるため、輸送または保管の際に嵩張るとともに、インスタント食品用のカップ容器本体に被せた状態においても嵩張って見え、見映えが悪いという問題が生じている。

また、従来のプラスチック樹脂製の蓋材とカップ容器とは、単に蓋材外周のフランジ部に設けられた係合用の突部を有する溝部によってのみ係合されている為、湯の熱による変形や、油断していると湯切りの際に内容物および湯の重量によりその係合がはずれ、内容物が飛び出たり、かつその際に手などを火傷したりするなどの場合があり、蓋材をしっかりと押さえた状態で湯切りしなければならなかった。

また、従来のプラスチック樹脂製の蓋材のほとんどがシート成形品であるため、最近の環境問題に関連して廃棄処理の面でも問題となる可能性があった。

ところで、本発明の目的は、焼きそば、スパゲティなど、喫食に際して注湯を行い、所定時間経過した後に、湯切り作業を必要とするインスタント食品用の容器の蓋材において、容器との密封性、排湯の際の安全性および迅速性、湯切孔形成の際の容易性(易開封性)、そして易廃棄性を有するインスタント食品容器の蓋材、特に湯切り機能を有する即席麺容器用蓋を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1に係る発明は、複合シートと紙を主体とする積層体で形成された表面シートとが所定の形状領域に易剥離剤を塗布することにより形成された易剥離層による易剥離領域とそれ以外の接着領域とにより区画されて互いに積層接着され、前記易剥離領域には表面シート剥離用プルタブを設け、かつ前記易剥離領域内における複合シートに複数個の湯切孔形成用ハーフカットが形成された即席食品容器の湯切孔付き蓋において、
前記易剥離領域内にある表面シート剥離用プルタブの基部の一端から前記易剥離領域と隣接する接着領域の境界線に沿って、前記表面シートに切れ目からなる切離部を設け、前記表面シート剥離用プルタブ近傍において、前記切離部とは反対側の外周端を起点として、前記切離部に交差するように、前記複合シートにハーフカットによるつまみ部剥離用ハーフカットを設け、前記表面シート剥離用プルタブ近傍に設けた前記切離部または該切離部近傍に、蓋外周端より前記つまみ部剥離用ハーフカットに至るまでの長さのノッチが形成されていることを特徴とする即席食品容器の湯切孔付き蓋である。

【作用】
本発明の即席食品の湯切孔付き蓋においては、紙などを主体とする積層体にて形成されている為、輸送または保管の際に嵩張ることがなく、カップ容器本体にヒートシールするなどして密封性を持たせることが可能であり、湯切りの際に内容物の重量により内容物が飛び出すおそれがなく、蓋材を押さえておく必要もない、コンパクトで見映えの良い、湯切り機能を有する即席麺容器用蓋材を提供することができる。

また、本発明の即席食品の湯切孔付き蓋においては、複合シート裏面側に湯切孔開口用のハーフカットを形成し、易剥離領域と接着領域を設けたことにより、湯切孔を数多く形成することができ、内容物により全ての湯切孔がふさがれることがなく、迅速な湯切りが可能である。かつ湯切孔開口用ハーフカットにより破断された切断片は、接着領域となっており、表面シート裏面に接着された状態で剥離開口される為、カップ容器本体内に切断片などの異物が混入するおそれのない湯切り機能を有する即席麺容器用蓋を提供することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下実施例により本発明を詳細に説明する。
図1(A)は、本発明の実施例における、即席食品容器の湯切孔付き蓋の平面図であって、図1(B)はこの蓋における剥離用切目からなる切目線の部分拡大図であって、図1(C)はこの蓋の裏面図である。図2は、即席食品の湯切付き蓋を施蓋した即席食品容器の側面図である。図3(A)は本発明即席食品容器の湯切孔付き蓋の実施の形態における側断面図であって、図3(B)はその平面図である。図4は本発明即席食品容器の湯切孔付き蓋を開封した状態を説明する拡大側断面図である。図5は使用状態を示す斜視図である。

本発明の湯切孔付き蓋は、円形状(四角形など多角形状)の複合シート1と表面シート11とが、蓋の外周より所定の形状領域に亘って易剥離剤を網目状パターン(又は網点パターン状、あるいは市松模様パターン状又は砂目パターン状)に塗布することにより形成されたパターン状の易剥離層5による易剥離領域L1 と、該易剥離層5の非形成領域である接着領域L2 とにより区画されて互いに積層接着されている。

そして、図1(C)、図3(B)に示すように、前記表面シート剥離用プルタブ12の基部に、表面シート11側からハーフカットによるプルタブ部剥離用ハーフカット14が切離部9を横切るかたちで形成されている。プルタブ部剥離用ハーフカット14は、複合シート1の裏面側(表面シート11と反対側)から型刃によってカッティング加工されている。

さらに、表面シート剥離用プルタブ12の基部にある切離部9には、ノッチ15が設けられている、このノッチ15は、蓋の外周からプルタブ部剥離用ハーフカット14に至るまで設けられている。このノッチ15は切離部9に重なる位置か、または、わずかに接着領域L2 にかかる位置に設けられる。該ノッチ15は、プルタブ部剥離用ハーフカット14を設ける型刃一緒に設け、同時に加工すれば、両者の位置がずれるのを防止できる。
この位置にノッチ15を設けることにより、表面シート剥離用プルタブをつかんで表面シート11を剥離するときに、易剥離領域L1 の表面シート11は、ノッチ15、プルタブ部剥離用ハーフカット14、切離部9と順に接着領域L2 から切り離されていく。

切離部9を形成する、切目線9bの剥離用切目9aについて具体的に説明する。
剥離用切目9aは、図1(B)に基づいて説明すると、流れ方向に対して約20度外側に斜めに拡がる形状の1対の構成で連続的に設けられ、1列の切目線9bが形成されており、実際には前述の剥離用切目線9bが2列以上設けた構成となっている。
ここで、切目線9bを形成する剥離用切目9aは、前記形状でしかも左右対称の形状に設けるのが、切断がし易く、しかも隙間ができなく、切断部分に基材の切断端が残らずきれいに剥離することができる。この切目線9bは、2列以上の複数列設ければよいが、3列以上5列以下の範囲で設けるのが、剥離性、安定性の点から好ましい。

前記易剥離領域L1 内における複合シート1の1個所乃至複数個所には、内径Rの湯切孔形状の湯切孔形成用ハーフカット7が形成されている。ハーフカット7は、複合シート1の裏面側(表面シート11と反対側)から型刃によってカッティング加工されている。

易剥離領域L1 は、複合シート1と表面シート11との内面に易剥離剤を網目状パターン(又は網点パターン状、あるいは市松模様パターン状又は砂目パターン状)に塗布して形成した易剥離層5によって形成されている。

前記パターン状の易剥離層5は、複合シート1と表面シート11との積層接着された蓋材に対して複合シート1側から湯切孔形成用ハーフカット7を型刃によってカッティング加工する際に、湯切孔形状の湯切孔形成用ハーフカット7の周辺に沿って、複合シート1と表面シート11との接着内面に、前記易剥離層5による型刃のカッティング圧力や衝撃による予定外の不規則な剥離を生じない程度に易剥離性を保持して接着する網点径及び網点線数、あるいは網目孔径及び網目線数、又は面積率を持つ網点パターン状、網目状パターン、あるいは市松模様パターン状、砂目パターン状などパターン状の易剥離層5が形成されているものであり、このパターンは易剥離層5が適正な易剥離機能を保持しつつ、予定外の不規則な剥離を生じない程度の接着性を持つように設定することが必要であって、適正な易剥離性を保持するために、上記のような網点パターン、網目パターン、市松模様パターン、砂目パターン状が適当である。

本発明における湯切孔形状の湯切孔形成用ハーフカット7の内径Rは、湯が円滑に排出できて、湿潤によってほぐれた即席食品が湯と一緒に排出されずに容器内に止まる程度の孔径であれば、特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、5mm〜7mm程度でよく、望ましくは5.5mm≦R≦6.5mmがよい。

このハーフカット領域内接着部6の内径rは、前記内径Rの大きさに対応して設定するものであるが、易剥離剤を用いてグラビア印刷方式、オフセット印刷方式、凸版印刷方式などの印刷方式にて、前記湯切孔形成用ハーフカット7の内径R内に食い込むように易剥離層5をパターン形成する際に、厳密な見当精度を緩和するためには、できるかぎり内径Rに対して小さ目でよい。

上記のようにして即席食品を密封包装した容器Bは、図3(B)に示す接着領域L2 側の蓋Aの外周にある複合シート1の蓋剥離用プルタブ13を引っ張り上げて、容器のフランジ部21から接着領域L2 側の複合シート1を部分的に剥離して容器Bを開口し、その開口部より容器B内に熱湯を注入した後、開口部分の蓋剥離用プルタブ13を再度フランジ部21の外側に折り込むようにして施蓋して、中にある即席食品を柔らかくほぐすために数分間放置する。

以上、作用及び実施例に示すとおり、本発明の即席食品容器の湯切孔付き蓋においては、記易剥離領域内にある表面シート剥離用プルタブの基部の一端から前記易剥離領域と隣接する接着領域の境界線に沿って、前記表面シートに切離部を設け、前記表面シート剥離用プルタブ近傍において、前記切離部とは反対側の外周端を起点として、前記切離部に交差する位置に、前記複合シートにハーフカットによるつまみ部剥離用ハーフカットを設け、前記湯切孔開口用つまみ近傍に設けた切離部または該近傍にノッチを形成することにより、表面シート剥離用プルタブをつかんで表面シートを剥離するときに、易剥離領域の表面シートは、ノッチ、プルタブ部剥離用ハーフカット、切離部と順に接着領域の表面シートから切り離されていき、易剥離領域の表面シートが複合シートから剥離されるので、表面シートがハーフカットや切離部のない部分で切り離されず、切り離し剥離さすことができる。
